Came by on a random Tuesday late afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised that they were not busy at all. There was all but 3 cars total at the establishment which had me a little worried. Pulled up to the entrance which is located on a residential street, Mammoth Ave. They have two kiosks that you can pull up to select your type of car wash and pay. They had a special, buy a wash and get one month free. I opted out since I'm the worst at remembering to cancel these trials before the renewal. They have 3 different levels of washes. I chose the top which was $22 but included all the different soaps, sealants, waxes, blow dry and the cloth rollers. Drove up to the entrance and was greeted by staff who gave a free air freshener, dashboard wipe and orange towel. Not sure why people have given this place such a bad review. Compared to other drive-thru car washes this place ranks pretty high IMO considering you're getting what you pay for. I think it's common sense, if you have a brand new car DO NOT GO TO ANY DRIVE-THRU CAR WASH if you're worried about it getting scuffed up. The brushes they use to scrub the cars clean are mechanical. If you want a gentle wash you need to go to a hand car wash with actual humans that do the washing. Pro's: The wash itself was great! Been to a lot of different drive-thru washes and I have to say that this place was on point. Each station (soap, water, wax, blow dry and cloth rollers) were really good. There was plenty of solution/ water that covered the entire car. Not like other places that just shoot out patches of soap and water. Considering I have a larger SUV the solution/water was spread out evenly. The blow dry and cloth rollers at the end were also very good. The air was very strong and really got a good majority of water out of the way. The cloth rollers also did a great job of actually touching the car to wipe up whatever excess water remained. I also used their vacuum station after. The vacuum suction is exceptionally strong not like other places that can hardly suction a piece of tissue paper. The facility was nice and clean. They had several trash cans to get rid of whatever trash you have in your car. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My car came out nice and shiny. Hardly had to even wipe any excess water/soap at all. Con's: they don't have the compressed air like other car washes. Not a big deal but always helpful to get the pesky droplets of water out of the cracks you can't reach. Location is near a busy intersection. Trying to get there from Roscoe is impossible most days. You're better off driving up through the residential street. Also, was not a fan of the air freshener scent but it's free so I guess you can't really complain. read more

Went to the Rialto, Circle K location to cancel my membership on June 9 and was told it would end on June 11. Instead, the membership renewed anyway and I didn't find out until I checked my bank statement and saw another $40 charge. Since then, I've called and gone into the location multiple times trying to get it fixed. Every time, an employee just writes my name on a piece of paper and says someone will get back to me. Nobody ever does. I was eventually given two numbers and told they belonged to Mike Patel: (714) 833-2024 and (714) 863-9989. When I called, the person who answered denied being Mike Patel and denied being the manager, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue. At this point, I'm stuck with a membership I already canceled and a $40 monthly charge that appears it will continue unless I go through my bank and block the transactions myself. If you're signing up for a membership here, keep records of everything and monitor your bank statements closely. read more

Came across Sunny Splash Car Wash one evening when on this side of town. Decided to try out their free car wash as advertised on their banners and the walls of their gates. Ria was great and she provided excellent customer service. She informed me what the process is and where I need to go. She lead me to the car wash area. It was awesome. My car was cleaned and shiny at the end of going through the car wash machine. The machine provided a detailed scrubbing, cleaning, watering down and extensive high volume of drying. After I exited the car wash machine I pulled over to the self vacuuming area where they provided high powered vacuums. I was in and out of Sunny Splash Car Wash within 15 to 20 minutes. It was great. We have actually frequented Sunny Splash Car Wash several times now during the day on a weekday and it's very convenient. The service is fast and the pricing is reasonable. read more

I used this facility for the first time and one of the washers broke my passenger side mirror. They wouldn't do anything because my car is an older model and said it was probably already loose, it wasn't. This is the first time I've ever used yelp, but it really frustrated me. I came by for the Grand opening free car wash promotion. Spoke to Aiden as soon as I got there and he explained the promos and how the wash works. You drive up and any choices, single wash or membership is done through a pay machine. Nilam helped me at the pay station and explained the process. Nilam also assisted with the automatice menu since I was doing the promotional free wash. An employee guides you onto the belt. And he gave me a free dashboard wipe. After the carwash is done WAIT for the sign to say go. I was tempted to drive since it felt like it was done. But the machine still moves your car forward albeit slowly, all the way till the sign says go and you can feel it free from the belt. The express wash was decent. Unfortunately my rubber roof moldings came off from the automatic carwash. One was still hanging but the other was nowhere to be found. I looked by the exit but didn't find it. Aiden helped and searched inside and outside the wash but no luck. He did say it was really common with some cars. That did sour of what started off As a pretty positive experience. At the very least it would've been nice to have been offered a free premium wash lol. Oh well. While Aiden was searching for the rubber mold I was parked and figured might as well vacuum. Theres plenty of spots for vacuuming and 2 vacuums between each slot. So cars next to each other dont have to wait to vacuum. Pretty efficient. And staff was nice. The rubber mold was just unfortunate. If I didnt notice, I might've just drive off with no rubber molds. At least I have one lol. read more

Misleading sign up front!! Don't believe the sign outside "BUY 1 WASH, GET 1ST MONTH FREE." I went in and I bought the package that was $24 (they had a special promo on it that came out to $12). Water had good pressure. Left some spots but I had an extra cloth to dry these spots in the back. When I asked how I could redeem the first month free, the lady said that they're not going to give me one because I should've spent the $24. It didn't make sense because they were having a promo on it, I couldn't possibly spent $24. She just said, "sorry but you're not getting it." read more

I came in to try the advertised free car wash, which requires downloading their app, and the employee assigned to help was extremely rude and short from the beginning. What should have been a simple interaction turned unpleasant quickly, and as she walked away, she used profanity, which was completely unprofessional. This is the first negative Yelp review I've ever written, but it's warranted. I told her I wouldn't return even if the wash were free every time due to the customer service alone. On top of that, the vacuums are weak, there are no air blowers for hard-to-reach areas, and the wash itself is a hard-touch system with large spinning brushes that feel aggressive and likely to strip wax or cause scratches--something I wouldn't risk on a newer or well-maintained vehicle. Given the long history of this place opening and closing, it's clear there are ongoing issues, and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. So in summary: the vacuum pressure (poor) air blower (non existent). Drive through car wash that you stay in the whole time? (Beats up car), consumer service ( lady got mad at me for not understanding her foreign ascent. Top it off most places provide jammies or wet towels to dry off your car so there's no wet spots. The second visit, though, took closer to 25 minutes since the staff had to make everyone back up for an express van that couldn't fit. After some maneuvering, they eventually got it through. Just a heads up if you have a larger vehicle that fits fine elsewhere, they're still fairly new and the space is on the smaller side. The wash itself was just okay. My car was still a little dirty even though it wasn't very dirty to begin with. The vacuums, on the other hand, were excellent. They had strong suction, which is something many other car washes don't get right. Also, there is a huge lag and it still says wait and the other car is literally inches behind you so be mindful of that. The pricing is fair, and I'd consider trying a monthly membership in the future. read more

You stay in your car, an attendant guides your front wheels into the track and the machine takes over. After the wash, you can drive to the vacuum spots and clean your interior. Warning to anyone considering this car wash I went here around 2 p.m. today because they were handing out flyers for a free wash. Seemed fine at first--several cars ahead of me had just finished. But during the drying cycle, the machine broke my side mirror. I immediately pulled aside, and the staff called the manager. He came, snapped a photo, and then disappeared. We waited 20-30 minutes thinking he was working on it. When we finally tracked him down, he hadn't done a thing. No apology, no concern--just told us they aren't responsible because of a posted notice, and shrugged it off since "other cars didn't have an issue." This is not how a new business should treat customers. Things happen, but ignoring the problem and refusing to take any responsibility shows exactly how they'll handle issues down the road. My card was approved and then the system crashed. She made me go to the left lane and pay again. I was charged for 2 washes one more expensive than the other? Contacted customer support. I have my receipt, showed them my bank charges, even have dash cam footage and all they say is only one transaction shows and it might just be pending in my account. This was 2 weeks ago... I wasn't even asking for refund, just a gift card or voucher for a free wash to keep me as a loyal customer since it's close to home.
