Standard maintenance car wash with spray wax, also included tire dressing, vacuuming, interior cleaning/ interior leather treatment, and wash the floor mats. I took two of my cars here to get washed, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. The outside of the cars was cleaned pretty well, but they barely did anything to the interior. The leather seats were still dirty, the dashboard wasn't wiped down, and I had to clean the interior myself after paying for the service. I then brought my second car, a Toyota RAV4, and had the exact same issue. The interior was still dirty, and even the side mirrors weren't properly cleaned. Honestly, what am I paying for if I have to finish cleaning the cars myself? I expected the inside and outside to be properly cleaned, but that wasn't the case. I wanted to try this place because they had 4.5 stars and lots of 5 star reviews. Let's be real. Paid up front. Told them it was my first time and they just said $50, didn't explain any packages or anything. The waiting area is practically a smoking area. There was a group who drove into the lot with fancy clean cars, parked in the middle, started smoking cigs in the waiting area near a customer with a kid, and then grilled food on the sidewalk. I think for the food they sell there? I'm not sure what was going on because the food stall looked closed. I left smelling like cigarettes and with bug bits all over the front of my car. The quality is not unlike any other hand wash place in the valley that's a 2-3 star review. Just not my vibe. read more

I called this location about 15 minutes before closing and asked when would they take their last customer. They told me it would be 7pm (which is when they closed). It's about a a 12 minute drive from where I was, so I rushed over. Upon getting there around 6:56pm, the guy told me they were closed and nobody was available to wash my car. At this point, I was super upset, that I rushed over after they told me they would take their last customer at 7pm. Ultimately, the gentleman ended up taking me. The basic package cost me $41, which is on the pricer side for an old fashion hand car wash. I'm thinking this car wash would take a few minutes because he wanted to rush out and get it over it, but to my surprise he still took his time and was not out of there till about 745pm. Originally was super annoyed that I was lied too at the beginning, but was pleased with how my car looked afterwards. There were still a few wet spots when I opened the trunk, which is fine. Would have rated this spot a 5/5 if it wasn't for annoyance at the beginning. Although, I was happy with how my car looked afterwards - there are other old fashion car washes that are half the price and does just as well if not better. If you live in the valley, you know that 95% of car washes are absolute trash. And their review reflect. But Mr. bubbles is the only one with really good reviews for a reason. My car was in desperate need of an exterior and interior cleaning. I always had it well kept and garage. But because I hadn't driven it in over nine months, it was an absolute mess inside and out. I drive right in the guy was super nice. I told him the situation and I said do you think I need some kind of special detailing? He takes a look at my car and says it's dirty, but our normal wash and interior service will be fine. He was honest and instead of taking the opportunity to charge me more when I didn't need the additional services he told me the truth and I really respected that. The staff is wonderful they didn't incredible job. They took their time. They were not rushed. The place. Has a beautiful little seating area while you're waiting. I also met the owner while I was waiting and he was super friendly. This place was a little far from my apartment, but I'm telling you I will only be going here in the future for my car washes.
