There are no employees here and all of the vacuums are broken or maybe they are not turned on? I tried calling the listed phone number and it is disconnected! I paid $8 for the middle grade wash, which was fine but I needed the vacuum. I'm here in the vacuum stall writing this review. Another woman who is in the same predicament got out of her car and we saw the guy who works here, sitting in his car in the handicap spot. He didn't come out to help us when we were walking around looking for an employee. I'm surprised he even rolled down his window, but... He rolled down his window and said they aren't working. I said, "Maybe you should tell people that before they come in" and he actually said the vacuums are free. You don't pay for the vacuums" which is total BS. It is advertised that there are 5 minutes of free vacuum included with the wash. If you have to pay for the wash to get the "free" vacuum, then it's not really free. What a total racket. This place is a dump and clearly they don't care about their customers. Buyer beware and I'm going to dispute this charge on my credit card. This car wash is pathetic. I'd be ashamed to be taking money from people if I ran a business this way. read more

This car wash is pretty basic. It does a very poor job at cleaning your car. Even after you put it through the machine, it most likely will still be dirty in some areas. I know this and have always known this, but I don't go here to get my car to look spotless clean; I come here because it is fast and gets most of the obvious dirt out, making the car look cleaner than before, with exceptions. Most importantly, it's cheap! With just 6 bucks you can get your car washed; add 2 or 4 more dollars and get some added features to it like wax and Rain-X coating. On top of that, the free vacuums? Uh, yeah!! This is a cheap, very cheap car wash. It won't leave your car sparkly clean, but it will leave it cleaner than when you came in, and you can clean the inside with the vacuums, which is very convenient, but that's all that it is. This is not a 5-star car wash cleaner, but what do people expect? 5-star quality for 6 bucks? I mean, come on. You get what you pay for; that's always been a thing, and there's no way anybody actually thinks you will drive away with the cleanest car in the world. Let's be real. This place is solid for the price, and it does the job of keeping it looking decently clean until I take it to a real car wash where you pay 100+ to get it cleaned and waxed. This is not that place! I've came here for years but after this last experience here I will not come no more. Workers here have always been nice. Today I came and there was a sign saying vacuums not working. Which is fine I still rather wash my car here, next issue was the receipt was not working also. I choose the ultra wash once I pulled up no one was there which there has always been someone there or least they come out from the room to greet. I have been coming here for years and have noticed the lack of customer service lately. I came today Sunday 9/8/24 around 6:10 pm paid and the gentlemen did not spray any water on the car. No soap dispense and hardly any water towards the end of the wash. I pulled over and spoke with the older gentlemen and told him about the wash. He looked at my car and said "good" I pointed at the water marks that were left due to the lack of water. I told him to give me another wash and he replied with "no English". Extremely disappointed with my experience. I've been coming here for months now to wash and vacuum my Hyundai Kona, and usually my experience has been fine. It's reasonably cheap, although the car was never really clean, but I liked being able to vacuum my car and the guy who runs this place was always nice, asking if I needed anything. I came on Wednesday, 3/8/23 to wash my car, but I came as the weather was changing and as I pulled into the vacuum bay I realized the vacuums were put up. The guy came out and told me they were shutting down early because of the weather... he apologized and told me he recognized me, that I come all the time, which is true. So he said I can come back in the next couple days for a free vacuum and he'll even give me an air freshener. Unfortunately I couldn't come back until Sunday because of work, so I pull into one of the vacuum bays, which are all empty except for one car next to me. A different guy comes out and tells me I need to pay. So I explain the situation, how I couldn't come back last Thursday but I'm here now. He proceeds to interrupt me as I'm talking and not even listen to me, tells me he's never seen me before and that he's the one that's always there. I told him it's usually a different guy and that the other guy told me to come back for free. This guy still didn't listen to me but told me to "just hurry up and vacuum and leave. You have 5 minutes." He was extremely rude and proceeded to rush me along multiple times as I was finishing vacuuming, even though the girl next to me was there before I was and there were still four empty stalls. I left quickly without wiping down the interior of my car like I always do because I just wanted to get out of there. Also the vacuum was terrible - barely any suction. So shitty. With that and the guy who was extremely rude, it's not worth me coming back there again. I can go elsewhere for a better wash and vacuum bays where I'm not rushed out after 5 minutes. I've had a great experience at this car wash. Attendant is very attentive to help and make the process run smoothly. The price is also great! I usually get an express $5 wash (includes vacuum). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the vacuums are sometimes a hit or miss. The attendant helped me with adjusting one of the vacuums and even gave me a complimentary air freshener! We have gone here multiple times, and we never leave with a clean car. Today, my husband went there again. The woman didn't spray the car like she was supposed to. She was rushing everything as she very obviously didn't want to be there. He was trying to get the car on the track, and the woman working there started screaming at him to put the car in neutral. He yelled back from inside the car that he is in neutral (it was loud in the wash). That is literally all he said. She then flipped out, yelled at my husband that she was going to call the cops, grabbed out her to phone to start filming him, and then ran into her office and locked the door. Her initial energy was aggressive, so he simply yelled that he was in neutral. He was even going to apologize for his loud voice, but she was completely unhinged. All I can say is you get what you pay for!! Those expecting a $200 detailing service from a $5-10 wash are dreaming. It gets the job done- moves through quickly without much wait, has the extra bells-and-whistles of tire shine, rain-X, fruity soaps and snake oil, but like most automatic car washes, leaves water on the car that you need to dry off afterwards yourself. Multiple vacuum bays at your disposal to finish drying off and cleaning the interior. No complaints from me. read more

This is the first and last time I will use Victory Express Car Wash. When I rolled up to the machine to pay, all of the buttons were bare of any information. There was no attendant to be seen. Fortunately a pre-recorded voice came on in the machine so I was able to figure out how to pay them. Wanting a good, thorough job to be done, I paid their highest price, but there was no clear button to press to get a receipt, so I was not able to get one. I moved my car forward and there was a gentleman there waving me in to the wash tunnel. He and one other man gave a short spray of water on the back of my car as it began moving through the extremely quick car wash mechanism itself. And I mean quick. It was no more than a few seconds. Near the end of this exceedingly brief wash, with soap and water dripping down my windshield so thick I could barely make out anything ahead of me, I realized there was a car stopped right in front of me, still on the car wash tracks. The mechanism was still moving me forward and if I hadn't seen it, it would've pushed my car right into it. Thankfully I was able to use my brakes to stop or it could've ended up in a nightmare. My best guess is that the person ahead of me was confused as to where to turn and they stopped while trying to figure it out, but that was a very dangerous place to do so. Again, no attendants, no directions, nothing. Then I pulled into a parking area where I saw vacuums. There was absolutely no one around to help people understand what the next steps were supposed to be, and no signs that were helpful, so I had to go find someone and they said towels cost two dollars more for me to wipe down my windshield. It would've been nice if it had been made more clear at the start of this mess exactly what to expect, and that there would be no real help at all. The pressure is on to move very quickly and get it done within five minutes. Five minutes is all the time they give you to use the vacuums. My car came out looking like maybe the dust had been wiped away but nothing else. It did not look like it was just washed. It was an absolute waste of money. read more

I cleaned my car here and now I have to replace a tire. While my car was in the express car wash, the machine ripped off the little air pressure valve on my tire. $8.00 is now $200. I tried calling for help, but the phone number keeps ringing/ doesn't work. Luckily another customer assisted and helped me change my tire to my spare. Learned a lesson. :( read more
