The interface is over-complicated and slow. Does not accept Apple Pay. The pump I used was trickling out gas at about 0.01 gallons per second. After waiting several minutes for two gallons, I gave up,and went to the cheaper station down the street, where I tapped my phone, hit "regular" and was pumping immediately. Did I mention the windshield cleaner buckets were all empty? Of course they were. It's clear the owner simply does not give a s***.

I try not to use this gas station unless it's absolutely necessary because the people who own it are rude and they have run this place into the ground. There are boxes of supplies in the corner of the store, no coffee stand, limited products. But I did need a car wash so I tried. What a huge mistake. I was all the way into the car wash and it started for about a minute but then abruptly stopped. So, I'm sitting there with the big washers near my door, afraid to get out in case it started again. Afraid to drive forward or backward in case there was something that could puncture my tires. There is no number posted to call and no number I could find on-line for them. I was there for ten minutes trying to figure a way out. I finally called my husband who drove there to alert them of my situation. The angry, sullen, mean guy who works there? Manager? Anyway, he comes into the car wash where I have been trapped for 20 minutes by that time, says nothing to me and goes to what I assume is the control box. Not a word to me, nothing. I had put my window down at that point thinking he may want to say something to me. NOPE. Just strolled on by. I had to yell to reach him across the car wash that it would have been courteous of him to acknowledge that I'd been trapped there and offer an apology. He told me HE OWES ME NO APOLOGY and dismissed me as though I was in the wrong. Then he barked at me to "put my window up!" as though I was some idiot child. But he couldn't get it to work anyway. Then he started to say something to me, so I had to put my window down to hear him. Then he yelled at me again. At this point, I was done. Give me a refund. Let me out, you asshole. All he had to do was acknowledge my situation and take responsibility for it with a simple, "I'm sorry this happened, let me see what I can do." That's it! I understand mechanical problems happen but to dismiss a person who has been trapped in YOUR carwash is unacceptable. ZERO kindness, ZERO accountability. And NO WAY of letting them know I was in need of help, as in a number posted clearly in the car wash. That's dangerous. Regardless of what anyone else would have done in my situation, the bottom line is clear. The people who run this Chevron station are terrible people. The same guy who was dismissive, rude and hateful to me ran off before I could confront him. So he's also a coward. I will never go to this Chevron station again. There are plenty of other gas stations around that aren't run by horrible people. And please, don't ever use their carwash. See other reviews to back up mine.

It feels like whoever cleans the inside of my windows uses a rag/cloth that has wax or something on it and makes it difficult to see out of my windows especially when the sun is at the front of my car. 2. This would have to be the biggest problem I have. I truly don't like paying for one of the many packages that say air fresheners are included in the package and never getting the air freshener. I was told once from on the employees that I need to tell the guys that clean the inside of the car to do the air freshener and I'm sorry but that's not okay with me. The problem was the guy who was supposed to clean it who refused to do it because he said he wasn't going to make money out of it. He told my dad he didn't know how it worked and we got the refund of the price difference but basically lost the free car wash voucher. We only ever come to wash work trucks, so if they won't apply the rewards to them, there's no point in going. He doesn't seem to be the owner, so he probably didn't care that he single handedly lost an entire account. We won't bother going back.

I'm posting this as it's been a while but this video has been sitting in my Photos and need to share my experience. I went for a normal wash at Zeavy's. Oh by the way, I ran out of time with the machine, so I put 2 dollars in at first thinking that's enough time and the worker told me if I had more change. I said no. He said I lost the 2 dollars and he couldn't open the box for me. I told him "well, that's great. Now what?" He says, "Do you need a vacuum? I can set up the vacuum for you." I said "sure, okay. " Since I paid for it I guess just make use out of it. It was nice he came up with the idea but at first he had an attitude like "yep, you can't get the 2 dollars back." Everything was fine after and I left with my car clean going with my day. My car was very fragrant throughout the entire day from the wax I put as the last step of the washing process. The next morning, I saw my car decorated with winged insects stuck to my car like sappy glue. It was disgusting. This has not happened the first time I went to Zeavy's. I did the exact same numbered process and didn't deal with these pesty insects at all. I'm not sure if the formula changed but I'm thinking something had to do with the fragrance of the polish wax. Something from Zeavy's car wash cleaning supplies attracts gnarly insects. See my video and photo. Being new, and my truck being so dirty, I chose the top-tier option and drove in and waited for the process to finish, backed out, at once I got home I saw a pretty damn dirty truck. I absolutely was not impressed by the new setup. I definitely don't expect it to be spotless, but all of my tires, the mudflaps, and the side rails were still completely dirty. Super disappointed because I didn't even get to the bare minimum clean.

This was my first time coming here, the staff did a wonderful job in answering my questions and…read moreguiding me through the process. It took about an hour for the wash to be complete. Depending on the package, they vacuum the inside, wipe down the interior, and do a classic exterior wash. My package was supposed to come with an air freshener but I didn't get one and forgot to ask before leaving. The carpet was vacuumed well inside the vehicle, I do feel the seats could have gotten more attention. There was still some dust and dirt left on my glove box. The tires were polished and shiny. The hub caps needed more attention, some dirt and grime was left behind. My biggest dissatisfaction was the exterior wash, which is why I came here in the first place. I picked a mid tier package, to hopefully get a little more attention to detail, especially since my car was pretty dirty, but maybe I needed to pick something a bit more expensive. There was still a lot of dust and dirt on all sides of the vehicle. The front bumper had some bugs and tree sap that were not removed. My door jams still had some dirt. There was tree sap left on the roof of my car as well. The bugs and tree sap I can understand, as that can be quite difficult to remove, but the dirt left over was a bit confusing to me. I'd compare the quality of the exterior wash to a drive thru car wash with a bit more attention to detail. Overall, I'd say the result was just "ok" at best. I think I would come back to try a more expensive package to see if I get some better results. I am thankful for the wash though, my car needed it, but I think I had higher expectations that just weren't met.
