On another order I asked to have new bathroom viny, floor installer tells sales person they're is nothing wrong with the floor Denise, suggested a different idea for laundry rm.?! In fact the Bath lanolin had been water damaged, discolored, bubbling by toilet and when ripped up subfloor a wax ring needed replaced. I still continue to use Factory Flooring until the owner didn't like it when I I complained that installer wouldn't put old cleaned carpet in storage there, Installer saw a rattlesnake hissing earlier when retrieving materials for job there, he reused to put old carpet in covered storage so it was put in back of a truck. . I agreed too. Hers the topper he took left over laminate and key to storage, and Denise sales asked me what I want to do with it? Well since Factory Flooring is well aware I live in LA and Denise would hold key and laminate, That is when I said I don't want this guy installing my flooring on the next install, that was being placed.
