However, they were very understanding of the situation and when we found our current prospective property on the market I was able to schedule a home inspection rapidly. He was available earlier in the day than anticipated and spent the entire morning combing over every single detail of the home. He found issues that two prior pest inspectors missed, and he was willing to take a look at any issues that we were concerned with and if necessary, include them in the report. He also was able to clearly explain what each issue was and provided a detailed and color coded report which was easy to understand. Furthermore, he even addressed potential issues with the property in the future, such as trees that were growing close to the roof of the garage that would need to be trimmed back so that they would not rub against the shingles during windy weather. I feel that Sheffer Inspection Services went above and beyond to address my concerns for the property and they have incredible personal integrity that comes with their pride in their work. I feel extremely confident in purchasing the home after the inspection and now I am fully aware of issues that will need to be rectified.
