This was my first and last time going here. I specifically told the mechanic that I believe that my front wheel bearings were the cause of screeching, clicking, cracking noise. The mechanic responds with, no it would make a humming noise and then preceded to tell me that I needed rear brakes. The mechanic high jack my front tires and said he found a piece of metal near front tire so that was the cause of the noise. So I thought, problem solve you can just fix my brakes. After my brakes were done the mechanic told me that I need to fix the front wheel bearing. This place is not a honest shop I would never return. I don't not recommend. The ratings of this place is low for a reason. Learn from my mistake. read more

So after being advised to go here for a alignment by my regular mechanic I did, I pulled up bunch of young almost high school looking kids were the mechanics with one or two old timers, a gentlemen asked me if I needed help I told him I need a wheel. Alignment he told me I would be next and it would be 40. Service was ok, It didn't take to long, It was cheap They only take cash there is a atm there but its has a three dollar fee. If you want a half assed alignment you found your location . Paid for 4 wheel Alignment and they only did a 2 wheel alignment. When I mentioned it to them they made me wait 2 and a half hours to check my car . Once my car was up they tried to charge me again for something they did not do in the first place . They refused to print out my spec sheet showing how much camber and toe my car . The guy said he was too busy and had to help other customers . He rather argue with me that take the extra minute to print out my specs . If he was so confident on his work would the extra minute showing me the specs hurt ? He also tried to give me some bs that i needed a tire rotation on 2 day old tires and that's why my car was shifting to the left . These guys are amazing. I had a 85 Oldsmobile Cutlass and they were able to align it and wow I'm very happy. The reason why is I went to Ram tire and they couldn't align my car because camber was to positive. I have a 85 Oldsmobile cutlass with a 3inch tuck and these guys were able to align it with no hesitation. Anyone with a lowrider i would recommend them here. I am very happy with the service I got this morning: my car was veering to the left a lot and I finally got my car in to fix the alignment. Right when I arrived I was greeted very politely and was asked what I needed. I'm terrible with my car but I told them what was happening and the guy said no problem we'll check it out for you. He promptly took my car in and i waited for my car to be finished. The owner came out and even wanted to check it out, they said that my tires were flat and that's probably why it was pulling on the alignment. (My tires are old I'm sure I'll need new ones very soon) but they took my car, filled the tires up with air and rotated them for me! I'm all about customer service, and they really took care of me. The owner just want your money. i dont usually write reviews but ppl need to know this place is a scam. I came for an alignment and after 30mins of waiting they put my car on their machine. I was watching them the whole time and i can tell they are having a hard time to fix one side of the wheel. Lorenzo(owner) notice theyre taking a little long aligning the car. He spoke to them in spanish, which i kinda undestand. He asked the workers why is it taking too long. Then the workers said theyre having a little problem with it. Lorenzo told them to just cheat on the results bec customers/cars are starting to line up. The other guy then tap and adjusted the wheel adapter( i dont know what do you call it, its the clamp they put on you wheels to sensor which wheel needs adjustment) so the sensor will read and the print result before/after will show they "fix" it. I took my 2003 chevy silverado to this shop for them to replace the drive shaft center support, I come in around 9:30 am didn't finish till 4 pm and I was charged more than the price he gave me, and when I was driving away my truck started to vibrate a lot so I called him up Lorenzo ws agreed to take it back the next day another 4 hours just to tell me that it was another part of my truck costing the shaking of my truck but my truck wasn't doing that before I took the truck that wasn't the reason I took it there in the first place so he told me to take it somewhere else to have it fix but he keep my money read more

Worst customer service... I spent $40 for a "5 minute alignment" and they didn't do anything to it.... they didn't align the caster and camber. I asked for an explanation and they didn't know what to tell me... one of the guys that "did the alignment" stated that if I didn't like it to just leave. I don't post anything on yelp. I'm pretty sure this is my 1st review. The only gave me $20 since they supposedly align the toe. Don't let the 40$ alignment price fool you. DO NOT. COME HERE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR. My family's been in the car business for over 30 years. They thought I was just another fool coming in to get an alignment.. brought my bmw here. His employees are horrible. Waited over an hour and a half when stan said to come in. Did the most ridiculous alignment. They even tried doing the good old trick where you move the sensor to show the alignment is green. After the 2 hour wait and ridiculous alignment I drove off with a crooked steering wheel and came back 30 seconds later when his employee refused to re do the alignment because they were "closing". The manager as it seemed was sipping on a beer saying "there's nothing I can do he doesn't want to fix it". FROM ONE KNOWLEDGABLE CAR GUY TO ANOTHER - DO NOT STEP FOOT IN HERE. Best shop hands down! Lorenzo is extremely skilled and beyond reasonable! Had a super duty ford brought in for alignment because know body had the equipment large enough to do the job. Lorenzo put all his men on the truck, and while we waited for brake pads, lubed my truck, and fixed my door at no charge!! I would definitely highly recommend this business to anyone!! In short, I took my car to the dealership service for an engine light. The dealer said it was an oil leak and the gaskets needed to be replaced - at a tune of $1000+. Lorenzo inspected the car and found no leaks. There were other issues, but an oil leak was not one of them. I would have spent all that unnecessary money. read more

I had an alignment done on my car and the printer that prints the report had no ink so it was impossible to see what was done. Anyway, I decided to roll the dice and have them do the brakes on my truck, plus a ball joint and suspension bushing. $600. This was a total nightmare! The mechanic had grease all over the brake shoes and drums. When I complained about it he "cleaned" the shoes with an old mop that was being used to clean up spills etc. When Lorenzo the owner presented the truck to me 8 hours later, the brake peddle went right to the floor!!! He said "They work perfectly". I stood there with my jaw dropped to my chest. This is the owner. He is returning a heavy duty work truck to me with no brakes. I had him adjust the shoes and went home only went I got there (3 miles) the brakes were smoking and the wheels there too hot to touch. I could go on and on. I just went downhill from here. I looked at the "New" ball joint that they installed and the rubber boot was already ripped open!!!!! Incidentally they used a sledgehammer to try to get the old ball joint off and when that didn't work they brought out the biggest sledge I've ever seen (12Lbs, 14Lbs?) and wailed away at it. Now the truck is almost undriveable due to severe alignment issues. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SLEAZY SOB. After returning once I decided just to eat the $600 loss because there was no way I was going to let these fools touch my work truck again. The brakes failed with-in days and all 4 "new" wheel cylinders leaked as well as the "new" Bearing seals. If ever there was a need for a "0 star" rating, it is for Lorenzo's crew. read more

My experience is good with them, We have 6 commercial vehicles, and I'll take them all for alignment to Lorenzo. Friendly and half of price of others. They did alignment again on my Ford E-350 by warranty (3 Month),free of charge. It "could be" my fault the cause of realignment,but they didn't even dispute about. read more

I would recommend this alignment shop because it's low car friendly but never let them adjust your camber kit.. I say you fix it yourself to the settings you like and let them fix the toe. I'm very disappointed they messed up first then the stabilizer end link was loose and caused my right wheel not to rotate and my steering wheel is off.. This is going to be my 3rd visit in a week. Service was fast and the price for an alignment was great but where to sit/stand is pretty awkward since the "office" is through the shop. There are a couple of chairs lingering nearby. Physically getting your car in and out is a bit crazy; it's like a car zoo. If it wasn't such a good deal I'd knock off another star but the price eclipses the madness. Apparently my alignment was pretty bad as per the computer printout, but it didn't seem to have any effect. I guess this is because my tires wore down unevenly. I came back after feeling the pull still and had my tires rotated for 5 bucks. I asked him what the "toe" was exactly (since that was the red on the printout) and he just read the numbers off, so I asked again and end got a hand gesture representation of the tires. Well, "Toe refers to the parallelism between the wheels as viewed from above and is usually measured in inches or millimeters." Lorenzo is young and has young well trained men who are perfectionist at what they do, working on hundred thousand dollar cars mazarati or BMW's. anything from brakes to alignment to any kind of custom installation's or repairs. Yes their not a big corporate business but never have I had one problem for Five Year never had to return and If I had a question asking to recheck something or give me advice it was cheaper then buying a Auutomootive book on my car and searching for the Answer.. Their prices for Labor are very resonable. go to the Dealer and see their 85.00 an hour rates and difference in Labor cost it kills your wallet. He is not a salesman who pushes you trying to sell more, just gives his advice and truly being a mechanic all my Life with my Father, no one touches my cars if I feel they in anyway lack wisdom and knowledge about my cars. mistake's I have never had any non completed work or dangerous failure of workmanship. , They are Number one in my point of View! As far as the other complaints, I dont know why these people find the wrong hole to piss in but dealing with the public has chances of finding Loosers for customers. I have to give Lorenzo his credit due after reading all the past bad reviews. First, this is an alignment place that sell used tires on the side. So I would not ask them to do ball joints or suspension work as it is not what they do best. All the area auto shops come here for their customer's alignments. One alignment tech look younger and the other drives an Alfa Milano, which I give credit for his ability to keep it running. I have been coming here for years because the alignment is competitively priced and first rate. Lorenzo always takes the car for a test drive after the alignment and its always one more fine tune. Would you ask your dental hygienist to do open heart surgery on you because you think she can? :) read more

I wish i can give no stars. Took my BMW 335i in for an alignment after i installed lowering springs. They aligned the car and told me if I isn't straight come back and I will make adjustments. So the car was pulling the the left a little nothing crazy so i brought it back couple days later. First thing the guy working on the rack says is "nothing can be done" even without looking at the car. I'm no idiot when it comes to suspension systems especially one of a bmw. So he finally puts the car on the rack and the first thing he says to me is the "these cars are a piece of sh*t" and that it can never drive straight again. Like what are you saying man?! You obviously have no experience with lowered cars or bmw's for that matter. After tells me to drive it and see how it feels. So I do. And now the car drives worst than before and its pulling far right!! I come back and tell him and he says to go talk to the owner. The owner comes out and talks the guy on rack says its the steering wheel. Then says something in Spanish and the owner looks at me and tells me the alignment rack is messed up and that I have to come back another day. BS absolute BS complete waste of money and time. Did a Google search, and this place came up as my closest alignment shop. I called and asked how much alignment was and the price was reasonable. I had doubts about how cheap price was that i called again to ask what they use to align wheels with. They told me they use the Hunter machine which is a known machine in the industry. I showed up about half hour before they close and right away i was greeted by Lorenzo. He right away got to work on my car and within 20 mins my car was ready to go. He inflated my tires to my personal settings and took my truck for a test drive. I was able to pay with debit,I got a copy of my specs and was on my way. My Tahoe felt nice and smooth, i accelerated and it stayed straight as an arrow. Steering even felt more stiff as in new car feel. (06 tahoe). As far as im concerned, this was cheap and painless. read more

Great Customer Service I was dire need of some USED tires today cause my tires were done that's all I could afford at this time, but when I pulled in and Alfredo immediately hooked it up with the best tires they had in stock. I was a on a very very tight budget but it made no difference as everywhere I called earlier quoted me extremely high, that was way beyond my budget. Once I got here to Lorenzo's it was probably luck because I was able to get all 4 replaced for basically the lowest rate possible in the entire San fernando valley (under $100) A Big Thank You to these guys for helping me out when no one else would and getting me out of there in timely fashion. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that I hear needs tires. showed up with a budget and was planning on buying one tire, which was 195, 50, r15, which is one of the hardest tires to find went to about 15 shops before that and had no luck. when i got there i spoke with Mr.Lorenzo and he was very personable. I didn't have much cash, but Mr.Lorenzo was willing to work with me and help me out instead of buying just one tire for 30$ i got all four tires for 90$ which were desperately needed. The tires were used but nontheless it was a great deal and you wouldnt find it anywhere else. As well as giving me a great deal they did a great job and mounted and balanced the tires for the original price. First got a quote for a front end repair from a place on Sherman Way near Laurel Canyon. $220 for parts and $125 for labor (which did not include final alignment, since hey don't do alignments there). I ordered the parts on Ebay for $85 total and Lornezo installed the parts and aligned all 4 wheels for $150. Steering on this 200Kmi car is now tight as a new car. Thanks Lorenzo! read more

These guys are like toddlers, you have to keep directing them what to do. I had them install my coil overs on my car, and I wanted it lowered it as much as possible. They couldnt even do that, I had to tell them about 15 times to keep lowering it, and each time they would say "It's lowered as much as it can go." Of course they were wrong.
