Upon research, these budget tires average in cost of 356$ for all 4 tires. That is approximately 84% more than its actual value! If it wasn't for time constraints and emergent resolution I would've gone somewhere else. I just wish they were more reasonable with cost and not take advantage of emergent needs. I attached the exact model of the tires for your reference. I understand business needed to make money, if they charged me 400-500$ I'd probably be okay with it. But this isn't cool. Horrible customer service from the Owners son. A Performance Shop brought my G80 M3 to get MT Tires…read moreinstalled here and they later sent me pictures that my Wheel has been scratched. This scratch was not on any area that could have been scratched by me or the performance shop. The scratch is in the Wheel well, the only logical explanation is it was scratched upon removing and installing the new tires. When I reached out to the son of the owner, so they can explain what had happened or if they can get it repaired. He immediately became defensive saying he's not fixing shit and it wasn't him. I take great care of my car, and I most definitely know this was him doing a careless job, when handling my wheel. The scratch isn't anything major, but it's the principle of running a business and being able to accept when you fuck up & offering to make it right especially after being a repeat customer for years. At most it would've been a $200 repair if that, but instead he rather shit talk and cuss at a loyal customer who's brought multiple cars to him in the past. If you're considering bringing your car here, think twice about it. If they damage your car, they'll deny they did it and pretty much tell you to fuck off. Instead go to a different shop that values their customers and their cars.

Four days…read moreago, on July 1st I had an appointment at this location to have a tire inspected due to a screw/bolt lodged in the rear right. I show up optimistic, as the placement of the screw and tread life didn't suggest the tire was irreparable, and everytime I have had tires patched here previously, it had been a smooth process. Always left satisfied, felt the employees were completely transparent, and they would always inspect the tire thoroughly. This visit, was a different experience. Not only was I told by what seemed to be the manager that the tires all needed to be replaced, the inner side wall had deteriorated, and my tread was at an unsafe level to patch the tire. He claimed that the policy at the company states they have to patch from the inside and the method they use would be too dangerous for the condition of my tire. Next, they did not remove my tire from the wheel, to fully inspect how deep the screw/bolt had penetrated. I felt very uneasy about what he was telling me, coupled with the location of the screw/bolt and healthy tread, both of which you can see in my included photo, I decided I would leave instead of purchasing new tires as the manager told me I needed to do. I decided that I would try one of their sister stores. American Tire Depot is a great company and up to that day I had always been a satisfied customer, so why not try a different location. Boy, am I happy I did! Just as I thought, the tire was completely repairable, tread life was healthy, and there was nothing unsafe about the location of the screw/bolt or condition of my tire as I was told by the manager of the Sherman Oaks location. After all was said and done, I am now extremely apprehensive about returning to the Sherman Oaks location. Especially after seeing a review about the exact same experience happening to somebody here six months ago. This was not a questionable repair in anyway. This was very cut and dry. My tire should've been patched on July 1 instead of the attempted money grab. NOT COOL.
