Since 2011, had been a loyal customer of our neighborhood pizzeria. Even during Covid it was a sacred commitment to at least spend 200 plus every two weeks recognizing challenges. There has been many changes in ingredients and other things throughout the years, however, never have had to interact with rude customer service. It only takes one employee with their smart and snarky attitude to take away the joy of a weekly routine. I would rather drive now to Lehigh Pizza, it has not disappointed in anything since I shopped there with my dad back in 2000's. Brought it home and bit into it and it was FULL of RAW ONIONS! It was a cheesesteak Stromboli. Since when do cheesesteaks have raw onions? There was barely any meat and tons of onions. I ordered a gluten free pizza online from Lorenzo's. The crust was pre-made by Conete's. IT IS THE WORST GLUTEN FREE CRUST EVER MADE. If you like eating cardboard, you will love it, if you don't stay clear. I called Lorenzo's and shared my experience, that I had eaten many gluten free pizza there before, and it was not like the tasteless, cardboard glob they delivered. I was told I should have ordered the gluten free cauliflour crust. How could someone know that they offered one delicious GF crust and one garbage GF crust? I mentioned I was a regular customer. I was very disappointed they didn't offer to bring me the one I was expecting. I won't be going back. Next time I will get into my car and drive to MOD for their cauliflour crust. read more

I've been here three times now , And I can say I just don't like their food. First I thought maybe I wasn't ordering the right food that I wanted, but no over all it's OKAY food. My boyfriend enjoys their Lorenzo slammer which is definitely cool having all those toppings and meats on one sandwich but nothing further then that Is actually really good. Disappointed in the recent food from Lorenzo's. I understand the cost of everything is going up but our Large pizza we ordered a few days ago was about the size of a medium pizza pre pandemic. I would honestly pay a bit more for a same size pizza then getting a shrunken pizza. I once called in an order for pick up and I had forgot my order number. I figured I could just tell the man what I had ordered but alas, I was wrong. I told him I didn't remember the number and he said "neither do I" and asked that I step aside so he could serve everyone else until my order was the only one left. I was livid. I tried them again. I got a steak sandwich and garlic knots. The garlic knots were good but the steak roll was so soggy it was as if it had been dunked in a bucket of grease. A few nights ago I called 20 minutes before closing time and they didn't even answer the phone. Particularly, I was most disappointed by the chicken Parmesan sandwich. The chicken used was not the best and had a little of a weird taste. My family tried to surprise my colleagues and I with pizza at the hospital after a particularly difficult shift. The delivery driver did, admittedly, have to wait 4-5 minutes for me to be able to get out front to get the pizzas. When I spoke with him he shoved the receipt in my hand for a signature and, as I was looking it over, said "is this really your level of functioning that you don't know how to sign a receipt." When attempting to give him a tip for waiting he grabbed the receipt from my hand, crumpled it, and threw it. He again then called me stupid in front of a crowd of people and stormed off. I did speak with a manager (first time in my life) to report the driver but, to make matters worse, the Lorenzo's delivery driver then texted the family member who sent the pizzas saying that the "little dear" (ME) must have been confused or stupid and that they should have better prepared me. IT WAS A SURPRISE. We will never order from here again. read more

Stopped by Lorenzo's tonight for the customer appreciation day. All I have to say is WOW. Even dealing with the phone ringing off the hook and dozens of customers in the dining room, they delivered some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The young lady behind the counter, Maria, was friendly and efficient, and cranked out orders like a pro. The cooks in the back worked like a well oiled machine, yet still put out well presented and delicious food. The server working the dining room, Joanna, even under extreme pressure, worked the room like a well seasoned professional. When I delivered my daughter at St. Luke's my husband ordered dinner from here. His sandwich was great but didn't think anything of it at the time. 22 months later, my daughter is diagnosed with a rare disease and 1 week before Christmas she's hospitalized at St. Luke's. Today some folks came to our room dressed as Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and a wonderful little boy as an elf. They gave her a gift and us a gift card for this restaurant. I think it was the family that owns this restaurant. My daughter was too young to realize it was Santa Claus but I will always remember what they did to cheer up families like ours through such a tough time. I'm so thankful for their kindness.
