I do not suggest ever ordering delivery. I have given this place so many chances and three times they have forgotten my items. This past time was the last straw and I will not even be back to this restaurant for how I was treated. Not only were we missing our breadsticks but our wings were buffalo instead of barbecue. The app said my order was on the way and it was 30 minutes late and my food was cold. I called them and she said being it was through a third-party delivery ( Door Dash) that there was nothing that she could do. So therefore, I was missing items and had cold food and they did nothing for me. Their customer service sucks and I will let everybody that I know, know about this. read more

So the good first. I'm a huge fan of their salads and bread sticks. The pizza and subs are good too. I live a bit far for them to deliver so I order and pick it up. No big deal for my family. The bad. The employees rarely EVER wear masks. The only time I saw them doing it was when a adult (aka none teen) was there. She was wearing a mask and all other employees were also doing it. Every other time I have come no employee is wearing it. My 2 year old is low immunity so we don't bring him places but also can't risk getting anything. So for us we won't go back. My family and I have been looking for a new pizza place around the Burton area. Let me tell you this isn't the one. The pizza was flavorless. The crust was like cardboard. The toppings are cheap and only taste like the can they came in. I wish I could say maybe it wasn't the freshest pizza but the pizza was hot and fresh. I truly believe this is the product they offer. I am certain that I have posted a review for this pizzeria in the past but for some reason, I do not see it! Being held captive in the home during this Covid19 scare, we decided earlier this week to order up a few strombolis and a pepperoni pizza. All items were ready on time and were still piping hot upon our arrival home.. We certainly appreciated the value of items for the price paid and the taste was excellent. I ordered a bacon pineapple bell pepper with half sauce half cheese...they didnt cut any ingredients back or less and the pizza is soggy and pineapple is cold..I called the store to get a refund and they said they cant do that but can remake it. Im not willing to try again and I asked for refund. He said no...they lost a customer forever...I would not recommend this place at all unless you like soggy under cooked greasy pizza. I've had Lorenzo's before but didn't review it then. That was at least two years ago. I've moved two minutes north of my old apartment, and now instead of being basically out of the way, Lorenzo's is 30 seconds east from me going by car. So I usually order a large single topping ham. Because I have eaten here once before, I got a medium with pepperoni, ground beef, and salami. As well as a parm/butter crust. And holy deity was it good. Tons of topping, sweet sauce, and the flavored crust was extremely delicious. It was one of the few pizzas where everything is so good, that it is hard to nail down which component is best. And because it is so close to my apartment, I'll never have to worry about it getting cold before I get home. I would say that so far, the only thing in the area that competes is Chicago style pizza from Guidos. Pick up a pie from these guys. You won't regret it. read more

Great pizza! First it's a small shop, in a strip area in Grand Blanc. Didn't know what to expect but pleasantly surprised by the flavorful pizza . Real cheese. Plentiful toppings. Chicken is a topping option which is awesome. Nice workers, fast service. read more

Went here for the 1st time last week. Found them through Yelp. Wanted to try a new pizza place. I don't prefer thick crusts so based on the pics I saw on here I decided to try it. Its now a new fav. Crust is typical hand tossed. Sauce is nicely seasoned. Not too tomato tasting and the sauce isn't watery either. Toppings were typical tho nothing seemed canned (i.e mushroom). The pizza was great and I plan to return but a large pRt of the reason is the customer service I got. They were swamped and listed 45 min for my food. Got there. Wasn't ready. Waited another 15 min. Manager came in and I heard him say "how long has she been waiting? At least an hour!" Came to the counter and said "ma'am you're all set." He comped my ENTIRE meal. Wings. Large pizza with 5 toppings. A++. Integrity is a nice touch these days. read more

We order from here once a month because they are close to our house. Pizza is good and subs are even better. My favorite thing is the cheese bread. Great with pizza sauce or ranch. I also like that they deliver and that it is not a chain. Those things always get extra points in my book. Staff has always been great and helpful. Had a issue once but they fixed it fast and more than made up for it. We will always be customers after that. read more

First time ordering tonight (delivery), had the Italian grinder and BBQ chicken specialty pizza. Neither was very good, and was unimpressed for the price. Delivery took about an hour and 15 minutes, both the pizza and grinder were like warm. read more

Delicious! But DO NOT Order through Yelp/Eat app, it messes your order up. Call them directly to order. We found them about 3 months ago and they are our Go-To pizza. We love it. It's thin crust, very flavorful and their Larges are the size of most XLs at other places. Of all the Grand Blanc pizza places this is our favorite! read more

I usually have wonderful service from here, but today was a different story. I ordered online at 6:10pm and got a text confirmation that said 50 mins. a little over an hour goes by, and my boyfriend calls them about 7:45pm to get an update. They said at this point it was on the road, and i live not even 3 mins down the road so i figured it would be pretty soon. 8pm rolled around and I still didn't have the pizza. I called again to ask for an update and the girl had told me she wasn't sure what was going on because she remembered making it. She offered to call the delivery driver and they said it was delivered. The delivery driver told the girl working she delivered it to 2 boys, later to find out that they live in the townhouses right next to me. So i'm not sure if the driver didn't check the address or what? Next thing i know the girl passed the phone to the owner and she had asked me twice if i had gotten the food or if there were boys that age in my apartment. I told her no and she offered to give me a refund or remake it for us, even though they were closed. I was quite upset at this point and was still hungry from not getting my food, so i asked her to remake the $35 worth of food that i had ordered for my boyfriend and i. The owner (i assume) personally delivered it at 8:40pm, as i got a call from her to unlock the door for her. She came in and gave it to us, and was not very friendly. I appreciated her remaking it, but i didn't like how she acted when she delivered it. I sit down to eat my small hawaiian pizza, and i noticed something didn't taste right. I had my boyfriend try a slice and we picked toppings off, and most of it tasted fine, except the pineapples. So not only did i not get my food the first time around, when i finally did get it over 2 hours later, my pizza had pineapple that was bad. I'm really disappointed because every other experience i've had at Lorenzos has been great. read more

My wife just called to place a carry out order for delivery. She had a coupon for a free medium for her birthday, but we were also going to order another large and bread. The guy who answered the phone was agitated and extremely rude to her over the free coupon we have. He acted like it was a bother to him to have to deliver because one of the pizzas were free and said he was short staffed. She politely told him to cancel the order. A business that acts rude to their customers is not a place I will ever order from again. I also don't care if you are short staffed, don't whine to your customers about it, and just step up and work a little bit harder that day. Never throw your problems at your customer, THAT IS JUST BAD BUSINESS!! ALSO AS A MAN DONT TALK DOWN TO WOMEN AND BE RESPECTFUL!! read more
