I don't know what happened to this Domino's location, but I won't be back, I guess they have a new owner? And it sounds like they turned the place upside down and screwed it all up. This Domino's location could whip a pizza off in 15 maybe 20 minutes, I've been coming here every single Friday for two years, I won't be back. They're now at a 45 minute wait for a pizza and they're not even busy, don't blame the staff, don't the staff, blame a new owner who had to come into a place that was running fine (At least that was the perspective of the customer) and Screw it all up probably because of ego. I have been a loyal customer here for a long time, and I am very disappointed with the changes since the new owners took over. The quality of the food and the service have become horrible. I've experienced long wait times for poorly made food. Additionally, I have witnessed one of the new owners being extremely rude to the staff. I used to know all the employees here, but since the new management arrived, all of those great people have left. It is truly sad to see such a decline. read more

My husband and I were really hungry late at night on a road trip, and dominos is one of the only places open that late with GF options. Online ordering was down, so my husband just went in and ordered. They had both of our pizzas out in ~12 minutes. He got a medium sausage pizza and I got a small GF extra cheese pizza. I'm always impressed by how tasty the GF pizza is and how well it satisfies my pizza craving. The extra cheese definitely helped. read more

At first I was excited about the location opening and was happy to have it close to my house. The first couple of times we ordered, our pizza was really good. The food was prepared with what seemed to be care for a fast food pizza joint. Lately, it seems as if there is NO quality control and they just let the employees throw slop on a pizza pan. I asked to speak with manager and all I got was attitude from her! They "lost" our order and then said they would make our pizza but it was going to be another hour! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We have ordered here several times and are typically pleased with the food. We ordered pizza, wings and a salad this evening as is standard. As we were eating I noticed a hair on the slice of pizza, somewhat baked into the cheese but convinced myself it was likely just one of mine as it was a long woman's hair. As I am eating my wings I then had to pull ANOTHER long hair OUT OF MY MOUTH, and unravel the rest of it from the chicken wing. I have never been so disgusted in my life. We called, a gentlemen answer the phone and said "you're kidding". He preceded to grab the manager, a female, who told us its impossible for hair to be on the wings as they are cooked from frozen and they don't do refunds. She said they would credit our account and promptly hung up the phone. They can take their credit and shove it. It isn't about the money, it's about the fact that we chose to order takeout for the first time since March from a place we trusted, and this was the result; a give no shits attitude, no apology and acting as though we were being ridiculous. I never leave bad reviews having been in the service industry but I'm all done with this place. I'll be calling corporate and figuring out who this persons boss is because she needs a lesson in how to be a manager. read more

Ordered small cheese and pepperoni by phone. When I got home there was no pepperoni. Called and they said they would credit my account for the next time I ordered. Next time I ordered they told me there was no credit on my account. The pizza I ordered this time was to be well done. When I got home, it was hardly cooked. Had to cook it at home. Their pizza is not very good anyway. Will not return. read more
