The food was delicious. The pizza had crispy buttery edges plenty of toppings and the right amount of sauce. Garlic cream cheese dip for the breadsticks was delicious you could actually see hunks of garlic in it in the cream cheese was sort of whipped so it was the perfect consistency. Pizza sauce was not thin and watery which is the usual at some of these places these days. The mushrooms were fresh mushrooms which was great. The service was the adordash the food came hot and on time and smoothly with no hiccups and no missing items. I can't speak to the ambiance because it was delivery and not dine in. Cottage Inn use to be a upgrade treat to myself out of pizzas but yesterday was my last time going . This is the 3rd time I wasn't satisfied. I NEVER leave reviews. That's how bad the pizza and the service was. My pizza was dry the ends was hard as a rock. It had a couple pieces of ground beef just dropped in various places. I was very friendly to the only employee in the store. I felt he wasn't feeling it. I started to change my mind but yet didn't listen to first voice. I try to get him to smile with no luck. When they make my pizza right, it's great but don't ask them to remake when they don't! Simple ask, extra sauce, as usual they barely put any sauce on it. Refused the product and they were helpful even offered me the pizza that they screwed up while remaking pizza. With the exception of the guy making pizza who dropped f-bombs because he had to remake pizza. In a fit of spite he put so much sauce on pizza that it soaked through the box and was almost impossible to pick up a slice. Obviously he did this on purpose. Barff barff barff!!! I had a coupon for a free large pizza. I ordered the large everything. If it has 2oz of cheese I would be surprised. There were only 16 pieces of pepperoni. The pizza was horrible. There was literally no meat on the Philly steak pizza. I paid over $66.00 and when I called they was very apologetic and said next time I came in they would take care of me. I then call back two weeks later to be taken care of spoke with the manager Gina there she was very rude and said they would've taken care of it that night and like I told her I did not want free pizza. I basically just wanna make sure my pizza was made correctly this time and she started to get rude with me and said we would've taken care of it that night again, I told her I'm not trying to scam you or get free pizza. I just wanna be taken care of. She raised her voice and said I'm not accusing you of anything then hung up on me after telling me to call corporate. We did not receive the salad and after calling Cottage Inn Pizza we still have not received the salad in 1 1/2 hours after we received our incomplete order which means they are keeping our salad and money. It arrived on time and still warm but........ it is a very boring pie, a lot of chewy dough, minimal sauce, cheese and toppings ok but mostly in the center of the pie, leaving the outer edges bare. On 11/9 about 5:30 I arrived and was asked by someone if they could help me....I told them my order # and they walked away without saying anything and over the next 20 minutes, after repeatedly asking when my order would be ready, I either got NO ANSWER, or was told "a few minutes". Once "a few minutes" was loooooong passed, I asked again and was told they "don't know when my pizza would be ready". Of course, nobody ever bothered to actually CHECK on that. Since there were other folks waiting as well, one of whom had an even lower order # than mine, I decided I'd waited long enough, and asked for a refund. I was told "We can't do that"....when I replied they SURE COULD do that, I got yelled at by someone in the back about "yelling at a high school kid". FINALLY, a woman came to the register and ACTUALLY TALKED TO ME. She looked-up my order, went to the back for about 10 seconds and SUDDENLY, MY ORDER WAS ALL BOXED-UP AND READY TO GO! Did I really have to ask for a refund just to get my food? Or just to get someone's attention? Do these people not know how to look up an order? Were they keeping my order back just to jerk me around? Doesn't matter now, because there are PLENTY of businesses that actually treat me like I (and my time) matter, so I won't be back. Before you brand me as just another demanding customer, you should know that I have been working in Customer Service-type jobs for more years than any of the people I saw there have been alive, and I definitely know the difference between employees who care and those who can't be bothered, and customers who are too demanding. These people could sure use some Customer Service training, but I doubt that'd be enough to fix their attitudes. They delivered someone else's order. I called them twice to learn that they delivered someone else's. On the second call, L told me that they'll deliver my order. They did. They should have called me as soon as they realized I had someone else's order. I don't eat pork for religious reasons, and I'm pretty unhappy that I ended up doing so without knowing. They get points for the apology and finally delivering the right order. They are slammed for July 4. I'll still consider ordering from them in the future. They need to slow down, though. read more

This is my go to pizza place, the gourmet pizzas are easily customizable, always arrive on time and piping hot! The Inn Stix are always tender and if ordered with cream cheese will go first! If a mistake was made they attempt to remedy it immediately or give you credit towards your next order. read more

I AM CELIAC AND GLUTEN FREE I only wont give this location 5 stars because it isnt a dedicated gf facility, but of note those places dont exist in this area. I have been going here for over 5 years and not only have they been great, but honest too. They have said the only possible cc is in the oven, but they do try to do the gf stuff separate if they can so that you do have to be aware of and ask about. They have bread and pizza here and its pretty damn good too. I was also told by the owner in the past as this used to be my go to lunch place for over a year too because they were located close to my workplace...i had plwnty of chances to communicate with them....anyway he said the absolute safest thing for a celiac to order there is their subs as even in the oven those are wrapped in foil. Their subs are like a big airy pita bread that is gf rather than a sub bun and i highly recommend their italian sub as that is the best sub. Sooooo good. Having this place around is awesome and I've had a very long term relationship with them. Highly recommend. Of note....i have tried other locations. They are NOT like this one.
