I've had Lorenzo's pizza delivered and in-store. When you go to the restaurant, they give you salad with an amazing salad dressing. Also, I noticed a large improvement in the quality of the pizza. The delivery pizza is just okay for the price. I definitely recommend dining at the restaurant as it is much better. The lasagna is also incredible. I love Lorenzo's pizza... Their sauce is amazing, their pizzas are delicious and their salads and house dressing is delicious!! My kids have had their spaghetti, and my mom is a big fan of their lasagna and their bread sticks.. My fiancée and I went during Valentine's day and they were selling heart shaped pizzas.. Is it better than the other pizza in the area? Yes (for now at-least). Is it the best I had? Definitely no. I can find other pizza places in Cleveland that is much better as well as Chicago, New York, or even Little Rock. However, if you are somehow stuck in Oberlin and craving pizza, I guess this is probably the best choice out there. read more

The last time we ate here was in July. My youngest child (7), wanted their pizza for her birthday dinner. We have eaten here many times before, recommended it to others, and although you can expect to wait longer than the time they tell you on the phone to get your pizzas, it's okay if you plan on it taking an extra 20-30 minutes. People that I had recommended Lorenzo's to have told me their terrible experiences and that they were never coming back, but I've never had a horrible experience like they described. Until July. I arrived 20 minutes after my pick-up time, told them I was there, and waited. And waited. And waited. The entire 30 minutes I waited nobody spoke to me or explained anything. There was a lot of yelling and fighting in the kitchen during that time. I returned to the window and asked if my pizzas were ready yet. They said "almost". More waiting and more yelling in the kitchen. 20 minutes or so later, I went to the window again. Someone finally apologized and said they believed that a delivery person had taken my pizzas by mistake and they were making new ones for me. They refunded me the cost of the pizzas. 20 more minutes and I was ordering from Pizza Hut on my phone while I was waiting. 20 more minutes, my pizzas at Pizza Hut we're ready and I was walking out the door. But wait! They holler for me and hand me both the pizzas that were taken out for delivery and the new pizzas they had made. This is about 2 hours after my pick-up time at this point. Went to Pizza Hut to pick up my pizza there and went home. Opened the Lorenzo's boxes. 2 of them weren't my pizzas and the ones that were my orders were burned on the bottom. Never again. They need to work on their kitchen management. read more

I will not eat there ever again, staff is rude. Also why put on the menu garlic bread or breadsticks with your meal when you ask for breadsticks and every time they bring you Garlic bread. That is rude then you ask for breadsticks instead and you get a rude remark that they taste the same, I dont care how they taste I want what I asked for! read more

Lorenzo's is a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. It has delicious pizza and a very friendly atmosphere. They welcome groups and have some outdoor seating during the summer. Call for the date of special nights when dogs are welcome and get a treat. read more

Hands down the best pizza I've ever eaten and it's always consistently delicious. The meatballs, garlic bread, and antipasto salad are amazing as well. I was born and raised in Oberlin and have been coming here for most of my life. I have to say that the food is amazing and everytime I come home, I eat at Lorenzo's. Its a good thing the food is so good. It overshadows the lackluster service I seem to receive everytime I go. My friend and I were seated and continued to sit for almost 10 mins. before I finally asked if we were going to get served. There were five different times servers walked past...looked at our empty table...amd kept going. Its very frustrating and very common to get bad service here. Its such a shame too because it is a staple in the community. I will still spend my money there but management should really get a grip on service. It seems to be getting worse and its so disappointing because good servive added to the awesome food, would definitely warrant five stars. I hope someone cares enough to address the issue and maybe get some training for the staff. read more

i am a real pizza lover and a student at Oberlin. as a new yorker i tried the slice style joints in Oberlin. none could cut it. then i saw this building hidden in a parking lot and saw it was a pizzeria. so i tried the plain cheese pizza. i usually start there in that i want to taste the ingredients. this place has really good pizza. i have to say that there is more going on with the flavors of this pizza that a NY slice. after school breaks are over and i get back to oberlin .i find rhe first thing i do is get a medium plain cheese from Lorenzos!! good stuff read more
