It's definitely a place that looks authentic. I read the menu while inside and it had so many choices including cocktails and many food options. Many choices for any taste! I was really looking forward to trying Thai food here. Unfortunately, I ended up walking in and out due to disappointing service or the lack thereof. When I walked in (almost at 7 PM), there was a long line of diners that were not acknowledged. They were confused and asking each other where to wait and who will take their table reservation. It was very unclear where the hostess is, where to pick up orders, or wait for a table. The restaurant is very small and was overpacked on a Monday night. I had to wait an extremely long time right in front of the hostess to be acknowledged. The wait time for a table was 45 minutes to 1 hour. The wait for to go order was also 45 minutes. I would probably wait but it was scorching hot inside despite it being it being the 70's outside. I was hoping that the service would be more attentive. My suggestion to anyone visiting is to figure out a time when they're not busy. The food is probably very good, but get ready for not so good service and extended waits.

With that being said we enjoyed our Saigon style Pho and will happily return to have it again. The restaurant was moderately busy. It was nice and clean. The side of the building is really the main entrance so I think it throws people off when they drive by. For good pho I would recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself. I like the table set up with the siracha, hoisin, and utensils all right there like the pho spots I'm use to. I got their goi cuon, pho dac viet, and a boba. Goi cuon came out pretty fast. Nicely wrapped and came with a peanut dipping sauce. The roll was good, I would've liked the peanut sauce to have been a bit more peanuty, and thicker. Sauce was a bit on the runnier side. My personal preference. Pho dac biet soup seems to be the same for all the pho spots in Cleveland that I've tried. It'll satisfy my craving but doesn't seem to be rich. The meat portions were generous for a small. Got their premium oolong milk tea. Didn't taste premium to me. I like you can adjust the sweetness level and ice level. Wish they had just plain regular boba/tapioca balls. Only had them in brown Suger syrup. Definitely enjoyed this spot more than some of the other pho spots. The banh mi came with some Vietnamese cold cuts, pate, mayo, pickled radish, carrots, cilantro, and jalapeño. The sandwich was delicious. I loved the bread, which was so crispy on the outside and so light & airy on the inside. The veggies were fresh, and the cold cuts & pate were flavorful. The noodle bowl was also tasty. The bowl came with a generous amount of noodles, a decent-sized portion of tender grilled pork, an egg roll chopped up into pieces, bean sprouts, carrots, and other veggies. It was served with fish sauce on the side, which I used liberally along with Sriracha. If you dine in, there is a big bottle of sriracha at each table. In addition to being delicious, the noodle bowl was so filling. Between the bowl and sandwich, I left the restaurant stuffed. The service was quick and friendly. The vibe is very casual. The carry-out service has always been delightful. I only wish I was able to try their dine-in. I ordered takeout at least a dozen times, but the last time I ordered, I was floored by the price! What was always $35 was near $60! I went to double check and lo and behold, I see different prices in the pics on Yelp, and their facebook page hasn't been updated in years. So other than going in to place and order and ask, how would I know? There are no prices listed for dish/meal substitutions or the homemade mustard/duck sauce. I can't help but wonder what I paid for a tiny 1oz cup of mustard the last time? I'm guessing I would've passed on it had I been aware. I will likely order again, I have a patient that loves the wonton, but not nearly as often. I'm only going to order when I can place in-store, so I can see what I'm paying for! When I walked through the door I knew the food was going to be good because it smelled like I was in the kitchen hovering over fresh cut veg, fish sauce and lime. Yum. I got two pork banh mi and summer rolls. I ate half a sandwich and one roll at a nearby park and had the other half for dinner when I got home. The bread was perfect--crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The veg was crisp and refreshing and the pork delicious, tender and moist. The summer roll was good, peanut sauce was perfect and I got a side of nước chấm so I could double dip. I had the second sandwich for breakfast.* I happily saw they put mayo on the banh mi so I asked for none and they made it without. Yay or otherwise yuk. I will make a special 55 minute trip to eat here again. *I go between Detroit and Cleveland on the regular so I usually get a banh mi for the road and one for the next day. Hear me out--deconstruct the sandwich and wrap the veg in a moist paper towel and seal in a glass jar. Store the bread in the paper bag it came in and put the meat away as you normally would. The next day wet the paper bag and put the bread in the oven for about 5 mins. Reheat the meat on the stove top, reassemble and enjoy.
