As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I was met with an attitude that was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Because of this experience, I chose to leave without purchasing not only my deli items but also the steaks and other meat I had planned to buy for an upcoming family reunion. I hope management addresses this issue. Employees who interact with customers should provide respectful, courteous service. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply for asking to be served.

It will automatically use those mobile coupons any time I use my Kroger card. I also love the convenience of the Clicklist. I work full time and do other hobbies on my time off. Any time I need anything I go on the mobile app, add whatever I need and at the end of the week or end of every other week or whatever I submit a clicklist and go pick up my groceries after work.
