Beer is on tap, so if you've had a Blue Moon on tap, you know it's pretty tasty. Ordered the wings extra crispy and the fries without seasoning. Wings were just ok, not well done enough, I told her he could almost burn them, but that didn't work out. Fries were good enough, fresh, fluffy and crispy. It was fine, but nothing to get too excited about. Quaker Steak had a similar lunch option for $9.99 and has Blue Moon on tap as well, so if I had the choice, I'd rather go there. Went to Milford location of Buffalo Wings and Rings on July 28th with my niece and her husband who were visiting for the weekend. We decided to take in the major wing deal (40% off) going on for Nat'l Chicken Wing Day & the 40th Anniversary. So glad we did!! Tried new flavors (to us) and they were spectacular! Of course, I got my Buffalo Medium sauce but we all shared bites. Next time, I'm definitely getting that Blueberry Bourbon for myself! Also of note was the Lemon Ice seltzer/ beer on tap. As advertised and de-lish!! This could be the best poolside drink on the market. Refreshing! As for the ambiance and service, very good on both counts. Expectedly, it was crowded (special on wings!). One complaint would be its prices high. But if you learn the specials and the menu you'll actually find ways to order. See I order with my eyes and always get to much but that's always going to be me.Try getting the wings dry rub of a flavor you love then get them well done. Get whatever wet sauce on the side and I promise it's one of the best bone in wings out there quality wise. Parmesan aioli fries are a must every single time. Not bad for wing place! We enjoyed dinner at this newly opened restaurant. The food was very good. Our waiter was amazing when we explained we'd never been there before. She explained all of that menu and sauces to us. We ordered boneless wings, potato wedges and pretzels. The pretzels were good but a bit greasy for my taste. The wings were delicious but a bit salty for my liking, I don't care for salt much. The food was served quickly and hot! I have nothing negative to say about this visit. I'm not a huge wing fan so I feel unqualified to make any further comments about the food. I will add if we ever go back I'd likely try something else like a burger or salad. Ordinarily I would comment on the cleanliness of the restaurants but this was a new construction and is still very clean. They are definitely practicing safe covid distancing. This place has a beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas with fire pit and 2 gaming tables but these areas looked to be off limits due to covid. My husband and I regularly visit this location. Scotty at the bar normally serves us. (Good service and good food.) Last night, Wednesday 12/29/21, Scotty was not there. It was busier than usual in the normal seating area, with lots of staff. We sat in the bar area as usual. We had a female bar tender serve us at the bar. She was nice and has served us before. She was quick to take our drink and food order. (The bar area wasn't too busy, surprisingly.) We thought our food would come slow , because they had more people there than usual. Although, food came out of the kitchen in a decent time. Normally I would give this place a 4/5 star for wings. Tonight was barely a 1/2 star for the food.. Service was good at the bar, but the food was not good. The overall score of 3 is for the food prep/presentation. I am never one to send food back. Although, after testing a wing, I did. We ordered 20 wings and fries. The fries were barely warm, not hot. The wings looked dry with little sauce drizzled over them. The Wing meat was cold temperature on tasting. Like most people, we prefer our wing meat nice and hot, from getting cooked. I mentioned to the bar tender the wings were not warm. I asked she take them back, heat them, and toss in the sauce (because they barely had sauce on them) We ate the cold fries while we waited for the wings to get heated. We were surprised once again, the wing temperature was still not warm, after she brought them back. By then, we were too hungry to send them back again. The kitchen didn't heat the wings. They were wetter. The sauce was slightly warm. There was plenty of staff, not sure a manager was working though? All food orders could have come out hot ( temperature wise) with that many people on, if they followed a system. So either, the people responsible to get the food out to the tables, while hot, weren't doing their jobs? Or, the kitchen last night, decided to precook wings. (and just add sauce as orders came in. ( allowing for cold wing meat /and skin to be served) My suggestion to the manager, make sure your kitchen staff never precook your wings, before customer orders. Cold wings with room temp sauce aren't good. Make sure staff always cook to order/freshly made, and brought to the customer while the meat is still hot. Next time, I go in, I won't accept cold meat wings again. I am not a mean person, and will never be mean or difficult. Although I will nicely send back the order (as many times as needed) until the order comes out like it should. The only thing on par was the beer. It was super cold. They also stayed cold a long time. That was really nice! We each only had 1 short beer with dinner. Sorry to give your food a 2 on this review. Someone needs to get on the kitchen staff, so this doesn't keep happening. We will return, this isn't the norm there. read more

Milford.. hello I know you may feel you did not need another wing place. But this is NOW the best one in Milford. Go visit the best bartenders in Milford Stephanie and Scott be sure and let Scott know how much you do not like Louisville football.. LOL! The draft choices are limited compared to other places but the list is amazing and always rotating. The food is the usual choices of wings and sides. But this is the new style corporate store so you will find improvements along with some items not found in other Wings locations. This location as more TV's in a space then I have experienced previously. My favorite seat is the ride side of the bar where you see row after row of TV's. Get out and enjoy the bartenders and servers ask for Morgan she will make sure you feel welcome and make sure you are taken care of. Try the tater tot appetizer with original buffalo on the side. Grab a Chicken Buffalo ringer sandwich for a change with a side of onion rings. For those can not walk into a Wing place and not get Wings.. go for it!! We had a bad time. The restaurant had a weird vibe, it was a wanna be sports bar. It was too cold. We had to wear our winter coats inside. The ranch was watered down. The fries seemed old and they had the consistency of styrofoam. The music had a 2009 failed pop song vibe. The chairs were too tall and were too loud on the floor. The dishes were not ergonomic. Our service was decent, and the burger week burger was delicious. However, our bill was $22 and we left a tip. We were charged $50 for our meal. When I called to discuss this, the manager, Ashton was short with me and did not seem apologetic in the least. I explained that this was a splurge for our family & she just explained it as the server thought that the TOTAL was the tip. Seriously?!?! I've worked in restaurants for years, there should be protocols in place to check tips, and if you think you have been tipped over 100% of the bill--red flags should be flying. I went to the restaurant to get back the money in cash, as it would take several business days for it to get back into my account. A second manager explained that it was his sister who was the server and was "totally innocent." I completely understand that things happen, however, there should be restaurant rules in place so that this does not happen. In addition, an apology would have been greatly appreciated. Not only was my family out of money, but we also had to make a second trip to the restaurant and the customer service was awful. A simple I'm sorry and how can we make this right for you goes a long way. Definitely will encourage people not to go to this location. read more

I ordered my food online at 6:38. Said my order would be ready at 7:15. We go to the drive through and the line was backed up to the street. It took me 25 min to get through the line only to be told my order wasn't ready. I was told it was going to be another 20 mins. I had a notification from the app that said my order was complete. The manger came out to retake our order, said I won't charge you for this (I hope not bc we already paid for it online) and told us it was going to be another 20-25 min for our food. Then said, "huh, we have a bundle sitting in there, I wonder if it's yours?!" Well, 3-5min later she came out with our food. It's now 8:05! She gave me my food, but it had been sitting for almost an hour! Everything was basically fine, but wings were cold and we received a small queso instead of a large. I was very disappointed last night. This could have all been avoided if the staff had just asked more questions when it's an online order! My family and I went here for dinner it took over 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table to serve us. Our server came to our table maybe 3 times while we were there. During dinner I had sat on a sharp plastic object that had cut my leg and put a hole in my pants.
