So, if you're not looking for information on the food, what might steer you in the direction of BCB? Convenience? My food was ready in an appropriate amount of time. My order was correct, hot and fresh. Environment? The dining room was clean -- and that extended to the patio. Service? Polite and professional, bordering on nice. Fast food chain reviews are always difficult to write. You know the menu and what to expect, so surprises/insights are hard to come by.
