Parking is still $10 (2026). Seats were great from everywhere as far as I could see, even the lawn if you need to be thrifty and save a buck. There's a fan shop for gear and souvenirs, plenty of food vendors and lots of helpful folks to answer questions. It's not like their home Milwaukee stadium but not bad as far as smaller parks go.

It felt like I was back in Wisco, but without the humidity the Midwest brings. Not a ton of concessions, but I don't usually buy stadium food anyway. The sausage run is one of my favorite traditions, so it was a lot of fun to see them race again!

What a night at Chase Field!…read more As a lifelong Cubs fan, I was definitely hoping for a different ending--but I have to give the D-backs credit. Watching a walk-off win in person is an incredible baseball experience, even when you're on the wrong side of it! The energy in Chase Field during those final moments was fantastic. Great atmosphere, great crowd, and a really fun place to watch a game. The Cubs fan in me didn't love the ending , but the baseball fan in me absolutely loved the experience.

It was quite a drive from Scottsdale and the area in Goodyear didn't seem that exciting haha. There was plenty of parking and it was on a grassy dirt area in front of the stadium. Surprisingly there were a lot of Reds fans too. The stadium did feel like a new, clean and cementy stadium. Plenty of vendors lined up for food, drinks and snacks around the park. The actual concessions were not the best at all though. It was cool seeing a little baseball field that little kids can enjoy and hangout. We sat super close to the field which made it a fun experience to enjoy. Overall the stadium didn't have any character and felt like a college stadium or something. I guess I'm bias with Giants having their own stadium.

So far I've been thru about 1/2 of them. Surprise Stadium is by-far the best one yet. It is clean, spacious all the way around and well laid out for couples, seniors and / or families. Plenty of and well organized parking with great traffic flow control. Food choices are adequate and relatively fairly priced.

There really is no bad seat. The smaller ballparks provide an up close experience at a more affordable price point than during the season. While you could pay for parking at the venue, I'm not about that life, so I found parking in the residential neighborhood that's close to the Park. It took me about 10-15 minutes to walk over. First off, let's talk about the main purpose of Sloan Park: spring training for the Chicago Cubs. I know spring training is a big deal in Phoenix, but I was impressed with how nice this stadium is. It may not have the history of Wrigley Field but it's a super nice venue. As far as the festival experience, everything was smooth. The grounds were well maintained, getting in and out was relatively easy, and I didn't run into any issues. Exactly what you're looking for when you attend a music festival. I'll have to stop by for a spring training game next time around!

Spring Trainning doesn't start till march 4th but there were pitches and catchers working out, even though they didn't have anything open to the public besides the pro shop I walked around the backside of the ball park and saw Jeff S. pitching coach Larry Rothchild and abunch of kids! haha hopefully this is the year! Ain't that a crotch kick? I have told many of my out-of-state friends that Arizona sports fans have a high pain tolerance. We're practically masochists because it is ROUGH being an Arizona sports fan. As a born and raised Arizonan, I bare the bruises and defeats with as much grace as I can. I pretty much learned to never be too hopeful. I keep a healthy level of enthusiasm and expectation. That said, I love me my Suns. I loved them since the Dan Majerle days.
