June 2022 - Suite for Carvana
    Diele K.

This review is long overdue as it's from when I was invited to the Carvana suite for Pride Nite a couple years back. Loved being able to have free drinks, food, and great seats near the floor to enjoy my first Phoenix Mercury game. Though I'm not a basketball fan, they sure made it fun! I wish more people supported WNBA as this place is electric for the Phoenix Suns (same arena stadium). I'd definitely go to another game, and prefer the Mercury over the Suns. Worth checking out if you are in the area and can get tickets.

Fun night watching the Phoenix Mercury play the Indiana Fever. Such a fun crowd! Love that the stadium has $2 deals for water, chips, popcorn, and hotdogs so you don't have to spend a fortune.

Beautiful arena. It filled up with fans, too! Great WNBA support in AZ.

As a visiting Las Vegas Aces fan, it was my first time going to an away game against the Mercury. I was impressed with almost everything, from the arena to the entertainment to the home team fans! There were about 50 of us visiting, and some in the group were a little rowdy. No matter, because the Mercury fans were so kind and welcoming, and made us all feel at home. The Footprint Arena was a beautiful venue. Parking was a bit challenging and took a long time to get out, but the attached garage and prepaid parking option was nice. The food options in the arena were good but super pricey. Our group bought center court seats that had a terrific view of the action. The seats were comfortable and just roomy enough that I didn't feel crammed in. The Mercury have a loud and proud following much like my hometown Aces do, and it was terrific to see. If more people would give the WNBA a chance, they'd become lifelong fans!

My wife warned tickets during a summer reading program at our local library. We had a very fun time. The venue is top tier. The seats, section 20, were killer. The atmosphere was electric. My only complaint is that they do not take cash for anything in the arena.

Something I never thought I would do! I support female sports all the time, I have a daughter. But only if it's a good product. I have never been a WNBA supporter. I feel when you need something else to finance your league to keep it a float. Then why have it. The WNBA wouldn't even exists if it wasn't for the NBA's money. Of course the NBA was only thinking that they can gain more fans this way. With all of this said, I truly hope this league can stand on its own feet in the future. I have been to Lakers games at both The Forum and Staples Center, been to Clippers games at both the L.A. Arena and Staples Center, and attended a Suns game. And I never have been this entertained when I attended a Phoenix Mercury game. They give out a good product, keep the fans involved, and come up with some really great entertainment. Kids and wife had a great time, we'll definitely come back again.

The Mercury are Phoenix's BEST sports team! As I am I writing this the Phoenix Mercury are in the finals!! I encourage more people I the valley to watch more of their games because they are so entertaining! The tickets are very inexpensive so you can bring your whole family to experience what most people in the valley are missing out on. If you can catch the light rail here you won't have to pay the $10 dollar parking. Support the Phoenix Mercury! The girls work so hard and put on a great game!

Hot Things (with Prince's Hot Thing playing in your head): Christopher Meloni (Hello? Have you seen him in Oz?) Glee (C'mon you know you love it!) Betty White's career! HOT HOT HOT!!! Phoenix is hot. Mercury is hot. Phoenix Mercury is SMOKING HOT! I've had the privilege to meet many of the players and the folks behind the scenes and they are professional, courteous and most of all FUN!!! The energy and the entertainment at the Mercury games is unlike and energy I've experienced. I've attended hundreds of sporting events throughout my jock heavy life and the Mercury games are infectious. Like laughter. Not poison ivy. So here's to the WNBA Champs! A five star organization from back of the house to the court. GO MERCURY!!!

    Comfy seats and everything!!

What an awesome fan service center! They gave us tickets for our daughter's birthday right down front!!! We had a blast! Thanks Phoenix Mercury!

I attended the season opener pitting #1 draft pick Brittney Griner (Mercury) vs #2 draft pick Elena Della Donne (Sky). The US Airways arena was electric. It was loud and felt like a playoff game. Unfortunately, the Mecury fell flat. After a strong start, they couldn't make a shot and the Sky took advantage of that and built a huge lead before halftime. Meanwhile, Griner was in foul trouble most of the game and it was too late by the time she got back on the floor. The game was a lot of fun. Too bad the Mercury couldn't take home the win. The team certainly has a lot of upside....they've since turned it around and are doing well this season despite a slow 0-3 start. Return Factor - 90%

Somebody open a window because it's about to get smug in here…read more I don't want to see the Arizona Diamondbacks getting anything besides five-stars because this is truly a fifty-star team! Making Arizona their home in 1998, this team has shown so much heart. Since their debut, the Diamondbacks have won two Wild Card Series, five NL West division titles, two NL pennants, and the 2001 World Series. I remember watching them win the World Series in 2001. That feeling of pride was something I'll never forget and before 2023, I wondered if we'll ever get that feeling again. After beating the Philadelphia Phillies 4-2 in Game 7 of the 2023 NLCS, the Arizona Diamondbacks returned to the World Series for the first time since 2001 against the Texas Rangers in October of 2023. They lost the series 4-1 at home in Arizona but I was proud of them. They weren't even supposed to be there! How can I be disappointed when I had counted them out prior to the wild card berth? And while we had a promising 2024, having scored the most runs in the 2024 season with 886, having the best on-base percentage, and were second in batting average and slugging percentage, they couldn't quite clench a spot but hey, here's to a stellar 2024 season. Proud Arizonan right here. I often say it's hard being an Arizona sports fan but I love me my Diamondbacks. Catch a live game if you can. It's always a fun time and our stadium has A/C and a retractable roof!

Been a fan since the team moved here…read more The first 5 seasons, I would ride my bike over to Sun Devil Stadium and get tickets from scalpers if I didn't already secure some from friends. Then my wife and I bought our season tickets in 1993, and we have been enjoying gameday experiences ever since. Of course, the new stadium was a big change, and we have seen so many fun games at the new place. We enjoy the cooler weather to start the seasons but wish the roof was open more than it has been. The whole point of the roof was to provide us with a cool place to play in the hottest months when the seasons start. Then it is supposed to be open the rest of the time. Playing in the building with the roof closed when the outside weather is beautiful makes no sense. Football is generally supposed to be played outdoors, IMHO. Kind of stuffy to play it in an industrial building with a closed roof. We have met many new friends since the games shifted over to Glendale and still see many friends from the SDS days. There's just something about the gameday experience and supporting the Cards in person that a big screen TV at home cannot compete with. Love that they have added some better drink options over the years so we can drink some non-soda drinks, like lemonade and Vitamin Water. Great popcorn deals as well. See you at a game soon and best of luck on the 50/50 drawing.

The organization assigned me three different customer service representatives in one year but I could not rely on any of them to follow up and keep me updated about my purchase. After I had placed a deposit on tickets, I was told by the sales agent that I could have four ADA-compliant seats - but when I went back to select them, there were none. Rather than finding us a solution, they asked if my daughter could walk down stairs. This violates the accessibility guidelines. When I asked for a refund because of the misleading information provided to me, they told me that there were no exceptions to their no-refund policy. I was provided a workaround: my daughter would sit in a separate section (section 106) while the other three of us sat in different sections. However, for many of the games, that section was occupied by individuals who did not appear to have mobility issues, and the staff refused to do anything about it. Now we have asked for a refund for credit owed, and the last correspondence was 3/18. Save your money.

These fan fests usually take place throughout the week leading up to the big game. They are a way to hype up the fans and give them opportunities to score some autographs. The Valley has hosted both the Super Bowl and the College Football Playoff National Championship and have had similar fan fests in the past here at the convention center. Phoenix has hosted the NCAA Men's Basketball Final Four in 2017 and 2024 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale. I was fortunate enough to attend both events. I like that the NCAA Final Four Fan Fest is pretty affordable for families. Tickets are less than $10 and there were several options of getting free tickets. I had tickets to the game and was able to get in for free. The event went on for a few day at the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown Phoenix during the Final Four games. The event had many interactive games, celebrity and athlete appearances, autograph signings and lots of free stuff. I enjoyed walking through the two mini marts that they erected for former players Charles Barkley and Magic Johnson. The "Chuck Stop" and "Magic Mart" were fun interactive experiences that poked fun at their rivalry from the Capital One commercial. Shaq also had a Home Depot experience that you could walk through.
