She was all prepared, showered, and had her loofah with her, excited to enjoy the experience before we flew out the next day. To our complete shock, they refused to let me gift her one of my credits. No compassion, no flexibility, no customer service. Just a hard "no," even though the credit was paid for and she was only in town briefly. It was upsetting, embarrassing, and honestly baffling.
