Birthday celebration at Los Arcos! First time and won't be our last. I ordered my reliable steak fajitas. My hubby ordered the burrito California. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with warm chips paired with a classic salsa and a surprisingly tasty black bean dip - nice touch! The portions here? Massive. Seriously, come hungry or plan for leftovers. The fajita, wow - what a veggie medley! Mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onions - each cooked to perfection! Delicious, satisfying, and yes... nap-inducing. We ate here while in Rochester for medical reasons. I ordered two beef tacos and my husband ordered shrimp and rice. The chips and salsa were good, along with the queso. However the tacos were extremely greasy and shells were soggy. Inedible. I ended up emptying them as they fell apart and used the chips to eat them like nachos. My husband said the shrimp was deveined and cooked well. We will not go back! read more

Los Arcos food and drinks always delivers! The margaritas are strong and tasty and they have a bunch of flavors to choose from. Happy hour goes until 6 on weekdays and is a great value. The food is also great - the complimentary chips, salsa, and black bean dip is delightful. This time we split the Ranchero quesadilla with steak which was soooo good! The restaurant is plenty big to serve large and small groups alike. The new booth seating is comfortable and clean. Service is generally good. Our server was a bit scattered but super sweet. Everyone else who works there is also welcoming. Would recommend Los Arcos!!! read more

Ordered a take out. They gave me the wrong thing. Which is okay I get it, things happen. I called back to tell them it was wrong and make another order of what I asked for. He said I could be lying and I need to bring back my food before he can make what I ordered. So I'd have to drive 15 min there. Wait 15 for the food that they messed up. always has been a decent place to eat. Tonight they los t our business. We went for dinner the doors were locked. Two women let us in. it was oddly quite. We went to leave and they had to unlock the doors for us. I asked what was going on, she said "for the safety of our staff we locked the doors".. you don't lock doors with customers in and not knowing! my daughter was scared to death when she told us that! long time customer and the way it looked, many customers gone! read more

Lovely place! Ample seating, pleasant ambiance, clean and airy. The food was amazing, the waitress was absolutely great and we enjoyed a bit of a banter with her about how the salsa, the queso, and the black bean dip were like tres pecados. The salsa, dip, and queso are indeed yummy and sinfully great. The entrees were incredible - enough rice and beans for a crowd, so if you're dining alone, do yourself a favor and ask for a baby portion of rice and beans. The regular serving is enougnt three or four people to share. Great selection of drinks as well. We will definitely return to this restaurant any time we are in Rochester. read more

I have been eating at Lost archos for over 5 years now and I have nothing bad to say about this place. My highlights would be their table side guacamole and their Texas nachos. I am a nachos enthusiast and have tried every nacho option in Rochester. Los archos gets my winner for consistency, customisability and flavor. Their nachos are smokey and they do not skimp on the cheese and toppings. Reference my picture to see for yourselves. These nachos are loaded! They have perfected the art of getting that perfect char flavor and have some of the best carnitas (pork) chunky, fatty, smally and juicy. The best way to get their pork is by ordering their large platters that Include it or subbing it for steak. But all their dishes are great. read more

If a 6 star rating was possible, I would give them it. Great atmosphere (but nothing fancy), fantastic service, reasonable prices and wonderful food. I had the 3 cheese enchiladas with steak pieces on top, along with black refried beans & Mexican rice. My wife had the combination plate of chili relano & tostada (along with the same sides as I had). Very authentic Mexican food and very delicious. Our food was delivered within 10 minutes! We stayed for dessert, both getting the flan, which was the best we've ever had! Too bad we don't live in Rochester, otherwise, this would ALWAYS be my go to for Mexican food. read more

I have visited this place at least three times. This visit was uneventful. The chicken in my Burro Matzalan was bland and chewy. The dish was void of any flavor. A companion chicken faitias entree was about the same, devoid of any taste. Brought this fact to the server who apologized and not much more. I think the quality does not fit with the pricing.
