Then they refused to refund my money and insisted that the website wasn't working, even as I showed it to them on my phone. My options were to cancel my credit card charge or call the cops. Ordered a to go order that I picked up. the order wasn't ready by the they said to pick it up. Once I finally got the food and drove home, I realized that one of the meals that I ordered and paid for , was not included in the bag. I drove back to the restaurant and had two people come and ask me what I needed. The waitress argued with me for several minutes, telling me that everything was included. She raised her voice so loudly and created so much of a scene that the people dining were all getting up to look. I couldn't believe it. I hope they make some changes to their customer service. I don't know where to start. Husband and I went there for lunch last week. Started with snug parking lot. Walked in and it was dingy and unkept. Took a bit to get someone to seat us. We checked over the menu, needed a little longer to decide when our waiter came back the first time. So far, neither of these two smiled or welcomed us. Waiter came back and I asked a question. It seemed to make him crabby. Real short with me when he answered. Still thanked the lady and our waiter as they continued taking care of us. Finally got our food, like twenty minutes later. This was odd! Not busy and should not have taken as long as it did. Food was cold to warm in temperature. Our waiter did not bring our order to us, another worker did. Sat and finished what we chose to eat from the not so hot or good tasting food. We waited longer for our coupon to be taken and for our bill to be delivered. Never happened. We went and did it all at the register. Not going back. I wish it had been a whole different experience. read more

One of my favorites but after last night may never go back. Generally quick service. Last night wanted someplace quick with good food. We were sat at a booth and chips brought out. A large group came in about 10 minutes after us. Server waited in them before even getting to our table for even drink orders. After waiting 20 minutes (and asking twice who our server was), gentleman came over. I said we've never had to wait so long even to order drinks. His response was that the larger party was spending more than just two of us so they got waited on first even though we were there 5-10 minutes before the party. Per person we might have spent more but he didn't find out as we walked out since they obviously didn't want our $$. Very very disappointing! read more

Service was good, the chips and sauce were amazing. But the food itself is just ight. The beef quesadilla and taco weren't good, the beef didn't taste like it had any seasoning. Update, (Monday) Two days later i woke up with huge stomach pain and had to take a poop. FOR THIRTY MINUTES. Worst experience of my life, I was POUNDING my fist on my countertop next to my toilet it hurt so much and ended up calling my mom on the verge of tears telling her I'd be late for school. My stomach hurt the whole day and because of my 30 minute problem I was late to school but still went. I got home, and around 5pm I pass out because I've felt like crap all day. For SIX HOURS I took a nap waking up here and there with intense stomach pain. I will update you tomorrow. Update 2, (Tuesday) Felt fine in the morning but at lunch after I ate My stomach was not having it. 90 minutes later I was fine and I think I'll be fine from now on. But I would NOT recommend here. Update 3, (Wednesday) I woke up at 4am with horrible tummy pain. I tried to release myself on the toilet and nothing wanted to be released, so I go back to try to sleep. I can't sleep and I feel like puking. So for the next hour I'm getting up to try to puke or poop, and then laying down to try to sleep without success. Eventually I get to sleep, But at 7:30am as I'm getting ready to go to a doctors appointment I throw up. Whole way to the doctors and at the doctors my stomach was killing me. My life saver of a mom got me some tums, laxatives, and some pain meds and as of 12:34pm I'm feeling alright. But 4-5 days later and still having stomach/digestive issues isn't positive, and every time I eat my tummy cramps. I will update you tomorrow. read more

AMAZING! The endless chips and salsa is delicious especially the white sauce and honestly all of their sauces are fantastic. Pretty good service and VERY good food. This place has become a favorite for my friends and I. It's not as busy as it should be which kind of makes it a hidden gem. My favorite app has to be the chicken nachos, they don't look like much but they're astounding! Margaritas are great too but not too sweet, just the right balance. Ordered take out for a birthday celebration tonight for 4 of us. Looked at their menu online and called in. Got a taco salad, guacamole was listed so asked for it on the side, got nachos and guacamole was listed and got it on the side, got 2 orders of 3 taco dinners that are 9.95 each, one with soft shell, one with hard shell. I asked for enough chips and salsa for 4 people. When I got to the restaurant I repeated my order to the lady, wanting to make sure it was correct before leaving, she said yes. I paid and left a $5 tip. When I got home I found a taco salad, some nacho chips with ground beef and cheese( nothing else on them), and one soft shell taco and 2 hard shell tacos, and rice and beans, and a small bag of chips and a mini cup of salsa. We were missing a whole meal and they gave us enough chips and salsa for one person. I called the store and they said they missed the 4 th order. I told them I checked with the girl before I left and they said she must have misunderstood. They also charged me $5 for the guacamole and $1.99 for take out. They would not deliver the meal to me, even though when we picked up our meals they had one car in their lot. I will not be going back. Very little food, charged me for food that was listed as part of the meal, and missed an order and didn't make it right on a special occasion for us. We had been good customers of theirs. This was the worst Mexican food I have ever had! The staff were very friendly and the prices were great, unfortunately the food was awful. There was zero flavor in the chicken, rice, beans, green and red sauces and they covered my enchilada with a heaping pile of iceberg lettuce to disguise the fact the tortillas weren't cooked, Omgee! They were straight out of the package!!! The only aroma was in the Tijuana river water they served and the untimely Fabuloso cleaning job they started halfway through our meal. Ugh! Excellent everything! We visited Rochester and the food was so good. Went there with family members that don't typically eat Mexican and they loved it too! Plus the waiter was wonderful. They did accidentally mix up to of the plates by not knowing who ordered shredded chicken and who ordered beef but our family members didn't seem to mind. They ate what was given to them and cleaned their plates. So if your visiting give it a shot we had the chimichangas and they were happy to make it as we requested with pork carnitas and we the enchiladas as well as the pick 2 special. For the 2 family members that are unfamiliar with Mexican. Worth giving it a try great restaurant! read more

Food was all around meh - the boyfriends Chimichangas were literally swimming in grease to the point that he wouldn't finish them. Not sure if we will be back. My other half and I went to dinner to celebrate me getting a promotion. The service was crap. Stopped at our table 4 times total. One time being when he filled my boyfriends glass of water. Mind you, we sat and waited for our food for AN HOUR AND 40 MINUTES. I was never asked if my horchata wanted to be refilled and the 4 servers walking around with platters just kept offering more chips and salsa. They gave us better service than our own server! I said if the table next to us eats... gets check... and leaves before we get our food we are leaving. Lucky for them the food came out as they were getting up to leave. So this is the only Mexican place I've been to in Rochester and for the sake of its residents I really hope there is better. The only reason I give it two stars is because of the parrilladas (and the owners seem nice); if I ever have to go there again, that's what I'll order. What I want to know is why in the hell would a Mexican place serve you ranch dressing with your chips and salsa? Seriously?! Also, the salsa they serve is not good. At least there are jumbo margaritas for like seven bucks to buzz you up whilst you consume incredibly mediocre "Mexican" food covered in melted cheese, bland sauce and shredded lettuce. We were in from Nebraska and found this gem!! Great atmosphere, service was superb and found was outstanding!! Very good chips and salsa. Came with a ranch tabby side that combined with the Salsa was a great combo. We had a couple of dinner items off the combo menu. Very flavorful and large portions. Margaritas were great too!! It has been quite some time since we have eaten here. We remembered the food as good even if the facility was a little rough back then. So we were pleasantly pleased that the restaurant has been nicely redecorated & painted. The free chips were good as was the salsa (the creamy dip was so-so). The two dishes we had were good, hot, and plenty (near to much) to eat. We will go back, but still not often. The only reason for 3, instead of more, stars is that this is MN Mexican food, far from what I might call real (but hey, this is MN). Also it was not tops for clean, the menus had dried salsa on them, the seats and floors had crumbs (as in the table was cleaned by pushing stuff to the floor). I have been looking for a good Mexican place since I've moved down to Rochester. This place was very delicious. The chips and salsa come right away. The chips are ok and salsa was good. I got the steak fajitas which came with the normal fixings and guacamole. I ate it all, clean plate club. It was so yummy. We ordered fried ice cream and churros after. The fried ice cream was nothing special but the churros were pretty good. The main dishes is where it is at here. The place was clean and relaxed. Service was good, food was fast but they don't hover so you'll have to flag them down if you want something. Everyone was very polite. read more
