I ordered this place on Uber Eats to try something new, and I'm glad I did. It was a later order, so the offerings on UE were more limited due to restaurants closing at 8 or 9 pm, but this place was open until 10 pm. Also, the time to prepare and deliver the food was fast! It arrived almost 25 minutes earlier than predicted. I live over by the Cherry Creek Reservoir, and I've really struggled to find a decent Mexican place I like on this side of town. We only ordered two smothered carnitas burritos, but the reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because of the flavor of 1) their green chile and 2) their Spanish rice. Their chile adds so much flavor to the burrito, and I've tried at least 20 other places in the Aurora area and this is top two in flavor for Green Chile. Also, their rice reminds me of my grandma's. I very rarely like Spanish rice from restaurants because they are usually either too bland or have too much tomato flavor. There is a balance to spanish rice....subtle tomato flavor but chicken flavor too, and man, did this rice take me back to the days I used to spend eating my abuelita's cooking. I'll need to go back to try the traditional Mexican dishes since green chile is not traditional to Mexico, but I am looking forward to trying other stuff, especially the Birria de Chivo! read more

Where is the salsa??? If you order to go or delivery, they NEVER send salsa!! I have ordered delivery 10+ times. I have asked for salsa in the notes every time and never received it. I picked up a large order I asked for it the lady gave me 1! I had a large order and needed a couple more. The lady seemed really irritated. Another time I picked up my order and I was told salsa was in the bag. I got home and it wasn't. What is going on?? This is ridiculous! The food is so good, this place earned my first 5 Star rating on here. Big menu will give you plenty to choose from. Try the "queso fundido" to start (chorizo sausage encased in melted mexican cheese). Fast and very friendly service. Ample seating. Can't wait to go back and try something new. read more

OK so this is really a spot I go to when I want to almost literally dive into a big, delicious, almost bursting with stuffing burrito. Yeah, I order the Los Gordos burrito (basically an everything burrito) that is smothered with chili and cheese and I top it off with chicharrones. I eat the whole thing. I loosen my belt. Updated review: I ordered some birria tacos this morning and got four! They're still just as good as before and they politely let me know that they didn't have consommé. Totally fine, tacos are worth it! Their drinks are huge which is great. We also got the churros which taste really good. Will definitely be back/ order again. read more

The first time I ordered from here I got the Enchilada Suizas and it was just ok. The next time I got the Tacos Birria and sopapillas. Now I was initially thinking these would be tacos with the consommé on side like is now the rage lately and instead got some shredded meat in taco no consommé. When we came in, it seems that there are 2 areas to seat. The staff said, you can choose where ever you want to seat. So we decide to seat ourselves at the Bigger Dinning area located at the Left wing of the establishment. We ordered the following items : * 1 Lengua, 1 Beef Asada, [1 Tripa (Tripe) + $0.25] and 1 Birria aka Tacos Mixitos ($8.00) * Beef Asada Street Tacos ($6.75) * Mexican Coke Cola ($2.75) While waiting for our food to be ready, our server gave us the Chips and Salsa. We like the Chips and Salsa coz they heat up the Chips and the Salsa was put into a tortilla bowl. Addictive Chips I must add, OR perhaps we were "starving Marvins".... After waiting about 15 minutes or so, we received our Tacos orders. The Taco Plate comes with Diced Raw Onions, Cilantro and 2 Limes Wedges. Each Taco Plates comes with 2 kinds of Salsa, one was Green and the other was Red. The amount of meats in each Taco, can be split into 2, hence in total you can get 8 Tacos. Decent Tacos Hubs said. The Lengua was my least favorite coz they do not cook it further though I cannot deny its tender. The Beef Asada Tacos was Okay. The Tripa aka Tripe, they FRIED it.. so crunchy, very addictive and I like those too... Isn't "CRUNCHY" and "FRIED" good in the books?? The BEST Taco I have from this establishment was the Birria, the steamed goat. Its so tender and melt in the mouth... With all "8" Tacos each, indeed the Taco Dinner was filling. Once we were done with Taco Dinner, there are many more patrons dining in and this establishment really got filled up. There is also a Bar Area allocated at this establishment. The service was prompt, efficient and our server her name is Evelyn was very accommodating and attentive. Our Dinner was $19.17, with tips was $23. The Qualm we have or I guess it was just me, the Parking outside can be a nightmare during PEAK HOURS of Dinner while we were there, be it before or when we were about to leave the establishment. Its beyond bomb, they mix up the chorizo in the burrito with potatoes and beans just the best!!! They throw in a green or red salsa, taste homemade and spicy!! Started looking on Yelp and this place came up so me and my brother gave it a try, at first we noticed wen we pulled up it was outdated in and out but dont judge by the cover. Went in were seated by a nice gentlemen and after our waitress came in and took our order very nice when taking it and shortly drinks came out. About halfway thru the drinks then food comes out everything came out how we wanted and ot look great. Food was DELICIOUS! Only didn't give 5 stars because based on the price, I was low key expecting a side of rice and beans which seems to kind of be the standard for restaurants like this. I got the 3 shrimp tacos which were awesome, and my co-eater got a torta which also hit the spot (I took some bites to check for poison). First torta I ever tried and kind of regretted not getting one myself! His food came with fries which were also few and far between. I give this restaurant 1 star because the system does not allow me to give it a zero. A few days ago, I and my family had the worst experience from this restaurant. I bought 4 orders of birria to go (over $ 80). When I got home excited to delight my family with the food of which we are well connoisseurs, we end up getting the most unpleasant surprise. As we tried the food, we immediately noticed the foul smell and taste that came from it. The meat was disgusting probably rotten. The beans and rice that completed the orders were hard and tasteless and they looked old, perhaps several days old. Even though we only tried a little as the rest ended up in the trash, we all got stomach pain and food poisoning. How is it possible that this place sells food in such condition! This is a danger to consumers! What kind of service is this? Please, do not consume from this place because its food is just horrible. read more
