I arrived early so I could discuss why the total I was quoted seemed higher than what I saw on the menu posted on Google. I ordered 6 fajita beef tacos at $3.50 each. When I got to the restaurant, I was told that the tacos were $6.00 each. The woman at the window stated that it's an old menu and suggested I read the disclaimer about menu availability. She told me that all current information is on their Facebook page. I suggested to her that you may want to get with Google and have it updated. She responded by telling me that they have nothing to do with what they have on Google and again suggested I read the disclaimer about the menu availability. Way to put that on your customer who is now paying $10 more because they read the "wrong menu". So I gave her my card to pay for the food. It had already been 20 to 25 minutes since I ordered ahead. She gave me back my card and receipt and closed the window. I figured she'd be back with my order. I didn't see anyone for 15 more minutes. I was livid. A car drove up behind me and I thought hopefully, that will get someone to the window so I can ask what was taking so long. When she finally opened the window, I said, "I called ahead for a reason, you quoted me 20 minutes and it has been 40 minutes. What took so long?" All she said was "Sorry about that. Have a nice day." Then she shut the window on me. I saw red but I took a deep breath and drove off telling myself both Google and Facebook are getting this review.
