    The Chile Relleno plate

We have a membership to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum and this restaurant is right up the road from it. It is our tradition when we visit to eat lunch at Los Hermanos. I love their Chile Relleno plate. There always seems to be a lot of local people there and the servers have always been the same people and are very friendly and the food comes quickly. It's a cute little place.

Home style Mexican food. Real family restaurant (Support family & local) businesses. A little warm inside lots of local residents are visiting here, make me curious about what they are ordering. Service is quick and staff is extremely nice.

Fantastic food with large portions and friendly service! Casual diner style interior, great place to eat after taking in the arboretum. "Flo" the waitress was hilarious!

Bought a dozen of the fllour tortillas. Extra large size! $4.50 for the package.

I was on my way back from Kearny Arizona and decided to stop in to buy some tortillas because I've heard so many good things about them. Very short interaction with the cashier but she seemed to be very nice. The restaurant was clean and there was a nice size crowd there for a Monday afternoon on a holiday. I will definitely be giving them a try the next time I am driving through for dinner or lunch. As far as the tortillas go they were fresh and still warm when I picked them up off the shelf. The taste was very good. These are extra large flour tortillas which I am not complaining about! My only complaint is that if you are using them for burritos they are just a little bit on the thin side and have a tendency to tear.

First visit to Superior so decided to check this place out. It is self seating - very busy which is good. Service was a little slow. Chips and salsa is not free with food you have to order. We did not get ours until our food came out. The tamales is excellent! I just didn't care for the cheese - it tasted old or had a weird taste and it looked like sliced cheese. Other than that everything else was good!

Spending the day around superior rock hounding? On the way home from Roosevelt? Out for a ride? This is a great spot to stop in and get you basic down home Mexican food. Prices are reasonable, food is always spot on, service is always friendly.

Keep driving!!!! Terrible food and horrendous service. Too busy bussing tables to provide service.

Presentation not the best but it sure did taste good. Closest to home made burrito ever!

2 1/2 stars! Rode by this place a few years back and today decided to stop with my buddies as we ride up towards Globe Az. Classic small town dinner, lots of old folks, kids, and family's. The smell of food is mouth watering...looking forward to ordering. It seems that they only have one waitress, she looks overwhelmed and we've been waiting for a solid 20 minutes. The folks here sure look friendly and happy though...everyone is engaged in conversation. Okay, finally got our drinks ordered and got a menu...prices are reasonable but limited selection. Our server is great...she really is focused on making our visit a great one. I decided on ordering a chorizo and egg burrito...update there are two waitresses. Tried the salsa and chips...the salsa is delicious but the chips are think n not easy on the teeth. Here's my verdict... The food is very tasty and has the right amount of flavor to satisfy my taste buds. The portions are super small and it all seem like if I was eating at home or at a friend's house. It doesn't fee like we are at a restaurant. The restrooms are okay but could use a deep cleaning. I'd stop by on my way back someday...portions are priced fairly.

I've been coming here for years. When headed up to Lake Roosevelt or wheeling up in Walnut Canyon. The food hasn't really ever changed. You know what your going to get. It's just simple diner cooking in a old rundown building. The service is not bad, it's just slow. You'll have to seat yourself and wait a bit before you get to even ask for something to drink. You might as well check out the menu and make your order when you put in your drink order. They might just show up and the same time. Don't have high expectations just enjoy the company your with, make conversation and wait. Make sure to ask for the house hot sauce. It not ready hot however, it has great flavor. Good to add for most everything served.

Unfortunately, ongoing issues involving one bartender have significantly changed my experience. After she became aware of a personal connection outside of work, her behavior toward me became noticeably unprofessional. I consistently received poor treatment from her specifically, something other patrons also commented on. The situation escalated during recent visits, including having the card reader thrown towards me during checkout, derogatory comments directed at my boyfriend, and the involvement of a non-employee in taking him outside to "talk" without any clear explanation being communicated to us. I did not previously raise these concerns with management because I initially chose to overlook the behavior and avoid creating conflict. However, once the situation escalated to objects being thrown during checkout and a non-employee becoming involved in customer interactions, I felt it was important to address. I was also later informed indirectly that I was "not welcome," despite never being approached directly by management or staff regarding any concern. Throughout all visits, I remained respectful and non-disruptive. I'm disappointed in how this situation has been handled overall, especially because the establishment itself has otherwise been a place I enjoyed visiting. I hope this conduct is reviewed appropriately moving forward.

Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! New food menu tomorrow too?! What?! I was almost tempted to back today to get more of their amazing dishes from the main menu!! Thank you Cat for the amazing hospitality! Today was no exception in terms of food quality, I had the beef soup with flour tortillas and rice. The chips and salsa are always good and so are their (aguas frescas), I had the pineapple one which was okay. However, the extremely loud music made the experience unpleasant. At first, I assumed the volume was up because I was the only customer, but even as others arrived, the music remained uncomfortably loud. I hope someone sees this review and considers adjusting the volume. While the staff might enjoy it, the dining experience should prioritize the comfort of customers. I'll likely give it one more try, but if the noise level is the same, it may be my last visit.
