After limping home about 15 miles and around 3:20 pm on a Friday, I called Garden Highway Auto Clinic fully expecting to be told to drop the car off on Monday morning. Nope, they said, "Get the car over to us now and we will get it fixed before we close". When I pulled in I found a parking lot packed with cars, evey bay in the shop was full, but yet after GHAC replaced 2 belts, I was back on the road by 5:15 pm. Wow, talk bout EXCELLENT customer service!!! The team at GHAC were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use GHAC in the future and refer this shop to everyone I know. I returned several months later for an oil change, and the assistant opted to ignore me standing at in the small doorway, and waiting for assistance for approximately five minutes. When a second customer entered, he asked if he could assist me. I replied, and removed myself. This incident was preceded by a host of occurrences during the change of ownership, at which time I found it best to find a new mechanic.
