The food here is FIREEE!! I love their tequeños, chicaronnes, and the steak quesadilla!! I especially LOVEEE the quesadilla. Everything about it was delicious including the crushed mini French fries on top!! The food is the reason for the five stars. So it's rare that I leave a review like this, but it has to be noted as warning. I went to Los perros a few weeks back, and my friend and I ordered a hot dog each and a bottle of water each. The check was a total of 20 something dollars. We asked the server to split the check. He proceeded to charges us both the full amount. Thankfully I caught it. Instead of just refunding me the full amount . He only refunded me $20 and he kept the tip. Charging my friend the full amount on which he also tipped on. So the guy was trying to get double tip. I went to los perros today the customer service was horrible we had one waiter come up to us with a attitude and only got us our drink took a long time to get our drink ( coke and a lemonade) and forgot about us for 15 minutes we had to go inside and get a different server hoping for a better experience, but no same thing, got our order in took almost 30 minutes and didnt come to check up on us once, once the check came she was super quick and came up to us twice in less than 10 minutes for us to pay for the check. We specifically asked for these sauces multiple times, they were listed on our receipts. We call to make a complaint and they put us on hold. Multiple times. The second we ask to talk to a manager they hang up on us. We call back and the second we mention writing a yelp review they suddenly say they want to "work with us" and "come up with a solution". But when the person running Los Perros on Nov. 6 admitted the empanadas were made at home, the inspector unleashed a monsoon of Stop Sales on 130 beef, 90 chicken and 125 cheese frozen empanadas. That's in addition to the homemade tomato sauce that wasn't cooled enough anyway despite being inside the reach-in cooler. For the Life On Earth part of the inspection, "Observed approximately 10 live roaches located at dry storage area back of the kitchen next to kitchen reach-in freezer, approximately two live roaches by the fryer on kitchen floor.... one live roach on the walk-in cooler door" along with two dead roaches on the kitchen floor. This is a decent Columbian restaurant that is open late. I came here with the munchies after going to the bar The Flipside next door. I always try to order the Choriperro when I go to a Columbian restaurant, and honestly this was not the best I have had. Even so, it was prettty tasty, and was a decent price.
