The quesadilla was really good--super juicy and flavorful, and the barbacoa was tender without being greasy. Definitely hit the spot. The frozen piña colada was refreshing and perfectly blended, making it a great pairing with the meal. Service was quick and the atmosphere was lively. We only had cocktails, but the food looked good! There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor Adirondack chairs are pretty hard and could use cushions. There is an outdoor U-shaped couch with cussions but it's meant for larger groups. The passion fruit Margarita was amazing! The strawberry one was decent, but neither of us liked the pear, Margarita. It had a very unusual taste that was bitter and did not taste anything like a pear. I like that there are options for frozen and on the rocks and that they will let you sample them first the margarita flight to go looks pretty cool as well. read more

Ate every last bite. Margaritas were larger than expected, but very good. Ordered mine with light ice, but still had a full glass of ice. Enchiladas were awesome - i ordered off the menu with a substitution that our server had no problem honoring. I had a beef, a chicken and a shrimp enchilada. Surprised to see a fourth enchilada on the plate that was also shrimp. I'm not accustomed to enchiladas with a full bed of lettuce into, but enjoyed it. The Cantina is wonderful for a quick delicious bite! It has a "Moe's style" dining system yet 1,000% better than Moe's or Chipotle. I prefer the corn tortilla tacos with chicken, cilantro and onions with habanero sauce and green sauce. Sometimes I get a burrito bowl, but that is a lot of food so it's good to share. Food, to me, does need a little salt though. Cantina is very affordable with large portions and a great atmosphere. Same owners as Los Rios, they are both awesome! read more

Love coming here with the fam! Located at the city center. There is plenty of parking. The weather is starting to feel nice enough to come out here more often. Great location, outdoor seating in front of the amphitheater at Cumming City Center lower level. The good thing is the to go bar! Frozen drinks, mixed drinks, beer served. Open containers are allowed at the shopping center. Grab a drink and have a seat outside and enjoy some live free concerts! This is spacious Mexican spot located in Center City Cumming. I didn't end up eating but had the margarita flights that were a nice treat even on a cold evening. The pumpkin spice and pina colada were the best. The owner was helpful explained how the flavors were infused and prepared to provide the ultimate flavor. This place is always slammed, but for a reason! It's like chipotle style Mexican but better. The meat and toppings are very fresh and the portions are large. Their drinks are really good and service is great. Staff is very friendly. Be prepare to wait in line, but the wait is worth it! read more

This is not your typical kids meal from a Mexican place. My grandson is used having the typical red rice we all know and love. This was just unseasoned white rice. The beans (choice of black or pinto) were not refried, they were whole beans!! The menu did not specify. Not expected from Los Rios! We asked for the cheese sauce (with the jalapeños cheese on the side). It was ignored which helps the food be less soggy! We love coming to the city center. Finally decided to try this place out and the family loves it. It's like chipotle but way better! The burritos are big enough to feed two. I had high hopes for this restaurant. I went in being excited for the new location at the City Center. I went for lunch assuming it was a sit down meal. As it turns out it's a order at the counter - like chipotle you through the line and tell them what to put in your taco, nachos. When they they asked what meat I wanted I said chicken but asked if it is white meat chicken they said yes. So I got it- it was not white meat and I had to throw the whole thing away. tried this restaurant on a Friday night & was really excited to see a line a good amount of time we were there. I was also really excited to see that they offer tofu as an option however I was really disappointed with the quality & the employee working could not tell me much about what kind of tofu it was when I asked. I was also underwhelmed by the quality of other items in my bowl such as the rice & beans . If you're going to be a Mexican restaurant, I would hope rice & beans are up to par. As someone who goes to los rios almost everyday! I am very disappointed with the new location! I love los rios but los rios cantina is not it!!! I see a lot about cheap prices but we paid 60$ for 3 bowls a "small queso" which was in a 2 oz cup and two drinks!! No one knew the price for anything our bill had 2-3 "special items" when we asked for chips to go with the 2 oz queso we got! Service was not good! Food was ok! Amazing food, well cooked call Patty, will season, and white Chipotle wishes it was. They don't overcharge for toppings and extras but I was really looking, and everything is reasonably priced. Chipotle not only charges more, I don't los Rios, but it gives well less food, or you can get and the quality is about a 4. This is easily a 9 1/2 out of 10 in terms of cleanliness, quality, environment, and staff. They are all very friendly and helpful and this is the best deal in Cumming. read more

I'm so disappointed the food was terrible no flavor in anything. I got Al pastor as my meet it felt gummy and stringy and didn't taste like Al pastor whatsoever, it taste more like brunt chicken. Al pastor is pork btw.Even with thire sauces at the front that you can grab the food still had no flavor.i had really high expectations for them but truly I don't understand why they are in business.the service was okay. The food is fresh and delicious and management is top notch. I ordered through Uber and when my meal arrived I was missing a couple of items. When I called the restaurant, everyone was apologetic and Jr. the manager wanted to make it right. He personally delivered the missing items to me as well as some additional items at no cost to me. This is an extremely expensive moes style restaurant. The food is dried out and priced like you are at a sit down restaurant. I had the Salad bowl and was charged 1.99 for a dollop of queso. I had to ask for the salad dressing choices. They give you a very small container of dressing. I asked for another one and the girl behind the counter seemed put out to get another one. When I went to refill my soda the machine was out of syrup. I told the man behind the counter and he just nodded at me. I will not be back. Poor service, overrated and overpriced food. read more
