The meat and shrimp arrived tender. I tend to like my steak cooked medium which is how it came out. But the cast iron continued to cook it so it was too chewy and well done by the time I was done with my meal. Maybe next time I would tell them to cook it less in the kitchen so it won't be so overdone on the cast iron skillet as I eat.
