Eduardo Canales and Los Tules Landscaping helped us a few years ago with a smaller project. They did good work, so we called them back again this year for a bigger yard project. Los Tules did: complete weed clearing in 1 day(!) weed blocking cloth balanced, aesthetic design with benderboard divider automatic irrigation, re-using our rainbird timer at our request mulch and rock of our choice kept existing fruit trees and planted some potted plants at our request We might be the world's worst yard weeds(?!). Our backyard veggie gardening fell by the wayside and we realized it was too much upkeep to continue. Our goal was to have a tidy, low maintenance yard and keep our fruiting trees. Eduardo and Paulino also helped with creative ideas when we asked for advice (and did not proffer unsolicited advice). Eduardo LISTENED to what we wanted. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and complete the job in less than a week. Only reason it is 3 starts is because the finish products is not as clean as I expected seeing their photos and previous work. Los Tules removed a ton of unwanted bushes, trees, and shrub on our newly purchased home. Once removed, they also installed new sod, rock, and upgraded our irrigation system and timer. We had a variety of different things done (artificial turf, paver driveway extension, fence repair & painting and replacing bark with stone). Of the 5 estimates I received, Eduardo's was the most complete, both in terms of the breadth of services provided as well as the descriptive detail he put into the estimate to explain the exact work that would be performed. Best of all, his quote was by far the most reasonable/realistic. Receipt of estimate/quote to completion of the entire project took less than 3 weeks. At the end of every work day, the team left the worksite neat and orderly. There were a couple of instances where they didn't arrive exactly on the date/time agreed upon, but Eduardo was always very communicative and responsive via text/phone call. We bought the Costco Bestway 22ft x 12ft above ground pool to be ready for the summer. I knew from trying to level a good spot for our old 12ft round pool myself that I didn't want to do it myself.
