Squirt, before she was lost.
Michelle L.

I went out of town and my 6 year old yorky / schnauzer was staying at a friend's house about 20 miles away. My dog is a rescue with several issues and literally got frightened by a broom. She ran off and we couldn't find her for days. We did signs, talked to neighbors, posted flyers, lost dog websites, checked shelters, left trails of food but she was so far away it was looking and feeling hopeless. After the 11th day, I texted Lost Pet Trackers. Sara called me within hours. She gave me great insight as to what other strategies I could try on my own or I can opt for a consultation. My situation was bleek, but Sara gave me hope. I had the consultation the very next day and she gave me a trillion strategies to work smarter and not harder. On the 15th dqy I had all my supplies ready and started my search. Sara coached me the whole time as I went out every day. My baby was spotted that same evening, but I couldn't find her because my lost, frightened dog was roaming the city. She was just too far from home. We finally tracked my dog to a location about 6 miles away, across the freeway, on a major street across from a busy shopping center, hiding in an apartment complex in the sewers. We saw her and she was so disoriented, she ran away again. Sara gave me suggestions on how to lure her in. I went out the very next morning. I followed her advice. My dog saw me again and just walked right into my lap. After 19 dqys trying to find her way home, my Squirt is safe at home with me.

Roxie, my 9.5 year old Maine Coon kitty was missing. She got out between 10pm and midnight on a Thursday night. After searching all night, we called Judy. She got back to us within a few hours. The tips she gave us over the phone were helpful and we followed them to a T. We still scheduled her and her search dogs to come out on Monday, and I was so excited to text her at 2 AM last night to cancel because Roxie came home!! If you're missing your furbaby, call Judy right away. Leave her a message and she will get back to you. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful resource so close to me. Thank you for bringing my baby back. Thank you so much!!!!!

I was nervous and didn't know what to do, so I reached out to Epic Dog Academy. They scheduled a same-day consultation, which immediately made me feel supported. Sookie started the Honor Roll Program the following week. Throughout her training, her trainer Erin kept me consistently updated on Sookie's progress. Toward the end of the two weeks, Erin recommended keeping Sookie a little longer because she needed some extra help -- and I truly appreciated that honesty and care. If Epic Dog Academy didn't genuinely care, they could have easily sent her home, especially with the holidays coming up, but instead they did what was best for Sookie. I picked Sookie up about a week ago and, to be honest, I was nervous about bringing her home. Erin scheduled our in-home training session just three days after pickup, and even checked in with us after Sookie's first day home to see how we were doing. While Sookie had a solid grasp of her commands, we struggled with crate training at first. During our in-home session, Erin helped us work through those issues, and since then, crating has been easy and stress-free. Epic Dog Academy -- and especially Erin -- did an amazing job with Sookie. They've given her confidence, and she no longer panics when I leave. The attentiveness, support, and care they've shown toward both Sookie and me has meant so much. We truly couldn't have done this without them. I'm so grateful for Epic Dog Academy and look forward to continuing our journey with them. I know Sookie will only continue to improve and live her best life.

Don't Believe the False Facebook Posts - Epic Dog Academy Is the Real Deal…read more I need to share my experience because there's a lot of misinformation going around about Epic Dog Academy. If you've seen those Facebook posts linking them to animal abuse - please, don't believe them. I fell for those rumors myself at first, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. I had signed my dog, Obi-Wan, up for the two-week training program and was so excited. But right after I told a friend, she sent me a Facebook group filled with terrible claims about EDA. I panicked and immediately called to cancel. Vincent, the owner, was incredibly understanding and patient. He explained that all those claims were false and even showed me proof - including records exposing the people behind the posts as having serious legal and credibility issues, but even though I already paid and signed all the paperwork - he still immediately refunded me my payment to give me time to do additional research. This is something he could have pushed back on but didn't, which really showed me what a kind and understanding business this was. Even so, I made sure to do my own research before forming any opinions. What I found was truly alarming: the main individual behind that Facebook group has a documented history of serious issues, including animal cruelty charges (all public record). His daughter once briefly worked with Vince - the owner of Epic Dog Academy - many years ago at a completely separate business. Shortly after, Vince left to establish Epic Dog Academy with his wife, Olivia. To be clear, the two individuals who now run that Facebook group have no real connection to Epic Dog Academy. The false claims they're spreading about the owner are completely unfounded and unsupported by any evidence, plus most of the negative comments appear to come from people associated with them. Once I realized the truth, I re-enrolled Obi-Wan - this time in their day training program. I drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. It gave me total peace of mind to see him daily, and I can confidently say that not only is he perfectly fine - he's thriving. The results have been beyond my expectations. Obi-Wan listens better than ever, he's happier, and he actually gets excited to go every morning. Erin, his trainer, is absolutely phenomenal. She's patient, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated every day with photos and progress reports through their app. Christy at the front desk is another gem - her warmth and understanding make every drop-off and pick-up a breeze. Every single person I've interacted with at Epic Dog Academy truly loves what they do, and it shows. They treat every dog like their own. I can say with complete confidence that my dog is safe, happy, and receiving the best possible training here. Please do yourself a favor - don't let false online rumors stop you from giving EDA a chance. Check things out for yourself. I'm so glad I did, because Epic Dog Academy has completely transformed my dog's behavior and confidence. It's been worth every single penny (and I signed up for the Honor program!) I have given EDA permission to share my number with anyone who is hesitant to sign up. I'd be happy to share my experience with you if needed. -- Pictures of Obi-Wan were sent to me through the EDA app during his day training!

Casey Booram with Stay & Play Pet Sitting made my life and my babies' lives so much easier & stress-free For context, my dogs have stayed in a pet boarding in a prior city an hour away from our current residence. We needed to find a new place to watch our babies. I found Melinda (the business-owner) through networking & she got me connected right away with one of her specialists that lived closer to my area. We had our meet & greet meeting, and I could instantly tell that Casey had an amazing heart & had decades years of working with animals to back her up. Casey texted us throughout all the drop-ins (we were gone for a weekend) sent photos of our happy pups, and gave us a very detailed recap of their progress and state of the dogs after each visit. There's no price to put on the peace of mind that Casey was able to provide us and the thoughtful care she put into the time with my fur babies. She went the extra mile when she had no obligation to (staying an extra 30 mins past the scheduled time to earn the trust of my very skeptical, cautious, and anxious Chi). When it comes to pet boarding, it's very difficult to get live status updates + feel secure in how your dogs are doing. Being able to leave them at home and know that all their needs are being met while still being able to enjoy my vacation was a great experience. If you're someone in the area that has ever needed a reliable, experienced, and thoughful pet sitter -- don't hesistate to connect with Stay & Play Pet Sitting.

Amazing customer service!!!!…read more Went into this location today because the location I normally go to is closed on Sundays. (My husband and I just adopted a dog from a shelter and she was showing symptoms that were worrisome). Josh, who saw our dog Lu Lu today, was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything so thoroughly. I did not feel rushed, and was very appreciative of this (especially since we just had a dog pass away). He had amazing bedside manner, thank you Josh!!! All the women at the front desk who assisted me as well today were so sweet and had wonderful customer service! You can tell VCA really cares about animals and helping families with their beloved fur babies! Thank you VCA! (Also love that this location is open 24 hours-incase of an emergency)

The hospital owner publicly replied on Yelp, stating someone would be contacting me. So far, that has not occurred. This hollow response now appears to be nothing more than a performative attempt to appear concerned to the public. The complete lack of follow-up only reinforces my original assessment of this facility. If this hospital were genuinely committed to patient care or accountability, someone would have reached out.. Instead, the silence speaks volumes. This is a profit-driven operation that prioritizes revenue over animal welfare and client communication. I strongly caution pet owners: if you truly care about your pet do not patronize facility! I also plan to post my reviews to local neighborhood and pet Facebook groups!
