I used their services in March 2025 to cremate my fur baby. The only thing I am a little skeptical about is the paw print I received back. My dog had a more long and narrow paw print versus the one I received seems very round. I didn't have too much interaction with them personally as my vet was the middle man and helped with corresponding with them. They gave back fur clippings as well but double check the spelling on the names. Our pups name was misspelled on the bag but thank goodness it was correct on the capsule that contained his remains. I stumbled across this place and I pulled in and stopped . Staff there was so kind and caring . I got my ashes back in 2 days and it was beautiful how they put together this extra package for me . And the price was cheaper than what my vet. Wanted to charge me and I wouldn't got all of this and it was going to be 2-3 weeks to get the ashes back . So , this place was perfect . I know when you have to give over your special pet to someone , you want them to care for yours and they showed me they are very caring . Offering me a patch of hair lock from my rabbit and a foot print and a wooden box that I can put his picture in . These guys have a pretty professional set up for what can be an emotional time during the loss of a pet and family member. Nice private room right when you come in and blocked off parking to ensure easy access in and out. Turnaround time was very good. Communication was more than expected. Pricing was reasonable, they even give me a military discount to help offset the tax which was unexpected but appreciated.
