Had such a wonderful experience at Sky Zone today! The staff member we met was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely engaged with the kids. Instead of being distant or overly strict, she got involved, played with them, and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The kids felt comfortable, happy, and truly enjoyed every moment -- it turned into a beautiful memory for them. Usually, staff can feel a bit cold or too focused on rules, but today was completely different. This kind of energy makes all the difference. Sky Zone really needs more team members like her -- approachable, kind, and full of positive vibes. It's what makes families want to come back again and again.

Sky Zone in Dublin could use an update to their equipment and amenities. Lounge area for observers has ripped seating, massage chairs are torn! Bathroom is not maintained with hand towel dispenser always out of paper! On a weeknight I was here and there's a handful of grown (much older boys) playing basketball, that most weren't wearing any shirts, cussing, and basically taking over the area- while the little kids had no other court to play! This is a place I'd let my kids park out when it's raining, otherwise not really worth the atmosphere anymore. Oh and their GLOW night is a joke! Don't waste your money!

From the slide slowing down drastically at the bottom causing me to flop off.

AVOID THE GIANT SLIDES UNTIL FIXED!! They are in bad condition making it potentially very dangerous. Lawsuit waiting to happen. I saw kids before me going on these slides and slowing down, basically flopping off the slide. I thought maybe I'll go faster since I'm an adult. So I go down the left slide (if you're looking at the slide from rest of the park), I'm holding the mat head first as instructed, and start to slow down at the bottom where the other kids did and basically fell down off the slide - face first, my lip skidding, my back arches and my feet fly over me like a scorpion tail. My neck almost snapped back and I'm now between the fat landing thing and the gate near the floor trying to get out of the thing. This needs to be closed and fixed ASAP. Someone could land the total wrong way and snap their neck and cause something horrible like paralysis. Here's a pic of the slides and my busted lip from the ordeal. Told the gentleman working the slide about my incident and advised not to let anyone else down. He acknowledged it was slower than the other. Otherwise the establishment was fine but way overpriced unless you're a member. And this slides condition is absolutely unacceptable.

Dangerous place. Both kids got bruises on their body after they attended a birthday party here. They were wearing proper clothing, socks, full sleeve shirts still this happens. If this place can't keep kids safe on their play structures, they should remove those structures. Stay away until they fix safety issues

Customer service is horrible! I left two messages 1.5 weeks apart about membership billing after canceling and no one has called me back! The experience for the kids is fun, but service is poor. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE; You will regret it!

Why should we to pay forr a membership if you are going to close the slide?

We signed up for Sky Zone memebership in Fremont California. They told us we can go to any Sky Zone so we came to Dublin the day after. Dublin location told us we can't cross over so I had to cancel my membership at the Fremont location so my daughter can play at this location. Sky Zone has major red flags. The red flags I noticed in Dublin is: Older kids and younger kids play together in the basketball area especiallythe older boys. The older teenage boys throwing the ball like it's a baseball and I seen several children hit in the back of the head and 3 were hit directly in the face. This should never be happening. It doesn't matter ifbyou sign a wavier or not. The slide is a really nice thing for all ages but why do you keep closing it? People are on a 2 hour time limit to play. You don't need to close the slide just to fold mats or just close it completely. You have so many adults standing up and nowhere to sit down. When you all decided to remodel this location did you all forget about the parents need a place to sit down? The food prices are ridiculous. This is not a theme park it'd an indoor play park. You all need to seriously think about cutting those prices in half The trampolines are fine but you will really need more play structures for the smaller children and have an age limit in thr basketball area. You could also make 2 basketball areas. One for older kids one for small kids. We are definitely thinking about canceling our membership. What is the point of coming here if you all are closing the slides?

My daughter recently went to a birthday party and she absolutely loved it. My wife coordinated the booking and it was relatively smooth. When we arrived, the check in line process was a little shaky, there was three separate lines and the employees did not know the order in which to call people. There was a separate line for birthday check in's but not one dedicated person managing it. We were directed into a private room which was smaller than I anticipated given the headcount we had but it did the job. They allow you to arrive 15 min in advance to prep and they also allow you to bring outside food and snacks if you choose the MVP package. The MVP package made things easy as everything you would need is included including food, utensils, drinks, icees, arcade cards, no charge for outside food, socks, ect.. The venue was very big and has a wide variety of play areas that can cater any child. There are trampolines, sport courts, stunt jumps, battle beams, and a trapeze just to name a few. This place can keep your child occupied and engaged for hours. They also have a separate mini arcade area if your child wants to take a break. There is a center area where parents can hang out. This area is mixed in with other birthday parties. We also came on a Saturday which was pretty busy but I've heard that their Fridays are overly packed. Overall, my daughter and her friends had an amazing time. We also got a free pass to come back which I brought back my girls for another hour and half. They had an amazing time. I would highly recommend checking this place out for open play and/or birthday parties!

We were told to wait instead of leading us to our room, so we couldn't get the room ready on time for the party. Our server was overworked and forgot our extra order of pizzas, then our drinks, and was clearly overwhelmed. The place was cool, management could have been better. Party rooms were in bad shape, with literal holes on the walls. Much improvement to be made.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. We were informed that adults are NOT allowed on the second story of the play structure and cannot accompany our child on the slides. Our 21 month old had to stay on the first floor the whole visit. She started getting upset that we wouldn't allow her to follow the other kids up to the slides. I asked an employee why we couldn't go down the slides with our daughter and she said per new ownership, they changed the rules. Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.
