Our daughter can come every day, at any time including GLOW, for free during the 30 days. There are SO MANY zones here, including an iWall (interactive running, dancing, poses, etc), a cycloBEAT (two stationary bikes to race flying through obstacles, racing over water and on streets, etc), Dodgeball, Double Mega Launch (two HUGE slides to go down), Freestyle jump (jump, spin, flip, play), Air court (play basketball, soccer, volleyball and more dodgeball), and Toddler zone (a smaller jump area to run up walls and over obstacles for tots). There is a dinning area and snack bar with various treats and quick eats like pizza and nachos. There is an enclosed open party area to host a birthday, lots of arcade games, clean restrooms, oversized comfy chairs for parents to observe from and massage chairs to pamper while the little play. We will return during the 30 day pass and dependent on the usage we may purchase the annual membership ($259), which is half off a 12 month membership month to month at $43.99 (based on an Extra Play membership). The Basic Play membership is limited at $36.99 and offers 50% off GLOW (vs free as Extra Play). GLOW is a BIG DEAL to our daughter so that's a must have for us to have included. GLOW, at this location, does not begin until 8 PM.With so many other kids playing, our daughter bounced between kids to play with and enjoyed a couple longer than others. At 9:15, majority of the kids our daughter was playing with were gone. With the drastic decline in playmates and the closure of one zone it dampened her spirits. The late start of GLOW will likely be our greatest reason for not becoming members. We tried it on a Saturday this time. We will try again on a Friday to see if there is any difference in play and length of attendance. A Chaotic and Concerning Experience -- Not the Birthday Celebration We Expected I attended my great nephew's birthday party at Sky Zone yesterday, and unfortunately, this was one of the most poorly managed children's party venues I've experienced. My children are now young adults, so it has been a long time since I've been to a place like this--but even with that in mind, the disorganization was shocking. My niece had reserved a party room for 3:00 PM. The day before, she was told the reservation had been moved to 3:30 PM. When we arrived at 3:30, staff informed us that the room wouldn't be available until 4:00 PM. Even then, nearly an hour later, there was still no indication the prior group would be cleared out. To make matters worse, several other rooms sat empty, yet staff refused to open any of them for our group. The entire facility felt chaotic, overcrowded, and understaffed. What concerned me most was the complete lack of security protocols. There were multiple entrances and exits with no employees monitoring who came in or out. Adults were not checked in or connected to a child, which is extremely unsettling for a venue filled with minors. At similar venues we visited when our own children were young, adults had to be verified at the entrance, and children were not allowed to leave without a designated adult. None of that existed here. Cleanliness was another major issue. My husband reported that the men's restroom was in such poor condition that boys were missing the too-tall urinals and urinating on the floor--while children were then running through that area in their Sky Zone‑issued socks before heading back to the play spaces. That alone is unacceptable. The women's restroom, thankfully, was clean and quiet, but it was the only part of the facility that felt remotely controlled. I will say that the kids had a wonderful time, and I'm grateful for that. But as a parent or guardian concerned about safety, organization, and basic cleanliness, I cannot recommend this venue. Looking for some fun for your children well why not try SkyZone. This was our first time trying SkyZone at this location. It's a pretty big space and the kids have fun. One thing to keep in mind is that it can get pretty loud inside and crowded on the weekends. My child had lots of fun jumping on the trampolines. They have staff watching and ensuring it's a safe environment for everyone. Still everyone needs to be mindful and aware to avoid any accidents. In regards to pricing one day there's a fee and add a $1 you get a monthly pass, but read carefully as I found out the hard way. The agent didn't mention there were limitations to use the membership on the weekends there would be an additional up-charge to use it on you need to go before 1pm on weekends for regular monthly pass. I am incredibly upset and disappointed by our experience at Sky Zone Dublin this past Saturday. I brought my five grandchildren, three of whom are under the age of 6 and were playing in the designated under-6 area. Because I was the only adult supervising, my other two grandchildren (ages 8 and 9) would periodically come over to the area just to check in with me. Every single time my 8 and 9-year-old grandchildren came to check in, an employee immediately rushed over to kick them out of the area. While I understand the under-6 rule, they were not playing; they were simply locating their guardian. What made this a clear case of targeting and discrimination was the blatant double standard. Meanwhile, a group of four boys well over the age of 12 were actively playing in the under-6 area. They were throwing dodgeballs, jumping aggressively, telling the toddlers to move, and literally jumping on top of the little kids. It was a massive safety hazard. Not a single employee approached them or asked them to leave. An employee named Ryan completely ignored the older boys because he was too busy playing basketball with other kids instead of doing his job. My grandchildren are Latino and Black, and it felt entirely like they were singled out and targeted while older, aggressive kids were given a free pass. When I asked to speak to the manager, Anastasia, the experience went from bad to worse. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I explained the situation--that my older grandkids were just checking in while a group of 12-year-olds was actively endangering toddlers without consequence--she did not care. When I asked for the name of the employee who kept targeting my grandkids, Anastasia dismissively told me, "You can go and ask him, that's why they have name tags." The lack of customer service, the complete disregard for toddler safety, and the blatant discrimination we experienced from both the staff and management is unacceptable. It is $36 per person for 2 hours of jumping, you can pay a dollar more to sign up as a monthly member. In my experience it was my first visit and all of the answers to my questions resorted in staff members pointing to a computer. All equipment and seating can be cleaned a bit thoroughly. Gayle and I took 2 of our grand girls here for 90 minutes of bouncy fun. They had a great time, while we sat on the sidelines. There was no need to locate them in this maze of trampolines and other kid entertainment, and they certainly found us when they needed something from the snack bar. We also paid the admission total of $72 (including buying the mandatory socks). I thought the place was well organized, clean, and well monitored. They do a booming birthday party business of which we witnessed a few. My one complaint is that the adult couch didn't have to be right next to one of the game machines. What they neglected to mentioned is that if you don't cancel on time or forget (as I did), they will continue charging your credit card WITHOUT sending you a receipt/reminder anything at all. AVOID THE GIANT SLIDES UNTIL FIXED!! They are in bad condition making it potentially very dangerous. Lawsuit waiting to happen. I saw kids before me going on these slides and slowing down, basically flopping off the slide. I thought maybe I'll go faster since I'm an adult. So I go down the left slide (if you're looking at the slide from rest of the park), I'm holding the mat head first as instructed, and start to slow down at the bottom where the other kids did and basically fell down off the slide - face first, my lip skidding, my back arches and my feet fly over me like a scorpion tail. My neck almost snapped back and I'm now between the fat landing thing and the gate near the floor trying to get out of the thing. This needs to be closed and fixed ASAP. Someone could land the total wrong way and snap their neck and cause something horrible like paralysis. Here's a pic of the slides and my busted lip from the ordeal. Birthday parties are great to have here! I've had several over the years for both kids and it is so nice not to have to worry about much other than cake and invites. Kids always love coming here! I appreciate that they upgrade their equipment/spaces every few years or so though one time it resulted in them closing for over a week and though I had 3 memberships, they offered nothing for the inconvenience (not even an extension or discount) which I thought was pretty terrible. I am also not rating them higher because their staff attentiveness and work ethic is very all over the place. Some of them do not actual supervise or enforce basic rules and etiquette while they are "on shift" which has been borderline dangerous for my kids at times. Just a heads up if you have a party here, even if you pick the highest tier, depending on how busy it is, there's a high chance you won't be able to be in your party room the entire time - so while the kids from the party were jumping we had to scramble for tables and chairs in the main area. The red flags I noticed in Dublin is: Older kids and younger kids play together in the basketball area especiallythe older boys. The older teenage boys throwing the ball like it's a baseball and I seen several children hit in the back of the head and 3 were hit directly in the face. This should never be happening. It doesn't matter ifbyou sign a wavier or not. The slide is a really nice thing for all ages but why do you keep closing it? People are on a 2 hour time limit to play. You don't need to close the slide just to fold mats or just close it completely. You have so many adults standing up and nowhere to sit down. When you all decided to remodel this location did you all forget about the parents need a place to sit down? The food prices are ridiculous. This is not a theme park it'd an indoor play park. We were helped by a super sweet young lady, she offered us the special which we kindly passed on bc we don't live in the area. She got us our socks quickly and as the rush of more children came in. Today, they removed the dodgeball area for a basketball area, the rock climbing wall, the Pugil stick area is now a slide, and reduced the trampoline area in half, which was very popular for the children. The dodgeball area was very popular, while today the basketball area isn't, which makes the trampoline too crowded. You really can't put an age limit on having fun and jumping around at a trampoline park. This was my first experience at one, and I can confidently say this was the highlight of my day! We came here on a whim, and opted for an afternoon hour sesh. One thing to note, is that minors do have to have a guardian/parent sign off on a waiver that says Rockin Jump won't be held liable for damages/injuries. Other than that, I believe I paid about $21 for an hour afternoon weekend session, including the nonstick socks that you can keep. There are free lockers to store your shoes and any personal items (I wouldn't recommend carrying anything in your pockets if you're planning on jumping to your fullest potential)! The trampoline park itself offered many excursions! I didn't take my phone inside, so I only really captured the exterior. The largest feature is, of course, a huge trampoline floor where you can bounce from trampoline wall to wall. Adjacent to this main attraction is a dodgeball pit, where a staff member manages and divides customers into teams, and regulates the point distribution. There's also several foam pits, a climbing wall (which was unfortunately closed when I visited), and 2 basketball hoops with trampoline flooring. We were definitely the oldest at the park by far, but that didn't prevent us from having fun! I booked a Mega party here for the first time. Package included cost of 10 jumper, two large pizzas with 2 jars of drink , and a 60 minute in a private party room and i can bring my own food. Five Stars for the Bday Party 3 or 4 for the weekend situation We had our 9 year old's bday party here (March 2024) She is our little wrecking ball and she never stops moving. If you have a party, they basically take care of everything. When I booked online it was simple and fast. They're currently offering a discount for weekday parties. The check in desk can get a little cray- cray, but the staff remained pleasant under pressure. It is so convenient that they let you bring in outside food. They have a refrigerator and freezer space available. I brought my own veggies, fresh fruit, and crackers along with cake and ice cream. . I also brought lemonade and sparkling water in addition to the pitchers of soda included in the party package. I chose to order their pizza and a platter of their fries out of convenience. Much to my surprise, the pizza was very good! Much better than the old days of disappointing Chuck E. cheese, or greasy cheap Pump it Up. The fries were devoured quickly, and it was a good call. The Young Man who helped us with our party was literally my right hand man! "You, forgot the candles?That's Ok, I'll grab some. Do you need a lighter?" The kids had so much fun. Jumping, sliding, basketball, dodgeball, foam pit, so many opportunities for these active little animals. The only thing lacking was emphasis on the birthday kid. The T-shirt included in the party package is cute, but they need a little chair or special spot for a birthday Queen or King to have a photo opp. Maybe a designated Bday wall to stand at for pictures. Male Manager on duty on Wednesday 10-19-22 at 3:30pm Was not organized and tried to discourage us from using a Groupon. He said Groupon takes a longtime To send and he can't honor it u til it shows up. He said sometimes hours. We opted to purchase it anyway while We were there and it was sent immediately to us. He said he was the only employee on duty yet we saw another male Employee who was awesome. Manager keep putting us off and having us wait. Dodge ball area was unmonitored and got out of hand. Kids were actually hitting each other. Once the non manager employee was advised he managed the situation Apologized amd kept checking in with me. Lockers did not really work no big thing just annoying. Horrid smell in the women's restroom. Unk. If it was the pipes or diaper station but it remained that way the entire 90 minutes we were there. I think we will be looking for another trampoline place. Trampoline are was clean as was the general areas. We did not get food nor look at the food station. You think if you spend nearly $1,000 on a party you'd get some semblance of attention but you don't. Our host had better things to do than to stay with us in the party room. He showed up served 1 slice of pizza to each kid and then checked out physically. He honestly wasn't there mentally from the start. Kids had to serve themselves pizza and drinks. I'll add that I had to grab him to get the cake with about 20 minutes left in the room. So where was the host? Watching the World Series and chatting it up with another employee. After providing some direct feedback to the manager and to the survey I do receive a callback. They had promised to provide a free month of membership but here we are nearly a month after the party and no free membership. This is truly disappointing from all perspectives from party to "making it up". If you want to have a turnkey party try pump it up or some other place. Skyzone Dublin is truly abysmal and if I could I'd give it 0 stars. STAY AWAY if you're thinking of hosting a party here. read more
