Got a nice bracelet and a nice fake plant from there. They look costlier than they were!

Luckily this Nordstrom Rack is close to the train station so it is very convenient to commute here…read more Came here to find a sterling silver bracelet or necklace by Argento and there were a few sterling silver left. I must admit Nordstrom organizes their jewelry well. All the boxes were neatly displayed on their shelves. Just the bad thing is the top shelf is very high and you need assistance or a ladder to look at them so that sucks. This is one of the most organized stores ever with all the accessories lined up and stored in an orderly fashion. There are rarely any loose accessories or misplaced product in the store. Made the shopping vibe feel a lot better. It is also very clean and carpet is nice to walk on without any dirt or loose garbage. By the checkout, there are aisles of mini and travel size lotions and facial cleansers from Kiehl's and Clinique that are almost winding down so they are that popular! I thought the cashiers were kind of slow because there were 3 of them working on the customers when there were so many cashier registers available for employees to go to. I wish they open more registers so the long line can go faster.

Also appreciated the proximity to the train station, which made the entire errand a lot quicker than I anticipated!

From the moment she greeted me, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I mentioned I was looking for new makeup for an upcoming trip, and Jeri went above and beyond. She gave me excellent recommendations, helped me put together the perfect combinations, and even taught me a few things that I'll definitely carry into my makeup routine moving forward. What stood out most was her patience and professionalism. Even in such a busy store, while working alone, she managed multiple customers flawlessly and with ease. It was honestly impressive and beautiful to watch her handle everything so smoothly without ever making anyone feel rushed. On top of that, she made sure to tell me about current promotions, which helped me save tremendously. I ended up purchasing all of her recommendations and couldn't be happier. Jeri made my shopping experience exceptional, and I will absolutely return to see her again for future purchases. Highly recommend! RR (Aruba lady)

Date of visit: April 12, 2026…read more This location is very sneakily hidden on the edge of the World Trade Center complex--we actually had walked past it a couple times without even knowing it was there! There are signs as you enter that they are remodeling, and while this is true, there are areas that were not being remodeled that definitely needed some TLC, such as the entry area that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since before COVID. The store is multiple levels and probably the largest Marshall's I've ever been to, though the layout of the building makes navigating a bit tricky in some instances, such as the L-shaped men's area. Staff were nonexistent as we navigated the store and were barely present for checkout as well. We did find a couple things and took advantage of the no sales tax on clothing in New York, too!

It is very deep down…read more You have two levels underneath the first floor so there is no phone signal but there is WiFi. Although the WiFi did not work on my phone today so it sucked. My phone just did not have service! There are cashiers on both levels so you don't need to line up on the first level. They have a good amount of beauty and cosmetics in stock. Nice selection of kids' book bags and purses. Today I came here to check out the Halloween decor and they have a nice selection of Hello Kitties that dance and sing. There was also a 2 feet big Hello Kitty witch stuffed animal for $29.95! It's a good price for that size! I quickly bought it because it was so cute and big. They got a lot of Martha Stewart decor that is very pretty for any holidays. Lots of decor for sale. The clothing section especially with the dresses are mostly flimsy in my opinion. The laced ones are very thin and sheer. Not enough coverage. I love their 99 cents shopping tote bags! They have nice prints although some of them look weird. It's a repetitive patterned print. This time for 2025 Halloween, they got the ghost theme with cute ghosts everywhere.

Last week I checked it out to see if it was on sale and to my delight it was. Bergdorf's had deeply discounted it, and I was able to use the new customer discount on top of that to get an extra 15% off. The final price was about 60% off retail. The bag arrived six days later, boxed nicely in a Loewe dust bag. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The store is a little too ultra-high-end luxury for me, but it is a legendary New York institution and a unique pinnacle of high-end shopping, so I don't mind following my happy wife around. This review is mainly, though, for the fragrances. There was a fragrance specialist named El-Aton Georges, who was eager to use his knowledge to help us, since I am so picky. He made it fun. It was like, "Okay, you may detect notes of this and that" even though I would be detecting opening notes of "a grandma apple putting her sandalwood cigarettes out into a bar of Irish Spring" or "a leather lemon changing motor oil while eating linen popcorn in a savannah rain, with end notes of Lil' Debbie Cosmic Brownie" So, look for El-Aton, and tell him I sent you. He is quite the Con-nose-seur and he welcomes you all.
