From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-equipped to cater to all dog needs. It's evident that the staff loves what they do, and it reflects in the way they interact with the dogs. Our pup comes home happy and tired after a day of play, a true testament to the engaging activities provided. The daily updates and photos they share are a thoughtful touch, providing peace of mind. Choosing this daycare was one of the best decisions for our dog's well-being and happiness. My dogs" is 1 and has never been to a daycare before so we came for evaluation day. My dog is kennel trained and listens pretty well. The first thing they wanted to do was immediately shove him into a kennel and then told me they stay in there and come out a few times a day for group play. If I wanted to leave him in a kennel all day I'd leave him at home. Then he tried to take him immediately into group by pulling his leash and dragging him. He didn't give him any time or even an evaluation. He came back out and just said "yeah your dog doesn't seem like he likes this" so I said CLEARLY. This place was not a fit for him. Why don't have ppl working at a dog place who don't seem comfortable with dogs?!! Response to comment from Doggie District: I'm not sure how they got that I said that I never wanted my dog in a private area for evaluation because that never happened. The guy working the front who took my dog shouldn't be working there. He didn't even greet my dog. He just said I'll take him and took the leash and tried dragging him to the back and then telling me to walk with him and then tried shoving him in a kennel. Clearly my dog was scared and nervous. He did nothing to help ease or calm the situation. He just looked like he didn't know what he was doing. While he was trying to shove my dog in the kennel I had asked him if the dogs stay in these kennels majority of the day or if they're out playing with all of the other dogs, he said we put them in these kennels before the evaluation happens but they come out at least eight times a day. I had responded oh. Then he asked me if my dog is kennel trained and I said yes. He then said well I'll just take him to group and I said ok. Then he came back from group and said yeah your dog doesn't seem to like it here and I said clearly this isn't a fit. It was handled very strange and I left. So nothing about a private room for evaluation was thoroughly talked about which I thought was weird and now the company wants to say it was me asking to skip steps. I never asked to skip steps. Take responsibility for how your employees handle things rather than blaming the customer

There's a…read moreparticular style of daycare that I don't find to be very stimulating for dogs and this place kind of fits that format. While it is convenient for me, when I watch the cameras, it looks like the dogs are just wandering around like zombies. Usually other daycares have more interaction with staff. There's maybe one staff member to like 15 or 20 dogs. The other thing is I'm not entirely sure they actually understand dog behavior. Because a lot of the dogs are restless and have zero structure, they don't have great socializing manners. My dog is an intelligent breed who will correct dogs who are rude or in his face and it gets tiring for him if he's doing that more than the staff. So when they told me that they had put him away because he was air nipping at dogs, that was strange. I've never had a report of him having behavior issues. Now if they had told me he seemed tired and needed to be to decompressed, that's fine. Maybe it was the staff's wording. And why she needed to report it to me I don't know because that's just a normal part of daycare and dog behavior. So after reading the reviews I did see instances in which dogs that are being aggressive to begin with or annoying aren't being corrected and then when the dog goes to correct them, which is dog etiquette, the dog who asserts boundaries to protect themselves gets punished? That to me shows a lack of understanding about dog behavior. I've watched the webcams at other daycares, and staff know how to separate dogs or to keep things from escalating and know when it's appropriate to put a dog away in a crate for a little time without making the dog feel bad or without making the owner think there's some big issue. I'm trying to gauge whether he actually likes going here. He comes home tired but not looking happy. And whenever we go there in the morning, he tends to whine, which he doesn't do at the other locations we've been. So this one will probably start getting rotated out of his daycare choices for the week. But on the positive side, I do like that they have a little events for the dogs or special treats and get your permission. I just don't feel very confident that it's anything more than just like a room full of dogs all walking around in circles. Like at least interact with them a little bit? Maybe add another counselor or two per group? Make me feel like everybody is taking classes about dog behavior and understand different dog breeds and how dogs are meant to interact? Also the webcam never seems to work very well. I'll watch on the phone or don't even try to watch on the laptop and it goes in and out but at least they have a webcam because barx parx doesn't. And there may be people and dogs who love this place or love the locations in other parts of Las Vegas but for intelligent breeds, I just don't think this place is very stimulating or matches well with his needs. Maybe this is just what happens when you take a bunch of dogs regardless of personality and throw them in together. Dogs have different play styles and some dogs are annoying to other dogs. But here, it just feels like a major free-for-all. The staff are mostly friendly, but maybe also communicating different things to the dog owners in a different way would have probably avoided me feeling less confident about this place because now I'm worried about who my dog is with during the day. If you don't know dogs, that's kind of concerning.... And I'm not seeing anything in my experience or my dog's reactions or through the webcam that makes me feel confident... And with that many dogs per one counselor, I can see where it would be easy for a dog to get hurt.

He had no deep pain response in his hind paws and no spinal sensation past his mid back. I was heartbroken and worried I would need to put him down. But with Dr. B's guidance and the help of her absolutely amazing team we got Bruno on a medication regimen and quickly got his pain under control. We started with acupuncture, laser treatments, Chinese herbs and strict crate rest. And just two weeks later, he now has deep pain response in both hind paws, he regained bladder control and with assistance can go potty on his own and his able to stand up with just a little assistance. I would never talk bad about a business but I feel the need to warn you all and say think twice before sending your beloved animal here. My poor baby Darla had a seizure so we rushed her here asap. After a series of expensive tests and 5 over night stays, her tests all remained negative. They scared us by saying if she was off her IV, she could die. They took every hard earned dollar and pulled on our heart strings and poked and prodded her veins dry. Finally, we just had to get a second opinion. So we discharged her against "medical advice" and took her to another vet who said there was nothing wrong with her and after one overnight stay, they discharged her. Are these people so money hungry that they'd put my poor baby through all these unnecessary tests? And what kind of people take advantage of the fact that as pet owners, we would do anything for our babies? Avoid this practice at all costs
