The groomer not only cut my dog's eye lashes completely off, my dog had severe anxiety upon returning my dog. I couldn't believe the level of service I was provided and the owner didnt even apologize I gladly collected my $40.00 from this bootlegg business. I would never ever ever recommend this place. UPDATE: DONT GO HERE AT ANY COST. Ive brought my dog here and had a good experience ONE time. I recommended it to my sister, who lives with me, and she took her dog there for a full grooming. It took 3 hours, she tipped well, and paid the extra 10 bucks on top of the 50$ they quoted her. It's fine, cause she can be a difficult dog. They cut her nail so short and didn't start bleeding until she came home. Blood all over my house, carpet, etc. called to either get a refund, AN APOLOGY EVEN, or just something. Nothing. She sounded so insincere and tried to make excuses like "Well when she ran on the concrete to your car, it must've reopened up". WELL THEN WHY WAS IT CUT DOWN SO CLOSE IN THE FIRST PLACE. disgusted with their service, absolutely disgusted. Don't go there please, I gave it a shot and now I feel like I should've taken the hint from all the reviews. And trust me, there was so much more blood after this photo, I'm heartbroken. read more

This is an updated review as I wrote about them a while back. I really liked taking my corgi there until the last 2 times. First after picking up my dog that night I noticed a little blood around his butt. The next day all red and swollen off to vet, 231.00 later vet tells me my boy got a cut along his butt. On the next visit here I explained to the man behind the counter the last experience, really had no answers or even apologized. After this groom got my corgi back and within 2 hours he is throwing up water and foam like water. Went to vet again, vet said he most likely licked something. Now my dogs environment does not change so the vet was the new environment. After another bill for medicine and vet's visit my 2 grooming appointments have cost almost 400.00. Really liked this place however I an unable to continue going there under these conditions. read more
