Had a wonderful experience with Dr Brandt! Our kitten Nova has had chronic respiratory issues for a while now and after running all kinds of treatments in a regular vet facility it was time to try something new! We are excited to try something new, and love her approach to find the root problem! We are hoping out baby nova is all better after all the ozone treatments and peptides! We are excited to see her improvement!

It makes me really sad to decrease the stars because I do love taking Boo here, and I absolutely love most of the staff, but customer service on the manager and groomer's end was disappointing. After dropping off Boo, I asked for the same thing as last time. You can see the photos in my previous review. I wish if the groomer didn't remember what last time was or didn't take notes of what he got, that she would have asked for pictures or specification. I got Boo back and they didn't take any length of the hair off. I am grateful that he is cleaned up, but this wasn't what I asked for. I like it to be relatively shorter so he can go two-three months in between haircuts. So I called and asked if they could fix it or discount us for next time (because this wasn't what we asked for and we would have to bring him in sooner due to the length), and they essentially said they'll listen more carefully, but no compensation or apologies on the groomer or manager's behalf. The front desk person was nice and understanding, but it was out of his control. Since they denied any compensation or failed to try to make the situation right, I asked for a refund on my tip, which they denied. Which I find a little odd because they have my card on file that they can charge at any time, but can't give me a refund on the tip at the least. I don't know if this is a problem with the manager or the groomer, but I'm disappointed as I'm a loyal customer to this establishment and the owners. They did a good job on the haircut, it just wasn't what I asked for, and they failed to even attempt to make things right.

OMG my boy Gizmo loves this place. This was our first time using them and we were totally happy and so glad we decided to try them. The place was very clean and spacious. The staff was awesome and loved our boy. Our little boy enjoyed himself and had his nails trimmed also. We decided to try and groom him also. It's hard because he had a bad grooming experience and has seizures as a result. Not this time and he looked great and strutted his stuff for mama. I talked with Danielle the groomer before handing him over and she not only put me at ease but my boy went with her no seizures or issues yay!! I will definitely be bringing him back for daycare and grooming. Thanks guys

Great little play area with a very attentive staff!

It was our first time boarding so I was very anxious, but I'm happy we chose Pawsh Palace! They took wonderful care of our pups. The facility is clean and spacious. We appreciated the free 24/7 access to the live cameras. The staff was very attentive and interacted with all the dogs! The Midi Suite was great for two 15lb dogs and we were allowed to bring their bed, blankets, and a few toys. Highly recommend!

Nice enough place, mostly geared toward smaller dogs. They do have some fun activities like a slide and a pool, but it never seems very busy when I go. It feels more like a grooming place than daycare. Staff is fine, but they are expensive.

Our fur babies came home happy clean and tired. They must have gotten quite a lot of play in! The exit bath was a perfect ending for them.

What I appreciated most were the updates, pictures, and communication throughout his stay, something many boarding facilities don't provide. Originally, we had a reservation back home with our normal pet resort, but didn't want to be away from Beary for so long; We often have to drop him off a day before our trip and don't pick him up again until the day after we get back, so that's an extra two days without the little guy (and two extra days of boarding to boot). So we looked into the possibility of boarding him close to our hotel while we were in town. A family member sent us a recommendation to go to Buddies and my wife reached out to ask about vacancy for the weekend and the owners got back to us right away to let us know they would be able to take him in and walked her through the process of submitting all the necessary documentation and clearing him to stay. Our little guy is not fixed yet, so unfortunately, he was unable to be group boarded (which is typcial). Check-in was a breeze, and He had a nice large play area to have all to himself and was boarded in a private suite. They also took him out for a walk twice a day while he was there, as well as playtime with the staff constantly. What was really awesome was that they would send us pics of him during his walks, playtime, and before bedtime. It was really awesome to get the periodic updates...which really put us (especially the kids) at ease. And it was really reassuring to know he was close by to us. Staff was super nice and friendly. The consistent updates really made an enormous difference for us. Our usual resort does not do that...so that put them way above. They seemed to genuinely enjoy Beary's company. We would DEFINITELY bring him back here again on future trips (and that is more often than not) and I wish they were located close to home...or that we lived in Vegas so we could bring him more often...wishful thinking =p

My dogs" is 1 and has never been to a daycare before so we came for evaluation day. My dog is kennel trained and listens pretty well. The first thing they wanted to do was immediately shove him into a kennel and then told me they stay in there and come out a few times a day for group play. If I wanted to leave him in a kennel all day I'd leave him at home. Then he tried to take him immediately into group by pulling his leash and dragging him. He didn't give him any time or even an evaluation. He came back out and just said "yeah your dog doesn't seem like he likes this" so I said CLEARLY. This place was not a fit for him. Why don't have ppl working at a dog place who don't seem comfortable with dogs?!! Response to comment from Doggie District: I'm not sure how they got that I said that I never wanted my dog in a private area for evaluation because that never happened. The guy working the front who took my dog shouldn't be working there. He didn't even greet my dog. He just said I'll take him and took the leash and tried dragging him to the back and then telling me to walk with him and then tried shoving him in a kennel. Clearly my dog was scared and nervous. He did nothing to help ease or calm the situation. He just looked like he didn't know what he was doing. While he was trying to shove my dog in the kennel I had asked him if the dogs stay in these kennels majority of the day or if they're out playing with all of the other dogs, he said we put them in these kennels before the evaluation happens but they come out at least eight times a day. I had responded oh. Then he asked me if my dog is kennel trained and I said yes. He then said well I'll just take him to group and I said ok. Then he came back from group and said yeah your dog doesn't seem to like it here and I said clearly this isn't a fit. It was handled very strange and I left. So nothing about a private room for evaluation was thoroughly talked about which I thought was weird and now the company wants to say it was me asking to skip steps. I never asked to skip steps. Take responsibility for how your employees handle things rather than blaming the customer

These aren't just dogs to me. They are my granddogs, and they are deeply loved. I know how much my daughter worries about them and how seriously she takes choosing someone to care for them. I want to be fair and acknowledge that my daughter should have insisted on seeing their accommodations before leaving them. She knows that now. But she was leaving town for a funeral and had to make a difficult decision. She trusted that a business whose job is to board animals would provide a safe and appropriate place for them. While she was away, she kept trying to calm herself down by reading reviews and telling herself, "They'll be okay. They love dogs. They're taking care of her." She was 10 hours away and even worried that she was bothering the facility by asking questions. She wasn't bothering them. She was paying for a service and asking about the well-being of her dogs. Once she started feeling like something wasn't right, she began asking questions. She repeatedly asked to see where her dogs were staying and requested a photograph of the accommodations. Those questions were ignored. Completely. She wasn't given answers or reassurance. She was left 10 hours away trying to convince herself everything was okay while her concerns were being ignored. Eventually, she trusted her instincts and went to get her dogs as soon as she could. Only after the dogs were home did she finally receive the photograph she had been asking for. When I saw it, I was shocked. The accommodations looked like a prison cell to me. I have to ask: does that look like the kind of environment that would make a worried pet owner feel confident that "they love dogs and they're taking care of her"? If the accommodations were appropriate, why was it so difficult to show them to her when she asked? My daughter also specifically instructed the facility that her dogs were not supposed to be around other dogs and that her two dogs, who are sisters, were not supposed to play together. Those instructions were not followed. Being told afterward that those things were "allowed" does not make it acceptable. Allowed by the facility does not mean authorized by the owner. My daughter knows her dogs. She gave those instructions for a reason. And this is what concerns me about other animals. What if the next dog is frightened, reactive, elderly, medically fragile, or simply doesn't tolerate unfamiliar dogs? What if an owner specifically says their dog must remain separated and that instruction is ignored? An unexpected interaction can turn into a fight in seconds. Another family's animal could potentially be seriously injured because someone decided an owner's instructions were optional. My granddogs came home healthy, and I am incredibly grateful. But nothing bad happening this time does not make the decisions acceptable. You shouldn't have to wait for an animal to be hurt before safety and an owner's instructions become important. I am also very concerned about the difficulty my daughter had communicating with the facility. When you have someone's animals in your care, there should be a clear and reliable way for the owner to reach you, especially during severe thunderstorms when you know one of the dogs is terrified of thunder. My daughter wasn't being difficult. She was being a responsible pet owner. I'm thankful my granddogs are home. But I'm angry that my daughter spent so much of her time away trying to convince herself her dogs were okay instead of receiving straightforward answers from the people she was paying to care for them. Trusting the facility without seeing everything first may have been her mistake. But once she became uncomfortable and started asking questions, those questions should have been taken seriously--not ignored. To every pet owner reading this: ask questions. Insist on seeing the accommodations. Don't apologize for wanting to know where your animal is. Don't worry about bothering the people you're paying. And if something feels wrong, listen to your instincts. You are trusting someone with a life you love. My granddogs will never go back. I sincerely hope other pet owners learn from this experience before they find themselves miles away, trying to convince themselves everything is fine while their instincts are telling them otherwise. Our animals cannot speak for themselves. We have to speak up for them.
