I have patriated Lotte autobody for over 10 years. I honestly strayed once due to less-than-optimal job in my opinion in the past, prior to Alan coming on board as the new manager. Since then, I had nothing but praise with the quality of the job & service. Whatever they did with the paint, it's magic. You can't tell where the accident began or ended. They also took care of minor blemishes not related to the accident & polished the opposite side of the headlight so it's not obvious the car was in an accident. That's dedication to customer service and meticulous care; which was voluntarily done. Other shops will only fix what was quoted by the insurance company and leave the other headlight oxidized & make the accident seem obvious. If you have the car towed directly to Lotte, they will take care of the insurance & rental so you have one less thing to worry about. I truly hope I don't get into another accident but at lease I will not have an anxiety worrying about how the car will turn out if I leave it with Lotte. They truly did an amazing job. Had both sides of my car scraped against a brick wall in NYC due to a narrow parking space. After moving to NJ, I found Lotte Auto Body and they helped me restore my vehicle like it's brand new! The before/after is absolutely astonishing and I was amazed they were able to fix this within the same week (3-days no less!). They also cleaned my entire vehicle inside/out! Top service without overcharging at all. They also accept most insurance and will help get you the best price. I've also done regular oil changes with them a few times a year. Service always takes around 20-mins for a standard oil change (I recommend calling in advance as they can get busy). While changing my oil one time, they also helped patch my tire as they found a nail there! I would have never known if they didn't tell me. The patch was only an additional $15, which I was truly thankful for. Reasonably priced, great people & excellent service! I would highly recommend them. read more

I had the front lower control arm replaced as he recommended. After that, the steering wheel didn't return to the center automatically whenever I made a turn. So I had to stop by 2 more times and he tried to fix it but failed. I eventually had it fixed by another repair shop and the mechanic said the wheel alignment was not straight and that caused some damages to the tires and wheels. lower control arm 교체해야 한다고해서 했는데, 핸들을 돌리면 자동으로 원래자리로 안돌아 문제 생겨서 고생했네요. 2번 다시 맡겼는데 문제 해결 안되었고, 왠만히면 그냥 타라고 하더군요. 결국 다른 정비소가서 고쳤는데 그 메카닉이, 이전 작업때문에 얼라인먼트 틀어져서 휠과 타이어에 데미지 갔다고 함. 계속 타고 다넜으면 큰 일 날뻔했네요. 참고로, 2년전에 코스트코에서 새 탸이어로 바꾸면서 휠 얼라이먼트했고 문제없이 타고 다녔었음. read more

I used to be a regular customer here but they tend to overcharge. Went one day to inquire about a front bumper repair cost - they offered a $400 repair fee with 10% student discount. Went over again the next day after I decided to have them repair my bumper - they denied any discount given and said they would charge $700 for a bumper replacement instead. An extremely fair and honest outfit, not to mention a savior. I had just pulled up to the stop sign right in front of their shop heading into ShopRite in Pal Park. As I attempted to pull ahead my passenger wheel literally caved in (the stabilizer bar broke). "Jimmy" raced out to help. He jacked up my car and him and his mechanics put the wheel back on and managed to get me out of the middle of the street and into the shop. Their first question was, do you need to use our phone to call for a tow? I looked at him and said, can you fix it? Seemed natural but he wasn't really looking to sell me, just genuinely help. They looked at the car, kept it until Monday (it was a Saturday afternoon). I was prepared to junk the car fearing a colossal estimate at that time. (my car is 10 years old and not worth much). I went by on Monday morning and they had fixed the car and charged me a VERY reasonable price to start and then discounted it 20% on top. It was awesome! Got the car back. Had it checked at Firestone because I needed an alignment and have lifetime free alignments there. Asked them to give the car a once over and we were good to go. Excellent work and a great price. It took them 2 wks and when i went there to pick up the car, i found that the door LOCK doesn't work properly. It took them one more day to replace that. I have changed my rating.. a few months later after the repairs, I come to find that the tires on my car were never replaced.. I paid for two tires because my insurance would only pay for the unused portion of the tire... I went to go get an oil change at a different shop, and the mechanic says that i need new tires. I was shocked because these tires were "new". The mechanic stated that these tires were never replaced if they were only a few months old. Second, the mechanic pointed out the lousy paint job they did to my car and when looking inside the car, they pretty much glued the bummer together, even though through my insurance it stated they purchased a new one.. went in to change a break lamp. Asked them for an estimate and price was reasonable. Came back the next day because they needed to order the parts. They said it'd take a couple of hours and they'd call me. after 4hrs I never got a call. Stopped by but they hadn't even touched the car. Another 2hrs later the work was done they charged me 70 more for rushing them. I refused and they kept my car hostage. Paid the 70, 2 weeks later the brake lamp fell off. Smh read more
