The best part about this place is the service and fair prices. Locally owned, this is a good place to support. Coffee and food was great. The workers and owners talk to everyone and regulars are always there. The seating inside is sparce, but there is outdoor seating as well. They close early so you get that fun coffee shop vibe while you can. Highly recommended. Nessa herself is a great chef!

The ambiance is quaint and if you want a cozy place to sit and kick back and have a nice cup of coffee and house made scones, this is your place!

Cloudy eggs with bacon and toast

If you're in the area, you absolutely have to stop here, cool looking place, nice and clean, staff talked to me about that they have and fan favorites. I got the orange lavender tea and the cloudy eggs. All great and made fresh.

We had the pasta soup, coffee, BLT my hubby had the burrito. My daughter had chai latte. Everything was really tasty, friendly staff. Very clean. Is small Inside but we eat outside anyways. We definitely be back. We recommend it.

You must go. Small, hip, delish! Go if for nothing more than a light and made fresh that morning pastry and some coffee. I am a mocha fan (iced or hot) and theirs if fantastic! Sure you can get a breakfast plate. I tried the house made chorizo and eggs (super dry!) but next time I'll add green chile and it will be perfect. The toast that comes with the meal is house made, thick, fluffy slices of heaven that you slather with butter. Little fruit salad on the side. I highly recommend a side of bacon no matter what you order. It's absolutely divine. Try their Italian sodas. They have a sugar free option too. A small patio outside where they sometimes have music. Note: It often takes a while to get your order. They make each one with love and patience. Enjoy your cup o Joe while you wait and visit with the other folks who know a good breakfast place.

Great attentive service, fair menu prices, amazing coffee, and their plates/cups they serve the food in are soooo freaking cute ! We tried the cloudy eggs with bacon, belgian waffle, cauliflower soup, dalgona coffee, and espresso with whip cream. So yummmmyy can't wait to come back here to try more things !

I refuse to patronize a place that is run by Trumpers. I went once before the place changed hands and the food and service were just ok.

I ordered the Huevos Rancheros that comes with a side refried beans and a flour tortilla. To drink, I ordered coffee. There were two servers that day. Ours was the younger lady, who was not really engaged with the clientele except with some guy eating at the counter. When she delivered our food, she never offered to refill my friend's iced tea or my coffee. For almost 5 minutes I tried to get her attention without success. I got up to the counter where she continued chatting with the guy eating at the counter. I mentioned that I wanted more coffee, I was told that they had ran out and if I wanted decaf. She shook the thermos and she said that she still had some coffee left. I also told her that on the menu my meal included a tortilla. She never apologized for the lousy service. Very disappointing.

My companion had the Belgian waffles (I'm not sure which item, specifically) and it was like a dessert plate with all the whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Also very good. I'm sure there's a reason for this, but every time I've been here for breakfast or brunch there's always a bunch of empty tables and people waiting to be seated, but the staff act like it's a full house. When we arrived there was nobody else waiting and yet we had to wait about 5 minutes for the staff to "set a table" for us. When we were seated there were at least six empty tables already set. When we left about 45 minutes later, a lot of previously occupied tables still had dirty dishes on them (but not all of them), and nobody was cleaning them up. Just like when we got here, there were lots of tables ready to go and yet the lobby was full of people waiting to be seated and even more people waiting outside.

The board - Pretzel Pasto - came with a variety of cheeses and meats which are changed up frequently by the chef, so definitely ask what will be on the board if you have allergies or preferences. Fruits and delicious olives were also part of the board as was some very tasty queso. Topping it all off was the chocolate chips that melted by being embraced by the baked pretzel - delightful. This is a great board that can actually be your meal for the evening. When in Las Cruces, you must try all things that have green chile, since the board did not come with chiles, we had to order the mac and cheese. Of course this was amazing and I considered ordering a second bowl for the table. Our server was very friendly and checked in on us if we needed anything or wanted more of a something from the charcuterie board. Salud! is absolutely worth a visit!

Our server was very friendly and checked in on us often. He was very accommodating when we asked to exchange the raspberries on our charcuterie platter for a different item. The Pretzel Pasto is amazing! A giant pretzel serves as the vessel for the chef's selection of meats and cheeses, along with fresh fruit, chocolate chips that melt like frosting on the hot pretzel, and gooey delicious queso. We also split a small bowl of the green chile mac and cheese and regretted not getting a larger bowl. For dessert, the creme brulee bombo was unlike anything I have had--an Italian puffed donut filled with cream, but this cream was bruleed on top with a thick, crisp layer like creme brulee, so it was like having two desserts in one. It came with a side of prickly pear syrup, but I chose to skip that. Excellent experience at Salud! de Mesilla.
