I don't know if they were rushing because they had a lot of people waiting, or what but look at the flower. It doesn't even look like a flower and it's messed up. My daughter is really unhappy with her nails and considering I spent a good amount on them I'm unhappy as well. I got my toes done and I think my toes look lovely. I appreciate the time and care they took to do my toes. I like the way they came out. I would come back again, but we will not be having them do any hand work next time. I saw her take the tools she used on the PREVIOUS CUSTOMER , run it under water, and came to where I was sitting. I confronted her about it and asked if they were the same ones and the other employee said no (I wasn't even asking her) and then the person I was talking to said "yes" but that she cleaned it with solution. As I sat for two hours, I noticed that the manager was demanding tips for those paying with card. One girl came in and didn't tip and she asked "you're not going to tip?" Putting her on the spot. The girl only gave $3 but then the manager told her it wasn't enough for the serves they provided. I was embarrassed for the girl! I just hoped that her bluntness would be something I could put aside for a good mani/pedi but then a week later my nail polish started to chip (gel that is).
