I went here on the recommendation of an employee at the Grocery Outlet despite what a previous Yelp…read morereview stated about the place being so dirty. This nail salon is extremely dirty and in disrepair. Jack was very careless with my manicure and left my cuticles jagged. At one point, I asked him how long he's been doing nails. He replied for 10 years. I asked if he liked it, and he replied not really. Denis didn't clean all the particles from my nails after filing, so there are white specks in my gel manicure, which is also very haphazard and sloppy around the edges. The way the color was applied looks very clunky and careless. A couple of my nails were stuck to my skin, so I had to pry them apart after. Also, the UV machine for gel manicure is falling apart. It burnt my knuckles and part of my hand. I don't know the pedicure tech's name, but she doesn't clean her tools, actually I don't think any of them do, and she knicked one of my toes with her machine. She gives a great massage, but the level of care isn't really there. They charged me $80 for gel mani/pedi + $1 credit service fee. I tipped all of them because I won't be going back. I don't like to make scenes for people unless it is truly necessary, so please take this review as honest and caring. If they don't want to take care of their salon, which they can for the prices they are charging, then it's best to go somewhere else.

Very horrible experience. I have been to so many salons over the years and never dealt with this. I…read morecouldn't get an appointment with my normal tech and decided to try somewhere different. I spent 2.5 hours in this place. I called ahead and made an appointment for 1130 and ended up waiting 15 minutes to be sat. I should have known when the place was filled that they had overbooked themselves, two different girls went before I was even sat. Then they didn't know how to remove my builder gel properly. The lady who started my nails put them to soak in the foil which I know is normal. For reference my normal tech has them soak for no more then 5-7 minutes and removes them no problem. 10 minutes passed and she was walking around and eating lunch. Then the other tech called mine over to work on her client because she couldn't do the design. They had me wait with my nails foiled for over 20 mins to the point where it burned. When I voiced that it was burning and I wanted them off they pushed back and said it was too hard. I reiterated that it's abnormal for them to soak that long and it burned so I wanted it off. They begrudgingly had another tech remove them and she was very nice. Then I had to wait even longer for a new tech since my original one was very clearly annoyed and never came back to finish her work. With the last tech I told her I wanted a very short almond and as you can see in my pictures I had plenty of length for her to get the proper shape. She made them too pointy and super uneven after me asking for the same thing twice. I gave up at that point and instead of doing an intricate design which I picked this place for I did natural pink. I have gel fused to my skin, uneven, and overfilled nails. Horrible horrible experience. I was very obviously upset and paid $60 which was still way too much for this. This is not 2.5 hours worth of time or work, incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never return, beware!!!!

The place is super clean and they even have the massage chairs for pedicures. They also have a cute lil coffee/tea bar for guests. Prices are super fair as well and I absolutely love how my toes came out! I also love how you can easily book an appointment through their website. I opted for the $38 pedicure package, with an addition of gel $10 and chrome for $15 more, totaling $64. The feet scrubbers did not hurt or tickle at all, and they did such an amazing job i love the way my toes came out. Request Anna! She is the sweetest and so good at her job. They don't try to rush your service and you can absolutely tell they are amazing at their craft. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

I also told her the power was too high on the e file but still kept going. I don't need perfect nails but some attention to detail would be nice. On a positive note, the lady who did my pedicure did amazing! I'd go to her again but this is why I never try new places. Hard to find people who will treat your nails with care. Posting this bc I paid $100 for their services.

I'm not sure if it was the game or what but unfortunately, we left being unsatisfied with my daughter's nails. She even asked if she could have the nail redone because she didn't like the flower they drew the first time and unfortunately, it still looks bad. I don't know if they were rushing because they had a lot of people waiting, or what but look at the flower. It doesn't even look like a flower and it's messed up. My daughter is really unhappy with her nails and considering I spent a good amount on them I'm unhappy as well. I got my toes done and I think my toes look lovely. I appreciate the time and care they took to do my toes. I like the way they came out. I would come back again, but we will not be having them do any hand work next time. The staff is friendly, they're nice to talk to you. The vibe there is pleasant. Parking lot is huge so that's nice.
