She treated my nails with incredible attention to detail, cleanliness, gentleness, and love. My nails came out so beautifully done. I showed her an inspiration photo, and she somehow made the design even better. Every nail was hand-designed, and you could tell she took her time and truly cared about each detail. If you want a cost-effective, family-oriented and friendly place, this will work for you. Everyone here is nice. I got a manicure and spa pedicure. I think I will come back here because the people there are very nice, honest, no frills. I used class pass, so was expecting to receive what was listed, but they missed some parts that were listed. For example, I was supposed to get a spa like manicure, but got a regular. Fortunately they gave me a discount off, to fix that problem, so I am happy with that. I was supposed to get a jelly bath, but I didn't complain about it. Overall good. After one day, my nails are showing slight chip off one finger, so I suggest everyone to get gel instead of regular nail polish. read more

This was my first time going to Jolie nails, and it did not disappoint! I was recently referred by a friend, I never stepped foot in this salon despite it being in my area, but saw her nails and they were so cute. I decided to give this place a try. I made an appointment at 4pm and was taken right away which was so nice bc I'm used to waiting long amount even with reservations. I got a gel-x set done by Chloe. My nails are soooo pretty. She was very detail oriented and super sweet as well. I felt super comfortable being here due to the service. Quality of work is amazing! I also got a gel pedicure which I'm happy with. Absolutely LOVE this place, my first time coming and they were so kind. The pedicure was absolutely perfect, my feet feels super soft now and massage, I think this is the best pedicure I have ever gotten. As for the gel x extensions, the nail prep was beyond phenomenal, i'm expecting a long term retention time of about a month or more. The nails are gorgeous also and throughout the entire appointment she was asking questions on how I like the nails and my pedicure too. I have never been this happy with the product of how my nails turned out as they are literally so perfect. They also asked if I would like any water, as other nail salons I've been to have never asked if I wanted water. They were also so kind and the entire atmosphere was super chill and it was clean too. I had the same bad experience twice, I feel obligated to share it On my first visit, a young male technician did my pedi . I purchased the Signature Gel Pedicure for $54 because it included a 5-minute massage, which was one of the main reasons I chose that package. Unfortunately, the massage lasted only a few quick strokes before he moved on. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, and I still tipped him. I assumed maybe I was just unlucky and happened to get a technician who rushed through that part of the service. Since the salon is close to my home and convenient, I decided to give it another chance. On my second visit, a different technician, a young girl did my pedi. I purchased the exact same pedicure package, and unfortunately, the same thing happened again. The advertised 5-minute massage lasted only about a minute and a half. This time I actually checked the timer on my phone because of my previous experience. Again, I stayed polite and still left a tip, but I was genuinely disappointed. When the exact same thing happens with two different technicians, it's hard not to wonder if this is standard practice here. Are customers being charged for a 5-minute massage but only receiving a fraction of the time? What made it even more frustrating was that the salon wasn't busy at all. There was only me and one other customer there. Nobody was waiting, nobody was rushing, and there was no reason to cut the service short. What bothers me most is the feeling that they assume customers won't notice. A minute here and a minute there may not seem like much, but when a service is specifically advertised as including a 5-minute massage, customers should receive exactly what they're paying for. It's not about the time itself--it's about honesty and delivering the service that's being advertised. This is my second time getting my nails done here. I've had the pleasure of having them done by each of the owners and both do an extremely well done job! They do a ton of nail prep and the nails look so clean every time/don't have any issues with my gel nails peeling. And the owners are also SO friendly--they remembered me from my last visit which was several weeks earlier. I would recommend booking an appt via yelp, their website, or calling. This is the first time that I've felt pain from a pedicure. The lady who worked on my pedicure filed one of my toe nails that she's cut super short so it was to the point that the filing was cutting into my flesh. It only hurt briefly at the time of the service so I let it slide and didn't want to make it a big deal, but the next day, my toe is hurting a lot more and I'm unable to walk around without feeling it in my toe. She goes above and beyond every time and pays attention to detail. She is very generous in understanding which designs I want and she takes her time with every nail. I've been coming to Jolie Nails for many years. It's now under new management. Kristy is the new owner and has changed/updated a lot (from flooring to services and prices). They have new spa chairs and a new menu of services. I used to pay $31 for my pedi, which included callous remover and sugar scrub. That pedi is no longer available. Now, I pay $47 for a pedi, but it is worth it. I know we were used to paying a little less for nails here, but even if we go to other places, the prices are either the same or a little higher. I still get my pedi done by Vivian. I would not cheat on Vivian. She's always so detailed and doesn't rush. I don't like going to places to get a pedi, which should be relaxing, and they rush to get it done. I get my eyebrows waxed by Lee or Kristy. I also get my acrylics done by Kristy. She does a really good job and doesn't take too long. I got my new set about 3 weeks ago, and they still look and feel great! If you want something specific, take a picture to show it to Kristy. I'm sure she'll be able to do it! Their hours did change. They close earlier now. They are closed on Sundays but are opened on Mondays. If you do come in, make sure to make an appt. read more

Hello all, I started coming here about 2 months ago. The first time i was here. They did a good job. The second time i came here (Hailey) did my nails, i loved how she really did a great job cleaning up my cuticles (almost 5 stars) only because 3 days later 2 nails started to chip (gel). That usually never happens . Gel last me usually about 3 weeks. Anyhow, 3rd time around (no idea her name) but sitting almost last chair closest to Duarte, she really hurt me while shaving all the prior gel, this should not be painful. As you can see in the photo, not a bad looking manicure. I went to pay, they charged me $35.00 which i signed for however (the new monitor) when i checked my bank account the next day, they charged $38. WTF! I gave the lady a tip even though she was pretty rough with me. I didn't request for a receipt (HUGE MISTAKE) but they should not be charging extra without consent. I called today to advise them. The woman on the phone was very apologetic, and advised what the fee was for. I understand they are charging for a service, but its like going to a restaurant and the restaurant adding a tip at their convenience. EVERYONE request a receipt. read more

The only thing was having to wait when I made the appointment. I waited about 30 mins from my appt time. It's pretty usually since it was a Friday and people do walk ins so it's definitely understandable. I got a pedicure and the lady was very good with what I needed done.
