Hands down one of the best pedicures I've ever had. My mother-in-law and I both got gel pedis at Lotus Nails, and Tiffany was incredible--wise, attentive, and so skilled. I called to see if I could be squeezed in for a full set of acrylics. The owner confirmed there was plenty of time. Upon arrival I was seated immediately. Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient and always checked in to make sure I was happy with what I wanted. I've never felt so relaxed at a nail salon after the last fiasco I went through at my previous go to salon. Tiffany was patient, detailed, and never pushed or complained when I asked for my nails to be as short as possible. I've had a lot of techs frown or complain that longer nails were better and prettier, but due to work I need to keep my nails as short as possible. I love this place! The salon is super clean and welcoming. Tiffany was very friendly and was able to take me in right away. She was easygoing and helpful. I did a simple gel manicure which Tiffany made sure that I got just what I wanted without trying to up sale me. My experience was not ok. Couldn't get a basic French.it was too difficult for her. They had to take it off and do a basic red. She filed everything off with a drill. I'm sure she took off two layers of my nail bed. To top it off my basic gel polish barely lasted a week before it started chipping. I asked the lady if she had to put a base layer before the polish and she said no. Just a horrible experience. You pay all this money for a pampering session and end up with unsatisfied and tensed. read more

I made an appointment for Lotus nails I had to wait five minutes, but I just looked at the nail colors. I think the quality was great the French tips were a little uneven like the lines, but it was freehanded so I know it's not gonna be perfect. They gave me a water. They asked about my personal life. I think they were quite quick and efficient very clean and there's TVs and it's very lit up and I clean nice space. Everyone was nice my nail person that he was very lovely but he did have to get up quite a few times to answer the phone so I think maybe they were just shortstaffed but other than that I would definitely go back. I happened to be in the area for a dental appointment today, but after this service--I'll drive the 23mi from my home to come here. The salon itself has been open about a year. The owner, Tiffany, has been in the industry for no fewer than 25yrs. The salon is VERY WELCOMING, fresh, clean, RELAXING, sleek, sheik, calm... ya know, what you always want to find but can't no matter how hard you try. (Or maybe that was just my luck.) I got a basic mani/pedi--I'm not terribly high maintenance but I want a solid service for my cuticles and nails. Well, Tiffany delivered! $45 for both. They do accept card, which allows for tipping as well. The nice added bonus? A bottle of water when I sat in the pedicure chair. Love that extra touch; which speaks volumes to the customers--and we appreciate! THANK YOU TIFFANY! Also, we had a really enjoyable conversation (in my opinion). I normally don't talk during these things, but it was an effortless convo and I thoroughly enjoyed it--it was as if I'd known her for much longer than 5mins. lol Parking is easy, as it's in a shopping center. Came here for the first time with my SIL to get our nails fixed from a different nail salon (different days). I called 2 hours before closing to see if they could squeeze in 2 walk-ins for mani/pedis. The lady I spoke with said yes if I came soon. When we first arrived, we were greeted and the lady I spoke with on the phone asked if I was the one who called earlier and I confirmed that was me who called. The staff got us started right away after we picked out our nail colors. We later mentioned that we got botch gel nails at a different salon that we wanted to get fixed and they happily obliged. Not only did the nail techs do an awesome job on our nails, but they took their time to do a great job. They were very friendly and had no problem chatting with us during the process.
