I could not have a had a worse experience! They were rude when I entered but I had been to two other places that were closed so I decided to sit down anyways. They did not properly remove my previous nail polish but rather used an acrylic nail to slide my dip off before starting a new manicure. This sliced my finger nail in half to the point I was bleeding. Less than a week later my dip manicure has chipped on 3 nails. They also charged a credit card fee which is illegal in the state of MA. A quiet salon to get a mani and pedi done. Its not like a nail salon factory that some of them are. I feel very safe here while getting a pedicure. They had a large TV on with Oceans 8 playing so it was fun to watch that while getting my toes done. The owner also has the most adorable dog called Rosie. Everyone loves when an establishment has a store mascot. They also sell face masks there. I got myself a "fake" but cute channel face mask. She told me they do facials and I'm sure they offer waxing too. If you are looking for a plave to get a relaxing mani and pedi, I would recommend Royal Nails! read more

Comfy, clean, and staff that goes beyond the regular needs of their clients. I had ordered lunch from a shop a few doors down thinking they delivered. When I found out they didn't, one of the staff went to pick it up - even remembered to tip the staff at the lunch pick up. My nails were done perfectly but you can get that at many places. I've been going to Le for dip powder for years at the previous salon where he worked. I just visited him here yesterday at the salon he opened a couple of weeks ago. This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had .I went for a manicure and the woman couldn't have cared less. Talked to someone else he entire time.The cuticles that she managed to cut she threw on the floor. I called weeks in advance for a fill today (July 19th) at 11:30am, walked into the salon they told me to come back at 2:00pm. The lady at the counter was on the phone the whole time too. She also looked at my nails and tried to push them off. When I went back at 2pm the lady started to complement me constantly to a point where it was uncomfortable. She wasn't gentle for most of the time either. After my nails were done drying she had me pay $25 dollars, but when I called week(s) in advance the person over the phone told me it was $20 and this lady insisted that I tip her at $5. I recommend going to either Beautica nails and spa or star nails. About a week and a half later three nails have not been holding up and one fell off. My acrylic nails usually last me about a month. read more

I am new in town so I went in to give it a try. The Pedi + Mani was good. No complaints there. I also had my eyebrows waxed and my advise is "DO NOT DO IT!!!" The individual waxing my eyebrows got wax all in my hair on my eyelids, and all over my face. I asked her for some oil to get it off and she like handed me a dry tissue and walked out the door. Ive noticed this salon has just recently opened up, so I gave it a try. All two times the services was great. They seem to know what they're doing very well and they are very sanitized as well. I've been to many nail salons and none of them compare to this one. The employees are so polite and nice, it's good to have such a comfortable environment to sit in especially when you sit for awhile to get dolled up. The first time I came to this salon I tried the basics pedicure and they treated me very well, they didn't just do the work to get it over with, but they took their time to make sure that I liked how my pedicure looks, they also took their time on the skin on my feet and legs, exfoliating it and the massaging it. The second time I came I thought I'd the basic pedicure was so good why not try the spa pedicure and it was amazing, it was felt I was in an actual day spa, with hot rocks placed on my legs and it was only $35. I was very disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. I got a gel manicure and it did not seal very well because two days later when I am running my fingers through my hair the polish at the bottom of my nail is not smooth and it is catching on my hair and other things. I have never had problems with a gel manicure until it was at least two weeks later so the fact that this is happening within two days tells me it was not a good gel manicure . I wanted a French pedicure and the pedicure itself was not great because I like it when they use the grater to get the calluses off of your heels and all they did was use some kind of soft stone so there was not enough exfoliation it's far as I was concerned. When she did the French painting on my toes I expected her to use a very sheer pink toned /what we all know as Essie colored polish and she wanted to use an Essie polish that had a yellow tint to it and I said no I don't like that it needs to have a pink tint so then she went and got an OPI clear pink tinted shiny polish and she used that . It does not look like the typical French pedicure that I get all the time at another salon . The white was not done evenly on my French manicure . And two of my fingernails were shaped crooked . At this point I just wish that I would not have tipped her 20% plus . I will never go back . The cost for my unsatisfactory service was $55. read more
