I booked a $65 pedicure. They confirmed this with me when I sat down. I asked for number 148, solid sparkly glitter. I have a singing competition this weekend, so I wanted something flashy. I got to the front and was charged $92, PLUS tip, for... well, not what I asked for. I'm not the type to say "um what the hell, that looks sparse as hell and this is not worth $92." I'm just not going to go back. I shouldn't have to beg someone to do it right for a hundred fricking bucks... that I didn't even ask for.

After I asked him to clip my cuticles, I was charged an extra $10, two days later, one of my dip nails came off and another one cracked in half. I went back and they redid the 2 nails. I got home and another dipped nail polish just fell off!

Jason did a PHENOMENAL job with my nails! He spent so much time perfecting the shape of the acrylics and the cute design. He is a true artist!!! I will be back soon!

You get what you pay for and with that said I'd come back for a mani. The salon is relatively clean. I was a walk in and didn't have to wait but it did get busy and there was a wait time for some people who came in after me without an appointment.

I know regular doesn't last as long, but at other salons I've gotten close to a week out of my manicure before it starts chipping. I have a desk job and don't do anything to be hard on my hands. Less than 24 hours after my manicure my nail polish started flaking off. Not chipping. Lifting off in flakes. If you look closely you can see it's starting to lift near the cuticle. Also, the polish isn't very smooth and it's a bit lumpy in places. For nearly $30, which includes tip and the service fee, I would expect my nails to last more than 24 hours! It was a disappointing waste of money and not great quality. Stick with gel at this salon, if you decide to go here.

My gel mani lasted approximately 3 days before I noticed chipping in the polish. I am extremely disappointed. This is the exact reason I don't go to salons that do not book their appointments, because they tend to rush through the job to get to the next person who walks through the door. . Sloppy work

Oanh did my fill and Thu did my design. Enjoyable service and relaxing atmosphere. Thu made sure I liked design before proceeding. They're always more than happy to tweek the design or change colors. I like how they try out the design first just to make sure it's the way you want.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! I went in to get my nails taken off and a manicured. Keep in mind if your a regular customer, you get A-1 customer service from the look of things. I waited for 40 min to literally snatch my nails off from my nail bed. The man that did my nails was rushing, and didn't care about hurting me when I've told him multiple times that he was. Needless to say, I couldn't finish my manicure because I was in so much pain. He did not use any solution to soak my nails off. He use the end of an acrylic nails s went under my nail to rip them off. I will never go to this place again. Do not let the inside of this place fool you. Nice inside but horrible service.

I've been going to this nail salon for almost a year and my favorite go-to nail artist is Jonathan. He makes sure I am satisfied when it comes to my nails. He's on point about what shape I get & how sharp/long I want it to be w/o him complaining. I always come to get acrylics w/ dipping powder & a spa pedicure and usually lasts for a MONTH! That was my first time doing my nails there. YELPED here for a random manicure from a short school break. I was the only Client when I walked in. But they let a new technician to do my nail. He took 40mins to remove to gel polish and the gel were still not completely removed. They finally got me another people to start over. Okay, the final work was absolutely disappointing. It looks like it was done by my niece. Lol. I won't go back again. They prabably don't care. This place: AVOID!!!! Good luck.

I love this salon. They are awesome, the entire team can do an exceptional job on your nails. They can make your nails long, or short or in between whatever you desire. The salon is very clean and the technicians, that do your nails are exceptionally nice. You will enjoy your time in there. Your nails will look amazing. I give them five stars. I was looking for a new mail home as the place I use to go to started finessing their prices (a new price for the same service). The first thing you notice is how clean, all and serene it is. No children running around, no people selling dove lol. Just a nice place to relax and have your "Me Time". I would've given them 5 stars but I can never get the designs I want when I come. The actual pedicure was fine, but I was really hoping for an above and beyond experience as everyone else has put out there they have received. I walked in for my appointment, the person at the desk looked directly through me and at another customer. When I checked in, there was no acknowledgment of me sitting there. The guy at the front desk just went and grabbed someone and the other person who was doing my pedicure handed me colors and didn't say "hi" or "how are you" just "pick your color" we go back, he is telling me to sit without the station even being ready. Still no "how are you?" just "pick your color" rushed me several times. I read online that they had a spa like pedicure package called the locust package... which is what I was hoping for today. He starts my pedicure and I am thinking he will ask me which package I want. In all of my years, I have always been asked which package I wanted, but not today and I kept thinking he would ask me maybe after he did my basic pedicure care but then the water went off and he started getting the polish. Didn't speak to me once during the visit, didn't ask me which package I wanted. Yeah, the pedicure basic was fine. I opted out of getting my nails done because I was so irritated and my relax day was ultimately ruined and put me in a sour mood. The color is fine and all that but the atmosphere and experience I did not have a good time with. Unfortunately won't be going back. The place looks beautiful and maybe if a package was offered I would be giving this place five stars. But considering this was my first visit. It already had me want to put a bad review. My checkout experience was no better. I asked about the packages, again, wasn't acknowledged or even a concern of theirs. And then I was almost charged for a manicure that I opted out of and the gel BASIC pedicure alone was $53. But the price was really the least of my issue, promise. I don't mind paying for great service and quality. Side note - I work as a nurse and this last week really did a number on my body, and I could really care less about the nail color.... I'm looking for the extra massage and hot towels, hot stone, oil, etc... which is literally the only reason I go to high end nail salons because they have these extra packages. read more

Unfortunately even though this salon provides a spacious and pretty atmosphere, with kind, attentive staff. The quality that is provided at this salon is unbelievably questionable! I'm still baffled as to how I could get my nails done on Saturday and then the next day my entire nail paint chipped off my finger. I wanted to go back in on Monday but I don't live in there area. Then on Tuesday my middle finger began to chip and crack. By Friday 5 fingers had been completely chipped off. I have never had this happen to me and will never recommend or go to this salon again. read more

I had a mostly decent experience here. Things I sincerely appreciated: - They stayed almost an hour after closing to take care of my needs - They have SOOOO MANY DIPPING POWDER COLORS! Like so many! Even mood changing powders! More than I've seen at any other nail salon - the space is pretty open and really nicely designed - it's clean as well - There's ample parking - My pedicure was pretty awesome! - My nails look adorable! So you're probably saying, well this seems like a pretty awesome nail spot. Why not give them the full 5 stars - I HATE when salons use that buffing tool on my nails. ESPECIALLY since the dipping process is supposed to be healthier for your nails. Well, yes there's no UV light...but that doesn't negate the fact that they file your nail down until it's almost paper thin. I normally request salons to use either the lightest one possible or just leave it as is, but here, they did not. That's my only gripe for a place called "organic nail spa." My assumption is if you're gonna put it in the name, healthy nails would be a priority. Other than that, definitely satisfied my needs in a pinch. read more

Ken did my first full set at this salon a week and a half ago. These are the most durable set I've had I. A long time, despite breaking one. There has been ZERO lifting, which happens all the time on my nails. Ken knew exactly what I wanted and was really enjoyable to work with. Well after reading reviews I decided to come to this place. I walked in with no appointment and "Tony" was able to take me at 6:15 pm. I decided to get the $45 pedicure. Tony took his time and the wax made my feet feel amazing. I don't remember which scent I decided to get but it gave me a cool sensation afterwards. They have a ton of colors to choose from and the salon itself was all white which made everything "pop". I didn't leave till 8:05pm which was pretty late since they close at 7:30pm so I appreciate them still taking their time and not rushing the services. I would definitely come back to this place again. read more

I stumbled upon Lotus Organic Nails & Spa back in mid-January when I had 2 broken nails and I couldn't get an appointment with my regular nail technician. My first impression was that the salon as very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bi (pronounced Bee) was the technician that came to my rescue that day! She was precise, fast (not at all sloppy) and very nice. Those nails lasted about 4 weeks (I usually would go every 2-3 weeks for a fill-in) and still looked really good (besides the grow out). The service and pricing is so good that I went back this weekend to see Bi, this time for a fill and pedicure and it was just as amazing as the first time. This it's a 40 minute drive one way for me but I definitely be back as a regular. See you in a few weeks Bi!!! read more

I've been here about 3-4 times. My pedicures were good however I'm still on the fence about nails. I hate crooked acrylic nail application and uneven filed nails. I'm a stickler for symmetry. Gel application for dark colors requires at least 3 coats - if applied evenly. Not clumped up at the top or end. My red gel nails are now lifting one week later.... My biggest pet peeve are new manicure techs that you can tell are new...... Don't practice on my money.... I won't be returning for nail appointments anymore. However pedicures are great! read more

The salon is beautiful inside, I was actually surprised by how aesthetically pleasing it is. They have a fairly large color selection of regular, dip and ge polish. I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The gel manicure turned out okay but I'm really unhappy with the pedicure. One of my toes has quite a bit of nail polish on the skin and less than 12 hours after the pedicure it chipped : (. Also, one of toe nails is cut sort of diagonally and the shaping of the other toes is strange. Overall nice salon but the work done on my pedicure was sloppy and now I have fix it at home. read more

I have been going to the salon since it opened. It s now under new management. Prices went up and customer service went down. Even if you make an appointment, you might have to wait up to 45 minutes. They will take walk ins 5 minutes before your appointment and make you wait. Management is rude and unapologetic. It's all about the bottom line for management. read more

Came here as my friend was going to the chiropractor next door. I had Tina. AMAZING! Go to her! She paid attention to detail and I had a great pedi by Tina. The exfoliating, massage, paraffin wax, and paint were great! She made sure the little crystals were going to stay! I had a special request/design (USMC uniform design for the MCM) that she did. My toes came out FANTASTIC! While waiting for my toe nails to dry, she offered my friend and I bottled water. I'm a tough customer to please and I first saw Serena at a different salon about 8 months ago for a gentle hombré look. I had tiny blue highlights put in my hair within the last 2 years but hadn't had anything drastic in easily 5 years so I was initially nervous about coloring a big chunk of my hair but she made me feel at ease with her kind, calm and warm demeanor. She did an amazing job and I was hooked. In fact I loved the color so much, I went back later that week and committed to a full hombré. It was gorgeous. She was so patient too, I remember I showed up super late and she squeezed me in anyway. Since then, Serena has started her own beautiful brand with her own space and I couldn't be more happy or excited to be her loyal client. Her new location is warm and tranquil. She has excellent taste in music and keeps her groovy tunes flowing. Her banter is insightful, kind and wise. The salon smells lovely, not even a hint of chemical smell. In the shampoo room, there are incense sticks burning and relaxing spa music playing. Not to mention her assistant Bree gives a great shampoo. Bree is also a licensed massage therapist, she's warm and professional. I was one of Serena's first clients in her location. Once I was ready to change up my hombré look, I went for an all over lighter color and some lighter highlights mixed in. I showed her pictures and she asked me lots of questions. She pulled out her hair color samples and carefully matched my description. Despite the fact that Serena put bleach in my hair, my scalp never burned and I never smelled anything gross. She mixed Oleoplex in so my hair wouldn't get very damaged and the color turned out beautiful. Every product she uses is of the highest quality and smells incredible. Even though they are pricey, they are well worth the splurge. I recently returned a few weeks ago to get some more highlights and didn't realize I had originally only scheduled a hair cut. Serena being the ever accommodating gem that she is, gave me a great dry cut and did the highlights anyway, she didn't seem fazed at all when I said I wanted highlights. She explained that i would have to leave with wet hair so that she would have time for everything and I was more than ok with that. In the end, I actually was able to get under the dryer for a bit anyway and the highlights looked great once I got home and dried my hair completely! I appreciate so much that she always does whatever she can to make sure her customer is happy, like sincerely, she goes above and beyond. I restocked on some curl cream and bought some new conditioner on that visit as well. The next day I noticed my roots were showing a bit, so I called her to see if she could touch them up. She was more than happy to fit me in the next day and on the day of the appointment explained that she had simply layered color over my existing highlights so the root growth was more obvious since the color was lighter. I appreciated the explanation and again she just goes about explaining things so clearly and kindly. She even threw in a few more complimentary highlights to make sure everything was blended. When I say Serena is talented I mean it. She is deeply committed to providing the best and highest quality service and ensuring customers are 100% happy. To top it all off, my hair has literally never been or looked healthier. My friends have commented on how luxurious and healthy my hair looks and when I look in the mirror I see so much less damage, split ends and frizz. How?! How does she make hair that has been bleached and dyed look healthier?! (Obviously, she's a genius). For context, I have big, semi course, thick as a horse's mane wavy hair. I'm of Mexican descent and my hair is NOT EASY. It's not ugly hair by any means...but it's tricky and I've had some awful stuff done to it by previous stylists who didn't understand how to work with my texture. I'm impressed at how knowledgeable she was about working with textured hair like mine. She understand the needs of my hair type down to how to color, cut, style and maintain it. The products Serena recommends are wonderful. I'm especially crazy about the curling cream. I've repurchased it twice now and won't use anything else in my hair. It tames my frizz, smells amazing and gives me natural looking shiny waves. She strictly adheres to organic, environmentally friendly products. Builder gel doesn't require soaking off and allows for continuous fills--meaning you can build on top of your last set without compromising nail integrity. Since switching, my nails have grown so long, strong, and healthy, and a single BIAB manicure can last me up to 6 weeks! Beyond nails, Bernadette is a wonderful person--easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She also specializes in pedicures for clients with diabetes or other health conditions, which speaks volumes about her expertise and sensitivity to clients' unique needs. I went there with my family to get a mani/pedi for a wedding. We had an appointment and was seen a few minutes after we got there. July (pronounced Julie) was my tech. She was very detailed and clean with her work. My mother in-law's tech wasn't the best- she cut her finger, didn't polish the full nail and she didn't put her best in the pedicure. My sister in-law had a different tech that also cut her finger. She actually had to go back the next day because her nails were cracking. They gladly did her nails again without charge.
