Despite this, the last three appointments have been mishandled: 1. I was incorrectly booked with someone else, despite my clear preference. 2. I waited nearly 20 minutes past my rescheduled appointment the next day before having to leave. 3. Today, I was notified once again of an issue with my appointment and offered another reschedule. I am thoroughly confused why the Manager would book me when my requested person isn't in?? This has now cost me significant time, trust, and patience. Being offered other estheticians after I've made my preference known is not acceptable for this type of service. This is completely unprofessional, negligent and a poor representation of this corporate brand.

I did not receive a phone call or a text message telling me this prior to getting to the business. Then you text me instead of answering the phone. Very unprofessional!!! I expressed that no one even contacted me before coming here. I would love not to have driven here and burn gas, because gas is not cheap!!! She said that she did NOT have my number saved and could not reach me, but I made the appointment just the day prior and she asked me for my number so whose fault is that? I honestly think she messed up, and got her days mixed up when she booked my appointment, because on her door the hours of operation for today are from 10 AM to 5 PM, remind you she made my appointment for 630pm. I also noticed that any other day she usually opens till 8 o'clock so I believe she just blatantly forgot about me based on this..... It is on the third floor of the building and I don't think there is an elevator, so beware of that if stairs are a problem. I also got an amazing deal through their website, which had a half-off deal if you pre-paid. I believe they also do Groupons sometimes, so look out for deals!

But managed to find a spot near the business on a stormy Thursday. I arrived a lil bit before closing and Rina was there. She was so sweet and took amazing care of brows and stubborn chin hairs!
