When I moved to Spokane, I was was on the search for a new gym to fit my needs and the needs of my family (I have two young kids 5 and 6). After dropping in for at least one class at all the local prospect Jiu Jitsu and MMA gyms, in the Spokane area. Newborn Cascão stood out head and shoulders above the rest. The kids classes are very well ran with, a good mix of fun, games and technical knowledge. All the coaches are patient with the young students and help with major and minor technical instruction. The adult classes are incredible as well. The instruction is nothing short of top tier and the students are a great mix of professionals fighters, causal material artists and beginners, as well as everything in between.
