Vicky had an in-depth consultation with me (15+ minutes) and recommended me a customized treatment to help with years of clogged pores and closed comedones. She was both knowledgeable and friendly. I was hesitant to even get a facial anywhere prior given that my skin is extremely sensitive, dry, yet still prone to acne and closed comedones. I've never had an esthetician or dermatologist truly hear me out regarding my complex skin. Vicky did!!! She not only listened, but gave honest advice and multiple options for treatments and prices. Once Vicky heard I was a student, she ensured the treatment was going to give me the most bang for my buck since I was paying for it with savings. She went above and beyond and even applied a numbing cream prior to extractions since she knew my skin was so sensitive. What makes it even more frustrating is that the office frequently calls and texts asking if I can come in earlier, but even after rearranging my schedule, I still end up waiting. The front desk staff have been consistently rude and unprofessional. If you ask why your appointment is running late or how much longer the wait will be, you're often met with attitude rather than a helpful response. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially when patients are already waiting beyond their scheduled appointment times. As a customer, I don't feel that my time is valued, and the overall experience has been disappointing enough that I'm considering finding another place for my laser hair removal treatments.
