I've been to Touch N Glam several times, and the first few visits were great. However, after my most recent visit with a different technician, I experienced the worst breakout I've had in years, and my skin looks very rough. I noticed something might have been off right after the treatment, as my skin looked darker than usual, and the breakout started the next day. :( read more

Best facial treatment I've had so far in USA. I had the hydrate & energize package. The service here stood out from other places I've been to. They let me try the machine on my hands first before deciding to do the treatment. My therapist is very informative about everything she applied on my face and told me my skin problems after inspecting it. The treatment doesn't hurt at all! Unlike other clinic I've been to which it hurts a bit, this one is very comfortable I wanted to fall asleep. My face felt very good days later that I didn't have to wear makeup for a week. read more

First off, can I start off with just how GORGEOUS the interior is?! The waiting area is absolutely beautiful and I was not expecting such a glamorous entrance as soon as I stepped through the door. Similarly to many reviews, Kathy at the front desk helped me out as soon as I came in and she is kind, attentive, and detail-oriented when it comes to walking you throughout the entire facial process. She explained all of the facial steps that will be taking place before she introduced me to my estetician, Nadia. Nadia took care of me during my facial and I could literally SEE and FEEL the textural DIFFERENCE in my skin before and after I visited. I came in with dry, textured skin that was in all honesty, looking a bit dull from my laziness of skipping my skincare routine for the last few days, heh. After my facial, the hormonal acne on my chin was more calm, less red, and less prominent and my overall skin texture was more smooth, glowy, and bouncy. I could definitely tell that my skin needed this nourishment and I'm so glad that I could trust Touch N Glam with my skincare needs! I came in for a Lift & Tone facial & learned that I had Normal - Dry skin instead of Combo - Oily skin like I thought I had. It just goes to show you that your skin type changes with age & it might not be a bad idea to get a facial from time to time. I've adjusted my skin care routine as a result. This spot is so cute!! I haven't had a facial in a while so I was very overdue for one and I'm glad I popped in here as my first time experience was great! My esthetician guided me through the entire process for the Glow Express facial beforehand to ensure there were no surprises and gave me some time after to ask questions if needed. The room I was in was super cozy and the ambiance was perfect for relaxing and decompressing. I was also told that they do couple's facial so if you and your partner want to be cozy, relaxed, and decompressed together, the option is there! read more

We did a couples hydrate and energize facial and we loved our experience. The facial is tailored to you based on your skin analysis form and they use high-end products from Switzerland. It was my first time getting the oxygen facial with red light therapy and my skin was glowing afterwards. The service, atmosphere and interior were perfect. I am so frustrated with this place. I was excited to see they were offering new delivery charge with a $60 purchase but it's been 9 days with no updates until today, stating I'd receive my package tomorrow the 30th. Ok, I'm thrilled but then follow the UPS tracking number for it to say only the label was printed but no item picked up, which obviously means I am not getting it tomorrow. I have called and emailed multiple times over the last few days with no response or answered calls. I have requested a full refund as this purchase won't be of any value to me because I won't be at the address to receive . Any advice on how to get this business to reply and to respect people's time and money? If I get an update I'll change my review and if not then I'll continue to dispute this issue. read more

Touch N Glam has a very relaxing atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my GLOW EXPRESS facial. It definitely feels like you got your money's worth despite it being listed as 45 minutes long. During the appointment, I found myself falling asleep towards the middle to end session of the facial. My esthetician correctly read my social cues that I was ready to fully submerge myself in silence to enjoy the facial. We had a nice short conversation prior and personally I loved that she didn't bombard me with questions which although is nice at times......I like to enjoy the majority of my facials in silence and just relax. The only suggestion I would make is I wish there was just a bit more pressure when she was doing the facial massages. I felt as though it was very light handed...almost too light handed. Other than that, it was a great experience! read more

I got the Glow Express Facial with Kathy and it was such an amazing experience. The entire process was so relaxing (I might have fallen asleep for a bit!) I really enjoyed each step of the treatment, Kathy has a very gentle touch and I could tell that each movement was intentional. I really appreciated the gentle tap on the shoulder or face before she began working so I was not startled. The spa has a very welcoming and calming feel as well. Highly recommend! read more

Kathy was my facial specialist today, and she was so sweet and attentive - I had the Hydrate & Energize treatment, and it was exactly what I hoped for. Her and I had clear conversation as I was considering switching to membership vs single service . I ended up getting a membership and after a few services realized their spray tan product was actually causing skin acne /rash. I reached out to cancel my membership and they told me the 3 credits I had on file were now gone. This was the opposite of what I had been told. They charge for a membership which guarantees a certain amount of credits then are no longer usable once the membership is cancelled. The company is taking money for providing NOTHING to the customer. This makes zero sense. The credits for cancelled memberships don't even stay active for any period. This company is so unethical. The employees spray tanning also say a "a 20% tip is highly recommended " then proceed to charge 20% on the single service price not the membership price. Ive requested a refund on my credit card and they refused, I requested they credit 3 sessions on my account and they refused. I hope to warn others to be very cautious. I will never give my business to a company like this.

One waxed everything off forgetting I was getting a play boy, and the other time the girl doing my playboy didn't do it correctly. I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more. Staff also needs to confirm what kind of wax the client is getting before waxing everything off .

If you're more sensitive, ask if they have a numbing agent and pop some Motrin ample time before your appointment. My tech, Kiley was outstanding. Personable, professional and took care of the area well. I will definitely go back to her when I make another appointment.

The "rewards" points aren't rewards, they're a sales tactic. I'll have $10 in points sitting on my account and get asked at checkout if I'd like to put it toward a $60 product. No -- having $10 doesn't mean I want to spend $50 more. Similarly, when I have a few waxes left on a package, I'll be told a renewal special is ending soon "in case I want to lock it in" -- a soft-sell disguised as a courtesy. The scheduling is worse. They text reminders so frequently that I'll get one two days before an appointment and another the day before, both expecting a "yes." A few weeks ago I confirmed one of these reminders, drove roughly 30 minutes to get there at the exact date and time it listed, and was told my appointment was actually the following week. I had the text confirmation in hand. No apology, no credit, nothing for the wasted trip. Most recently, I was refused check-in because I didn't have physical ID on me -- I'd left my purse in the car on a 93° day and only brought my phone. The specialist I've worked with for years was in the building and could have easily confirmed who I was, but that wasn't an option. Nowhere in their reminder texts or emails do they mention ID will be required at every single visit, not just at sign-up. Demanding it repeatedly, with no advance notice, feels excessive and unnecessary. Add in consistently terrible parking, and it's just not worth it anymore. After a decade, I'm switching to an independent, sole-proprietor esthetician. You lose the personal touch the moment a good service gets buried under corporate policy.

Received a call this morning from a receptionist at this location asking me if I wanted to book my…read morenext appt. as she saw I was in 6 weeks ago. I kindly explained to her that I was using an underarm wax pass that I had remaining from when I used to wax with EWC several years ago. I no longer wax with EWC (switched to lasering). Took some time to explain to her that I discovered that I had 1 remaining unused wax pass after reaching out to tech support to delete my online personal information. She proceeds to make me feel uncomfortable, then cuts me off with a hmm ok no worries before she abruptly hangs up the phone on me. @EWC just a tip. If your business strategy to bringing in more people is calling them, then being rude to them when they give you a response you don't like you're going to end up losing more customers than retaining. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped waxing with EWC in the first place. Additionally, the underarm wax I did those 6 weeks prior was patchy and the specialist was 20 minutes late. Funny how EWC has such a strict late policy, but can't equally respect other people's time.

While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.
