I'll admit, Advanced Holistic Health doesn't look like much from outside, but the interior was very nice. Not pretentious or super-upscale. This is the every-person's massage place. There's even a vinyl record player in the waiting room to ensure a jazzy waiting experience. They have several dedicated massage rooms and a large yoga area as well. The massage room was a nice size, not claustrophobic like some salons tend to be. The room temperature was a little cooler than I'd like, but the massage bed did have a heating pad that helped, and of course I was covered most of the time. Ashley performed my massage. She did a great job and understood exactly what I wanted and focused on those areas the most. She was totally understanding when I said I wasn't a talker! I'm all about falling asleep on the table. A Swedish massage is lot of rubbing, versus deep-kneading, but it was really calming. She identified some problem areas in my shoulder and gave advice on how to avoid them in the future. They offer monthly subscriptions for only $39/month for a Swedish massage. I'm thinking about signing up! I enjoyed my massage and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Anita is a pretty good spin instructor. She definitely keeps it interesting. Always positive which in turn makes the whole class super upbeat and happy. We did the Mat Sculpt Pilates class in their hot room. The room was set up so that you aren't directly across from anyone so you don't have to worry about making awkward eye contact while working. Each mat was set up with the accessories needed for the workout - I just laid out a towel and my friend grabbed me a facial towel. There was a cubby and shoe station by the door with a coat rack. The instructor, Bella, was knowledgeable, easy to hear, and led a positive and upbeat class. There was a warm up period followed by a few distinct sets that targeted different parts of the body. I had to modify most of the moves because I lacked the core strength to do them but I never felt judged or like anyone cared. The instructor was helpful without drawing attention to anyone struggling - like myself. I would definitely be willing to go back I recommend giving LunaSol a try.
