Crème brûlée

Very pretty Nashville views. 25th floor of the Grand Hyatt. Very spacious. Lots of seating. Dim lighting. Friendly bartenders. Fairly quick service. Had the pork belly and the crème brûlée. Both were amazing.

Such a beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant! We stopped here before a nearby concert and were completely blown away. The views are stunning and it is a nice break from the hoopla of Broadway, while still having the Nashville feel. We ordered a couple drinks and found a place to sit. There were lots of groups around us but it didn't feel crowded. They also put the fireplaces on and that was super cozy. Would totally recommend stopping here for a drink if you are in town!

I'm giving 3 stars only for the environment, drinks and food. The service was horrendous. This rooftop bar is located on the 25th floor of the Grand Hyatt. Only two elevators go to this floor and we waited for over 10 minutes for one to show up to take us up here. When we got up to the top around 10PM on a Friday evening, there was live music and a packed house. The bar itself was strewn with empty cups and plates that hadn't been cleaned. It looked filthy. A server told us we could seat ourselves so we chose a table outside to enjoy the brisk night and city lights. It was a packed Friday night and this bar was severely understaffed. I only spotted one bartender, two servers and one person bussing tables. We waited over 15 minutes for a server to notice us. And that was just to get a menu. The two servers were not communicating with each other which led to confusion and double work on their part. One server took our order, then another server came over 5 minutes later asking to take our order. One server brought water but no one ever brought us plates, napkins or silverware. Our food arrived and we were picking at it with no utensils or napkins. I had to physically walk up to their computer station and get their attention to give us silverware and napkins. They didn't bring straws for our drinks and one server had to be tracked down to give us these as well. Multiple empty tables were sitting with dirty cups and plates for over 20 minutes. I observed multiple people having to physically go up to the bar to get attention for service. People were getting annoyed. I was able to flag down a server to close out. I specified I wanted to split the check with my friend. 5 minutes later she returned, and had processed only my credit card and didn't follow my instructions for payment. The servers were trying their best but ultimately failed. The service was terrible because more staff was needed on a busy Friday night. I have no idea if it is always like this or if they fumbled staffing on this night only. This bar could be really great, as the food and drinks are actually high quality. However, much more attention to hospitality and service is needed.

Lou|Na is an excellent rooftop bar for when you're not in the mood for a bunch of Nashville tourist. On the rooftop of the Grand Hyatt, this bar hands down has one of the best views of Broadway as well as Downtown Nashville Outside of the amazing views, their drinks are top tier & perfectly crafted every-time! You can tell that every bartender takes pride in crafting you some of the best cocktails that you will have in downtown Nashville. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars, it's because of the food. All the plates are very small, so do not come hungry. They are also pretty pricey for the amount of food that you receive. The taste of the food can also be a little hit or miss which isn't a dealbreaker, just something to note before you go

We had a really nice time sipping tasty drinks, talking, enjoying the Nashville view, and listening to music. The atmosphere was relaxing and had a cool vibe. The service was outstanding.

Beautiful rooftop bar. Amazing views. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fun cocktails. Plenty of comfy seating- indoor and outdoor. Love the fire pit tables.

I have been here a few times and the drinks, atmosphere and service never disappoint. Incredible views and you have the option to sit inside or outside - a win win. Very chic and modern decor. Plenty of seating - and I mean plenty. Try the espresso martini with reposado (I know, it's my go-to, but it's so tasty) and you will be a very happy camper. Service is excellent usually quick, too.

Sunday Brunch was Amazing! $30 for 2 includes mimosa bar and 1 bottle of champagne... See brunch menu! Everyone was so happy with the items!

We went to dinner on a Friday night and the restaurant was not very crowded. Has a really cool vibe. The small top is plates were delicious. The crabcakes were probably one of the best we've ever had and the chicken Tikal was amazing. The service was great and the view is absolutely beautiful. It's a great place to hang out highly recommend.

We were staying at the hotel so we decided to come up to get drinks before we went out. The service was great with friendly waiters. The views are top notch at sunset.

Service is always very friendly when I am there, always accommodating.... Cocktails is decent but I would away from the desserts. I ordered the banana dessert and it was not good, tasted like you are a spoonful of sugar and nothing else... beyond sweet.

Lou/Na was a great experience. The staff handles large groups flawlessly. I'm not much of a drinker so the bartender was nice enough to mix up a sweet mock-tail. The setting is great a cute photo op out on the terrace or at indoor seating. Of course who doesn't love two hours valet as well!?

This place had great ambiance. It's at the top of the Grand Hyatt and has glass all around overlooking the entire city with mountains in the background. There was a conference/business meeting at the time we went but they were kept in one area mostly. Kyle greeted us as we sat at the bar and started us off with a beautiful and tasty whiskey sour. We decided to try the spicy tuna, mahi tacos, and wagyu. The spicy tuna is the best I have had. You may be able to tell because I forgot to take the picture until we were halfway through the plate. It was so pretty and had every flavor I wanted it to have (it is spicy so if you are heat sensitive watch yourself and maybe ask if they can reduce the spice) Kyle warned us in advance but we told him to bring the spice. Delicious!! The mahi wasn't my favorite but I'm not a huge fish taco person, that was my husband's choice and he thought they were pretty good. The Wagyu was good, I loved the different flavors that came together but I did think the chimichuri might not be necessary on a piece of Wagyu but it was tasty and so very tender. All in all I plan on going back before we leave town! I really wanted to sit outside but the wind was crazy and we only stopped to grab some pictures.

I visited Sauced with my husband last weekend when we were back in Nashville for a weekend. I…read morecouldn't have loved it more. It's a great wine bar with an amazing selection of natural wines, delicious food, the best service, and an amazing ambiance. What's not to like? Sauced works a little bit differently than a lot of wine bars. We walked in and were welcomed right away. When we grabbed seats at the bar (there are also tables), our bartender (I feel terrible that I'm not 100% sure of his name since we had such a great time with him - but I'm pretty sure it was John) asked us about wines we like or are drawn to. They don't have a printed menu - they ask you what you like or are in the mood for and then they they'll pour you tastes until you find something you love. Then they have several fridges of bottles you can purchase and open. And their selection here is also great. We saw bottles by several winemakers we stalk (when we see, we usually buy). The wines our bartender recommended (based on our tastes and preferences) were great, too. They also have a great menu of food items - great for a meal or a snack. We ordered their mortadella sandwich, which will likely go down as one of my favorite sandwiches of the year (great bread, tons of mortadella, pistachio cream, gooey melted cheese)... I think I covered this already, but the service was excellent: attentive (we didn't have empty glasses for long at all before we were involved in a conversion about what we wanted to pour next), friendly, helpful... The bar itself is also great - tons of character: walls with smoke from candles, great lighting, little intimate nooks for seating... I had a great time at Sauced: great wine, great food, a great time. I'm not in Nashville as often as I should be (in laws), but I'd be happy to visit Sauced every time I'm in Nashville. Sauced might be an outpost of a Brooklyn wine bar, but Nashville is still so lucky to have it. Most cities don't have a wine bar as great as Sauced.

Came here for a girlfriend's birthday and thought it was a great vibe. My biggest complaint is just…read morethe lack of transparency on pricing. While I enjoy getting to talk to the bartender about what I like or may want to try, if they're busy, I don't want to just spend all of our time asking them the price of things. We definitely had a little sticker shock at the end of the night, but this was also my first time here so that could be something I just wasn't expecting! Aside from that, the service and wines were great. So while it isn't somewhere I see myself putting in my weekly rotation, it's a nice option for a special occasion or nicer evening.

The curse of Rumours continues!…read more I don't know that any business can survive this address. My first BW review of the year and it seems to have come as a surprise. Whispers abound as to whether the issue at VG was a rent hike or whether the owner just lost interest. In any event, it's the same sad story at the corner of 12th and Woodland. And that's too bad because VG acquitted itself nicely. On a Friday in mid-spring it was the exact right place I wanted to be to catch up with a friend. That backyard has been the stuff of legends for every iteration for a reason. If you've been here for a while, you know the score: walk in the front, smile, be greeted, ask for a table outside. That's just what we did. But before that we got drinks. Being a wine bar and being happy hour and being a Friday we went all in on the house red sangria. Served in a pleasantly large goblet, this goodie jar of wine and fruit did the job of quenching thirst and spurring conversation. To add to the libations, we settled on a series of bites: whipped feta (with sourdough -- and every bit of decadent as described in other reviews), olive tapenade (a briny, mound of oil, citrus and herbs) and (skinny) fries with parmesan & white truffle oil. Right?? What a perfect way to end the work week and begin the weekend. We had wonderful service from Abby and stayed on premises well into sundown. There was a steady crowd throughout our visit so I don't think a lack of business was the COD. Whatever the reason, it sort of boggles the mind that a wine bar concept can't stick around in a neighborhood and location that seems to crave it. That curse might be real.

I thought both were ok, nothing super memorable, but tasty nonetheless. Maybe it was just my taste, but the sprouts were a little too charred for me. The owner, Taylor, was also tending the bar during our visit, and he walked us through the concept while also providing thoughtful wine recommendations. We both started with a glass of crisp and cold prosecco, and then switched over to try Vino Volta, which kind of tasted like a good craft beer's bubbly cousin. They even have a few light bites on their menu if you need something to snack on - but since they're located in L&L Market, there's plenty of other food options nearby as well!
